Populasi siswa kelas XI SMAN X Kota Lhokseumawe, dua kelas diambil secara acak dari 6 kelas terdiri atas satu kelas eksperimen dan satu kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 32 siswa perkelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes awal dan tes akhir untuk keterampilan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan proses sains, lembar observasi untuk melihat keterlaksanaan pembelajaran serta angket untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa dan guru terhadap penggunaan pembelajaran praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Hasil uji t menunjukkan penggunaan model pembelajaran praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi larutan penyangga secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan proses sains siswa dibandingkan dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran praktikum konvensional. Hal ini ditunjukan dari N-gain yang dinormalisasi keterampilan berpikir kritis untuk kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,66 lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sebesar 0,53. Begitu juga dengan N-gain yang dinormalisasi keterampilan proses sains kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,70 lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol sebesar 0,46. Rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TSTS pada pelajaran IPS materi perjuangan para tokoh dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di kelas V SD Negeri 16 Banda Aceh?. Penelitian ini bertujuan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa dengan penggunaan perjuangan para tokoh dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan di kelas V SD Negeri 16 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif.teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara memberikan tes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan uji-t. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 16 Banda Aceh sebanyak 29 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada pretest sebanyak 21 siswa (72,41%) tidak tuntas 9 siswa (31,03%) tuntas hasil belajarnya. Nilai rata-rata yang dicapai siswa 61,16 engan nilai tertinggi sebesar 80, nilai terendah sebesar 40 dan nilai rata-rata siswa 65,51. Kemudian pada postest jumlah siswa tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa (93,10%) dan 2 siswa (6,89%) tidak tuntas. Nilai tertinggi yang dicapai siswa adalah sebesar 100, nilai terendah 60 dan nilai rata-rata siswa 77,24. Pengambilan induk dilakukan menggunakan metode gores,  sedangkan analisis laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode pembedahan. Ukuran cangkang dibagi ke dalam empat kelompok berdasarkan tingkat kematangan gonad (TKG) yaitu TKG0 berukuran ˂20 mm, TKG1 berukuran 21-29 mm, TKG2 berukuran 30-38, TKG3 berukuran 39-48, dan TKG4 berukuran cangkang ˃49 mm.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa morfologi gonad jantan seperti paku dan pola penyebaran gonad jantan dalam kantong gonad secara acak dan lepas dari ikatan bersama pada muara kantong. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah morfologi gonad jantan  G. erosa  pada TKG0, TKG1,  dan  TKG2  sulit  dibedakan,  sedangkan  pada  TKG3  dan  TKG4   berbentuk  seperti  paku.  Selanjutnya  pola  penyebaran  masing-masing gonad  jantan  G.  erosa  dalam  kantong  gonad  terjadi  secara  berkelompok  dan  acak,  berada  pada  muara  saluran  gonad  yang  siap  keluar  dari kantong gonad untuk membuahi gonad betina. Penelitian dilakukan di perairan Krueng Keuretoe Kabupaten Aceh Utara, pada bulan Maret sampai April 2013. Pengambilan ikan target dari Krueng  Keuretoe dilakukan dengan jala, dan pancing menggunakan metode survei, sedangkan penetapan organ target dilakukan dengan metode bedah. Analisis organ yang mendominasi  akumulasi ikan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara organ lain yang terakumulasi cadmium, sedangkan analisis data tentang  akumulasi logam cadmium dilakukan dengan metode AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry). Hasil diperoleh adalah organ yang terkumulasi cadmium pada hepar berkisar antara 0,0130 – 0,0336 ppm, sedangkan tingkat akumulasi logam cadmium pada otot 0,0001-0,0299 ppm, dan pada cor berkisar 0,0008-0,0252 ppm. Kamal, Samsul Date A point or period of time associated with an event in the lifecycle of the resource 2012-11-30 Description An account of the resource .  The study of Lepidoptera that took place around the factory of Lafarge Cement Indonesia (LCI) was aimed to determine the structure of dominance of Lepidoptera and  morphological structure as basic determination of taxonomy chategory of LCI plant Lhoknga Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The study was conducted from April to June 2012. The area of the study was divided into four locations; Gunung Bale Area (location I), Gunung Badak Area (Location II), LCI factory (Location III) and Gunung Oshing (location IV). The methods were survey and capture. The structure of the dominance was analysed by dominance formula and the species was analysed descriptivelly. The findings showed that there were 13 species and 1 species with dominance index (ID)  were  0.0-0.25 and 0.26-0.50 respectivelly, and none of them with ID ˃ 0.50. The species can be potentially used as the learning media of the course were 13 species, including the morphology and anatomy of each species. The parts of the body of Lepidoptera comprising of podos, chephal, torax, abdomen, and ptera are the basic determination of the taxonomy. In brief, it was found that Lepidoptera with categories were sub-dominant and not dominant. Determination of the taxonomy relied on the various structure of morphology of each members of Lepidoptera according to examinated level of taxonomy. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi anggota terhadap KUD Maduma yaitu jumlah simpanan anggota pada KUD Maduma, transaksi anggota dengan KUD Maduma dan kehadiran dalam rapat anggota sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah sebanyak 25% yaitu 40 anggota dari 400 anggota secara random/acak. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, sedangkan analisis data diolah dengan persentase. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi anggota pada KUD Maduma di Desa Sangir Kecamatan Blangkejeren Kabupaten Gayo Lues dilihat dari jumlah simpanan anggota pada KUD Maduma yaitu simpanan pokok senilai Rp 200.000,-,simpanan wajib rata-rata menyetor Rp 100.000 dan simpanan sukarela rata-rata menyetor Rp 50.000,- yaitu semua anggota sudah menyetor. Partisipasi anggota dari segi kehadiran dalam rapat anggota tahunan yaitu 67,5% sering hadir dalam rapat anggota begitu pula dengan anggota yang memberi pendapat dalam rapat anggota tahunan yaitu 52,5% sering memberi pendapat. Partisipasi anggota dari segi transaksi anggota dengan KUD Maduma yaitu 55% yang sering sering berbelanja pada KUD Maduma, kemudian yakni 60% anggota yang sering menggiling padi pada KUD Maduma, dan 60% anggota tergolong sangat sering meminjam uang pada KUD Maduma. Tingkat pendidikan anggota dengan partisipasinya terhadap KUD Maduma bahwa rata-rata tergolong rendah akan tetapi anggota KUD Maduma sudah mampu berpartisipasi dengan baik, baik sesama anggota maupun dengan pengurus atau manajer.
