The stumps of teak were treated with Phoska fertilizer: 0, 5, 10, 15 g/plant and the fertilizer dosages were applied at 0, 5, 10, and 15 days after planting. The results of the study showed that stem diameter, stem height, and seedling height of the teak were significantly affected by the dosages and application times of Phoska fertilizer at 1, 2, 3, and 4 months after planting. The leaf numbers, leaf length, and leaf width responded significantly to Phoska fertilizer. This study found a significant interaction between the dosages and application times of Phoska fertilizer on seedling height and leaf length at one month old after planting; on stem height, seedling height, and leaf numbers at three month old; on stem diameter, stem height, seedling height, and leaf numbers at four month old after planting. The study revealed that the application of 10 g/plant Phoska applied at a planting day was the best treatment to enhance the growth of teak stump. Factors evaluated were concentration of NAA (0, 2, 4 mgl-1), and concentration of BAP (0, 3, 6 mgl-1). Variables observed were initiation time, shoot numbers, shoot height, root number at 2 and 4 weeks after culturing (WAC) and life percentage, dead percentage, contamination percentage. The results showed that NAA significantly affected initiation time and shoot numbers at 4 WAC.  The best initiation time was found at concentration of  NAA 4 mgl-1 and the best shoot numbers was found at concentration of NAA 2 dan 4 mgl-1. Research was conducted in Paluh Ketuk, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The experiment was using factorial randomized block design with two factors.The first factor is Amendment (A) consists of 4 degrees: 0 t/ha, 4 t/ha, 8 t/ha and 12 t/ha. The second factor is the Varieties (V) consists of 6 kinds: Ciherang, Bestari, Inpari 4, Mekongga, Inpari 13 and Cibogo. The variables are: leaf area, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panicle,number of chlorophyll, 1000 grain weight and grain weight/ plot. Data were analyzed by F test and Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT), further analysis by response curve. The yield of higher in order are Bestari, Ciherang and Mekongga. Compost treatments were significant in variable of leaf area and grain weight per plot. Whereas the varieties treatments were significant on number of tillers, number of productive tillers, number of grains per panic and grain weight per plot. Combination treatments of compost and varieties were significant on grain weight per plot. Rice varieties suggested are Bestari, Ciherang and Mekongga its tend to have better resistance to higher grain yield than other varieties. The results of the experiments exhibited that only the single effect of varieties was found to be significant in most of the parameters studied. The Langra enriched a greater quantity of crude fiber, lipid, water-soluble protein, phosphorus, and potassium constituents over the Khirshapat. It is revealed that the expansion of mineral contents in the mango was intimately associated with ripening during storage. These applications and information system are built as tools to help the University’ daily activities. Most of these applications have its own database. As a result, data is inconsistent, and the worst is redundant data cannot be avoided. The idea behind of this research is to build one centralized data that can be used as baseline to other applications. Since the main data of Syiah Kuala University are located behind the proxy which is no internet direct access allowed to the data. The proposed method to answer this problem is touse web service as a gateway for data transfer. This technique keeps the database from direct external access but the data itself can be seen without knowing where the real data is. This method has been used for Online Exit-Survey to proof that the system can verify the students’ data. Some student cannot be identified because their data were empty, the other because the data in centralized database server were only prepared for undergraduate students, so that the post graduate and professional students cannot be verified.
