Namun dalam kenyataanya masih banyak supir angkutan barang khusus yang memarkirkan kendaraanya pada tempat-tempat umum.Tujuan penulisan untuk menjelaskan penerapan sanksi pidana terhadap pelanggaran Pasal 162 ayat (1) huruf c Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalulintas dan Angkutan Jalan, usaha yang ditempuh oleh penegak hokum dalam mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran dan hambatan dalam melakukan pencegahan tersebut.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data skunder dengan cara mempelajari literatur dan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data primer dan dengan cara mewawancarai responden dan informan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan, diketahui hakim menjatuhkan pidana denda kepada para pelaku pelanggaran. Menurut pandangan hakim pidana denda lebih mudah di jalankan dan dapat memberikan efek jera. Sanksi pidana yang diputuskan oleh hakim lebih rendah jika dibandingkan dengan ancaman sanksi pidana dalam ketentuan Pasal 305 Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalulintas dan Angkutan jalan. Usaha yang di tempuh oleh penegak hukum dalam mencejah terjadinya pelanggaran yaitu dengan mengadakan penyuluhan, sosialisasi, penegakan hukum, dan penyitaan dokumen perjalana. Hambatan dalam melakukan pencegahan pelanggaran tersebut ialah kurangnya kesadaran hukum baik supir angkutan barang khusus maupun oknum aparat hukum itu sendiri.Disarankan kepada hakim Pengadilan Negeri Banda Aceh agar dapat menjatuhkan sanksi yang berat kepada supir angkuta barang khusus yang melanggar Pasal 162 ayat (1) huruf c, dan kepada dinas terkait agar dapat melakuka penyuluhan tentang pentingnya kesadaran hukum lebih intensif lagi baik kepada supir angkutan barang khusus maupun aparatur penegak hukum itu sendiri. The method required labeled DNA probes. In this study a non-radioactive label of Digoxigenin-11-dUTP was used for labeling the Sag1 and the Bag1 of Toxoplasma gondii DNA probe. Labeling method for the probes was done according to the random primed labeling technique. The result showed that 0.67 pg/µl Sag1 probe and 0.58 pg/µl Bag1 probe could be detected by anti-Dig-antibody. It could be concluded that 0.67 pg/µl Sag1 probe and 0.58 pg/µl Bag1 probe could be used to diagnose toxoplasmosis by dot blot hybridization method. Through this study, the noxious and competitive weed of rice were identified and counted, which should be helpful in developing a more sustainable weed control and management. This study was conducted at 24 different rice field covering four types of planting practices in Seberang Perai and MUDA area, namely wet seeding, water seeding, manual transplanting and mechanical transplanting method, using 0.5 x 0.5 m size quadrat with 20 samples for each field during rice at tillering to heading stage. A total of 27 weed species belonging to 14 families composing of 10 broadleaved, 8 grasses, 7 sedges and 2 submerged weed group were recorded. The dominance weeds species in four planting practices at both areas is Oryza sativa complex (weedy rice).
