Analisis fraksi sedimen tersuspensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan ayakan bertingkat yang berukuran 1 mm. 0,50 mm, 0,25 mm, 0,125 mm, 0,075 mm dan 0,038 mm. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pengayakan basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berat sedimen tersuspensi tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun I dengan nilai sebesar 121,5 gram. Daerah aliran sungai Tempat Pendaratan Ikan lampulo memiliki enam fraksi yaitu pasir kasar, pasir sedang, pasir halus, pasir sangat halus, lanau kasar dan lanau lumpuran. Hasil sebaran fraksi sedimen tersuspensi didominasi oleh lanau lumpuran. Nilai ukuran butir rata-rata (d) tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun II dengan nilai sebesar 0,12 gram termasuk dalam kategori pasir halus, sedangkan Stasiun I dan III dengan nilai sebesar 0,11 mm termasuk dalam kategori pasir sangat halus.Kata kunci : Sedimen, tersuspensi, fraksi, ukuran butir, ayakan.ABSTRACTThis research studied about the weight percentage of suspended sediment analysis in Lampulo fishing port of Banda Aceh in Aceh Province. Analysis of suspended sediment fractions were conducted by using nested sieves with size of 1 mm, 0.50 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.125 mm, 0.075 mm and 0.038 mm with wet sieves method. Result of the research showed that the highest weight of the sediment was located in Station I with value of 121.5 gram. Watershed area of Lampulo fishing port has 6 fractions, namely course sand, medium sand, fine sand, very fine sand, coarse silt and muddy silt. Result of suspended sediment fractions were dominated by muddy silt. The stumps of teak were treated with Phoska fertilizer: 0, 5, 10, 15 g/plant and the fertilizer dosages were applied at 0, 5, 10, and 15 days after planting. The results of the study showed that stem diameter, stem height, and seedling height of the teak were significantly affected by the dosages and application times of Phoska fertilizer at 1, 2, 3, and 4 months after planting. The leaf numbers, leaf length, and leaf width responded significantly to Phoska fertilizer. This study found a significant interaction between the dosages and application times of Phoska fertilizer on seedling height and leaf length at one month old after planting; on stem height, seedling height, and leaf numbers at three month old; on stem diameter, stem height, seedling height, and leaf numbers at four month old after planting. The objectives of the study were to investigate the influence of organic and inorganic fertilizers in tsunami-affected lands on the growth of lettuce, and elemental content of N, P, and K in soil and plants. Experiment was carried out in polybags. Result showed that organic and inorganic fertilizer increased nutrient status of N and P soil, increased growth and nutrient content of N and P in lettuce plants. While for nutrient content of K, organic and inorganic fertilizer only affected soil and roots of lettuce. Growth and nutrient content of N, P and K in soil and plants due to organic and inorganic fertilizer application was highly dependent on the dosage given. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data panel, yang merupakan gabungan antara data runtun waktu (time series) dari tahun 2008 sampai 2011 dan data individual (cross section) untuk 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh yang diestimasi dengan model random effect yaitu metode regresi yang mengestimasi data panel dengan menghitung eror dari model regresi dengan metode Generalized Least Square (GLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel belanja pemerintah sektor kesehatan (GH) berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan per kapita (YC), sedangkan variabel belanja pemerintah sektor pendidikan (GE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan per kapita (YC) pada 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh. Mengingat kesehatan dan pendidikan merupakan sektor yang penting bagi pembangunan daerah. Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh hendaknya dapat meningkatkan lagi anggaran belanja sektor kesehatan agar masyarakat dapat merasakan dampak dari pengalokasian belanja tersebut, juga dalam pengalokasian belanja di sektor tersebut, pemerintah harusnya lebih memperhatikan lagi dampak langsung yang diterima masyarakat sehingga anggaran belanja kesehatan dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif dan efisien. Di tahun-tahun mendatang Pemerintah Provinsi Aceh juga dituntut untuk lebih meningkatkan komitmennya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan pendidikan bagi masyarakat, melalui pengalokasian anggaran pembangunan pendidikan yang lebih besar lagi. Hybrid energy systems are pollution free, takes low cost and less gestation period, user and social friendly. Such systems are important sources of energy for shops, schools, and clinics in village communities especially in remote areas. Hybrid systems can provide electricity at a comparatively economic price in many remote areas. This paper presents a method to jointly determine the sizing and operation control of hybrid energy systems. The model, PV wind hydro and biomass hybrid system connects to grid. The system configuration of the hybrid is derived based on a theoretical domestic load at a typical location and local solar radiation, wind and water flow rate data and biomass availability. The hybrid energy system is proposed for 10 of teacher’s houses of Industrial Training Institute, Mersing. It is predicted 10 kW load consumption per house. The hybrid energy system consists of wind, solar, biomass, hydro, and grid power. Approximately energy consumption is 860 kWh/day with a 105 kW peak demand load. The proposed hybrid renewable consists of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, wind turbine, hydro turbine and biomass. Battery and inverter are included as part of back-up and storage system. It provides the economic sensitivity of hybridization and the economic and environmental benefits of using a blend of technologies. It also presents the trade off that is involved in optimizing a hybrid energy system to harness and utilize the available renewable energy resources efficiently. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis kemasan terbaik yang dapat mempertahankan mutu manisan kolang-kaling (Arenga pinnata L.) basah selama penyimpanan pada suhu ruang.  Pada penelitian ini telah dikaji pengaruh jenis kemasan (plastik polipropilen (PP), botol plastik polipropilen (PP), dan botol kaca) dan lama penyimpanan (0, 5, 10, dan 15 hari) terhadap mutu manisan kolang-kaling basah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manisan kolang-kaling basah dengan mutu terbaik berdasarkan uji organoleptik dan kimia diperoleh dari kombinasi perlakuan manisan kolang-kaling basah yang dikemas menggunakan botol kaca dan lama penyimpanan 5 hari pada suhu ruang dengan karakteristik sebagai berikut: kadar air 35,75%, kadar gula 50,56 mg/L, kadar total asam 0,16%, nilai pH 4,40, total mikroba 0,34 CFU/ml, nilai organoleptik warna 3,83; aroma 3,90; dan tekstur 3,87. Wet ‘Kolang-Kaling’ Sweets (Arenga pinnata L.) Packaging Using Plastic Material and Glass Jar in Room Temperature Storage Abstract. The aim of this study was to determine the best type of packaging to maintain the quality of wet “kolang-kaling”(Arenga pinnata L.) sweets during storage at the room temperature. The effects of the type of packaging (polypropylene plastic (PP), polypropylene plastic cup (PP),and  glass jar (jam jar)), and storage duration (0, 5, 10, and 15 days) on the quality of the wet “kolang-kaling” sweets were investigated.The results showed that the best quality of the wet “kolang-kaling” sweets based on the organoleptic and chemical analysis obtained from the  wet “kolang-kaling” sweets were packed by using glass jars, and storage of 5 days at room temperature with the following characteristics: water content of 35,75%, sugar content of 50,56 mg/L, total acid content of 0,16%, pH value of 4,40, the total microbial of 0,34 CFU/ml. The organoleptic value of the best treatment: color of 3,83; flavor of 3,90; texture of 3,87.
