Stress will bring a positive effect, i.e. as a motivation if we can manage and handle it well. Therefore strategy of coping style is very important when one is under stress. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between personality type and coping with stress style among undergraduates of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Specifically, the aim is to find out whether types of personality will affect the coping style when an undergraduate is under stress. This study also investigates the influence of demographic aspects of gender, ethnicity and stream of faculty on the relationship. Data were collected using questionnaires which were distributed to a total of 370 undergraduates from various faculties. Psychological test tools of NEO Five Factor Inventory and Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation were used to determine the personality and coping style of the respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, nonparametric correlation and partial nonparametric correlation tests. The results show that there are moderate positive correlations between Conscientiousness and problem-focused coping style, and between Neuroticism and emotion-focused coping style. Besides that, there are significant weak positive correlations between Extraversion and Openness with problem-focused coping style. Nonparametric test shows that Agreeableness and Conscientiousness are different between the genders. Results also show that Extraversion and Conscientiousness personality types, and the Avoidance coping style are significantly different among the ethnics. Project management function element is operationalized by nine constructs. Data was collected using questionnaire survey approach. This study employed stratified random sampling procedure in selecting the construction organizations for inclusion in the sample. Four hundred and forty eight Aceh construction organizations participated in this study. Descriptive analysis, factor and reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression methods of data analysis were utilized for hypotheses testing. Elemen fungsi manajemen proyek dioperasionalkan oleh sembilan konstruk. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei kuesioner. Penelitian ini digunakan prosedur stratified random sampling dalam memilih organisasi konstruksi untuk dimasukkan dalam sampel. Empat ratus empat puluh delapan organisasi konstruksi Aceh berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Analisis deskriptif, analisis faktor dan keandalan, analisis korelasi Pearson dan analisis regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. A total of 215 fungal colonies from 9 fungal species were isolated from soil samples of different cassava fields between the month of June and August, 2012. It was observed that soil samples from Lambara recorded the highest number (64) of fungal species followed by Damba and the least number (44) of fungal species was observed in Wamakko.The fungi isolated were Alternaria species, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus fumigatus, Cylindrocarpon lichenicola, Fusarium oxysporum, Geotrichum candidum, Mucor hiemalis, Rhizopus orgyzae and Scopulariopsis candida.The highest percentage frequency of occurrence was observed in Aspergillus niger (39.5%) seconded by Fusarium oxysporum (18.2%) and the least was seen in Rhizopus oryzae ( 2.3%). The pathogenicity test indicated that all the fungal isolates were pathogenic on cassava tubers.The fungus M. hiemalis is the most pathogenic followed by F. oxysporum and the least was recorded by R. oryzae. Therefore, it would be concluded that there is relationship between soilborne fungi and incidence of postharvest rots of cassava tubers. Seringkali siswa tidak dapat menyelesaikan soal–soal pada materi persamaan garis lurus secara tuntas, yang disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan siswa memahami atau mengingat konsep-konsep dasar matematika yang pernah dipelajari sebelumnya, sehingga prestasi belajar siswa belum mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, perlu diberikan perlakuan khusus, seperti remedial teaching. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang peranan remedial teaching dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa dan meningkatkan prestasi belajarnya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian eksperimen. Data diperoleh dari observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Analisa data dilakukan dengan  deskriptif kualitatif yang mengacu pada hasil tes siswa yang kemudian didiagnosa kesulitan belajarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang mampu memahami konsep persamaan garis lurus meningkat (80% dari 32 orang  siswa yang ikut remedial teaching mengalami peningkatan hasil belajarnya). Hal ini membuktikan bahwa remedial teaching dapat mengatasi kesulitan belajar dan meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dalam memahami konsep persamaan garis lurus.
