Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Braden Scale dengan 6 variabel, yaitu perubahan persepsi sensorik, kelembaban, aktivitas, imobilisasi, status nutrisi, dan friksi serta gesekan. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 64 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor resiko terjadinya ulkus dekubitus menurut Braden Scale di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh tahun 2013 berada pada kategori tinggi. Menurut WHO, terdapat 5 juta kematian neonatus setiap tahun. Ibu hamil dengan asupan nutrisi yang rendah mempunyai risiko melahirkan dengan BBLR 5 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ibu hamil yang memperoleh asupan nutrisi yang seimbang. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui risiko kejadian BBLR pada ibu yang memiliki riwayat hiperemisis gravidarum. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini bersifat survey analitik dengan desain case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh BBL di RSUD Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Sampel dalam penelitian dibedakan menjadi 2 yaitu kelompok kasus dan kontrol, masing-masing sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara consecutive sampling dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi Square Test dan Odds Ratio. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara Riwayat Hiperemisis Gravidarum dengan kejadian BBLR. Risiko kejadian BBLR sebesar 3,6 kali pada ibu yang mempunyai riwayat hiperemisis gravidarum dibandingkan ibu yang tidak ada riwayat hiperemisis gravidarum. Kesimpulan dan Saran: Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat hiperemisis gravidarum dengan kejadian BBLR. Ibu dengan riwayat hiperemisis gravidarum dapat meningkatkan kejadian BBLR. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat melakukan penyuluhan kepada ibu-ibu tentang faktor risiko terjadinya BBLR dan dapat mengatasi angka kejadian BBLR guna untuk menurunkan angka kematian bayi. The data used for the work was generated at the National Metallurgical Development Centre, Jos Foundry shop, where the composite was developed. The composite was developed using the stir cast method. The result of the work has shown that the composite has a response to age hardening heat treatment with the optimum hardness value occurring at 2 hours of age hardening. A model was developed for the relationship between age hardening time and hardness of the composite.
