Selama penelitian ditemukan jenis ikan target famili Serranidae 22 spesies, Lutjanidae 8 spesies, dan Carangidae 2 spesies. Ciri pemijahan dari ketiga ikan target famili Serranidae, Lutjanidae, dan Carangidae persentase yang terbesar ditemukan pada famili Serranidae yaitu luka gigitan, famili Lutjanidae yaitu berkumpul, dan famili Carangidae yaitu berkumpul. Keberadaan residu obat hewan golongan antibiotik pada telur telah dilaporkan di Indonesia, beberapa penelitian terhadap residu antibiotik pun telah dilakukan oleh Dinas Peternakan Provinsi Kota Mataram.Penelitian ini di tujukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat residu antibiotik golongan Oksitetrasiklin pada telur ayam ras yang dijual di pasar Kebon Roek Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif, pengambilan sampel secara acak pada tiga pedagang, jumlah sampel sebanyak 27 sampel, dengan jenis sampel telur ayam ras. Pengujian residu yang digunakan yaitu uji tapis. Data dianalisa dengan jumlah sampel yang positif dibagi dengan jumlah seluruh sampel yang digunakan.Penelitian dimulai dari tanggal 3 Oktober sampai dengan 20 Oktober 2011, dan pemeriksaan sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Kesehatan Masyarakat Veteriner Banyumulek, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat.Hasil penelitian pada bulan Oktober menunjukkan bahwa 27 sampel telur yang diperiksa tidak mengandung residu antibiotik Golongan Tetrasiklin (Oksitetrasiklin), jadi porsentase hasil pemeriksaan adalah 0%. Remaja memiliki potensi mengalami PTSD, depresi, dan gangguan kecemasan pasca peristiwa konflik yang dialaminya. Namun bagi sebagian remaja korban konflik yang menjadi santri di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah, yaitu LPI yang menampung anak-anak yatim dan/atau piatu korban konflik yang ada di Aceh justru tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda adanya psikopatologis karena adanya kemampuan beradaptasi individu ketika menghadapi peristiwa traumatis yang terjadi dalam kehidupannya yang dinamakan sebagai resiliensi. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk menghadapi keadaan tidak normal ketika mengalami peristiwa traumatis untuk membangun ketabahan fisik dan psikis sehingga mendapatkan pengalaman baru dan emosi positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resiliensi pada remaja laki-laki korban konflik di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah, Lueng Bata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan selama empat bulan enam belas hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat responden memiliki harapan dan optimisme untuk mencapai masa depan yang lebih baik, mendapatkan dukungan dari orangtua, kawan-kawan sesama korban konflik serta para ustaz, dan merasa bernasib sama dengan anak-anak korban konflik lainnya di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah. To get the values of motion resistance and effective power on various purse seiner, it was used the purse seiner speed of 0-12 knot. We developed the simulation using 12 purse seiner sampling data which were operating in Makassar Strait. Simulation results indicated that the increasing main dimension of purse seiner was proportional to the increasing the magnitude of resistance and effective power. This study suggested that the round flat of casco model has greater resistance compared with the other casco model for purse seiner operating in Makassar Strait. The objective of the study to determine the effective of compost dosage and watering interval on growth of oil palm seedling. Dosage of compost consist of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 kg/polyibag and watering interval: every day, every 2 days, and every 3 days, watering with 1 liter of water for every seedeling with 5 kg soil/polybag. The result showed that compost dosage had signifficant effect on increasing of stem diameter palm seedling at 30, 60,90 after planting, broad of leaf at 30, 60, 90 after planting, length of root 90 days after planting, weight of fresh biomass, 90 days after planting. Growth of palm seedling best at 1.5 kg compost/polybag. Watering interval had significan effect on hight of palm seedling at 30, 60 and 90 days after planting, increasing of broad of leaf at 30 days after planting, length of root at 90 days after planting. The best growth of palm seedling found at watering interval every 3 days. There were significant interaction between compost dosage and watering interval on hight of palm seedling at 60 days after planting, increasing of palm stem diameter at 30, and 90 days after planting the best growth of palm seedling found at treatment combination 2 kg compost/polibeg and every 3 days watering interval. Grown sunflower in the beekeepers state can be raising sum of fully seeds per head, in the other hand sunflower crops was source of nectar and pollen. The objective of this research was study response of sunflower with expression of percentage of empty seeds and seeds yield to be present honey-bees. The research was conducted in Buanasakti village, Batanghari sub-district, West Lampung district from December 2007 to March 2008. The treatment was distance between beekeepers state (in the stable: 0, 2, and 4 km) and number of plant population per ha (40,000, 60,000, and 80,000 plants). The conclusion was: (1) in the beekeepers state was produce number of branch was higher 124% and 32% than 4 km and 2 km from beekeepers state, respectively: percentage of empty seeds, dry seed per plot and harvest index in the beekeepers state was increasing 199%, 215,47% and 32.36% than 4 km from beekeepers state, (2) The population of 80,000 plant per ha was increasing dry weight of seeds per plot was higher than 60,000 and 40,000 plant per ha, and (3) in each state was difference number of population caused number of flowering date and head diameter prominent was significantly. Sebanyak 10 ekor kambing PE betina dibagi 2 2 dalam 2 kelompok perlakuan berdasarkan BCS, yaitu kelompok I dengan BCS 2 (kondisi kurus), berat badan antara 25-30 kg (n=5) dan kelompok II dengan BCS 3 (kondisi ideal) berat badan antara 35-40 kg (n=5). Semua kelompok perlakuan disinkronisasi dengan implant CIDR (berisi 1,3 g progesteron) secara intravaginal jangka pendek selama 10 hari dan 48 jam sebelum pencabutan CIDR, kambing diijeksi dengan PGF a. Deteksi estrus dilakukan setiap hari dengan interval 6 jam dimulai dari pencabutan CIDR sampai 60 2 jam setelah pencabutan CIDR. Data onset dan durasi estrus dianalisis menggunakan independent sample T-test sedangkan tanda-tanda visual estrus dianalisis secara deskriptif. Respon estrus semua kelompok perlakuan adalah 100%. Onset dan durasi estrus antara BCS 2 dan 3 masing-masing adalah 21,60±1,47 vs 13,20±1,20 jam dan 27,60±3,06 vs 32,40±1,47 jam. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi implant CIDR jangka pendek dan injeksi PGF a efektif untuk sinkronisasi estrus pada kambing PE dengan 2 BCS 2 dan 3. This study aims to determine the response of maize (Zea mays, Sacharata SHOUT) against the use of several types of organic mulch and organic fertilizer super nasa and whether there is an interaction between both factors. This research has been conducted in the village of Kuala  Batee, Terbue District of Southwest Aceh district which lasted from 17 july - 30 october 2008, and with Research Randomized factorial arranged with the combined treatment of organic mulch (M) that M1 = straw, M2 = bagase, M3= rice husk, while the organic fertilizer treatments super nasa (P) is P1 = 10 g / l of water, P2 = 20 g / l of water and P3 = 30 g / l of water with three replications. Results showed that oral administration of organic mulch significantly affect corn production, the best production of mulch was found in rice husk (M3) significant than other types of organic mulch. Fertilizer did not affect the process of growth and yield of maize. There is interaction between the type of Mulching with organic fertilizer super nasa. The best combination was obtained in the combined treatment  M2P1  or M3P3.
