Kegiatan penanganan pascapanen padi meliputi beberapa tahap kegiatan yaitu proses pemanenan, penumpukan dan pengumpulan, perontokan, pembersihan, pengangkutan, pengeringan, pengemasan dan penyimpanan, serta penggilingan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar air GKG terhadap rendemen dan mutu beras dari penggiling padi keliling. Jenis gabah yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah varietas IR-64 yang diperoleh dari hasil pemanenan di Desa Lamteuba Kecamatan Seulimeum, Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Mesin penggiling padi keliling yang digunakan adalah tipe NX-110 yang berasal dari Desa Bayu Kecamatan Darul Imarah, Aceh Besar. Parameter yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah kadar air gabah yang terdiri dari 17%, 14%, 11% dan 8%. Analisa data yang diamati meliputi rendemen penggilingan, persentase mutu beras, dan kapasitas mesin penggiling padi keliling.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian persentase rendemen beras tertinggi diperoleh dari gabah dengan kadar air 11%, yaitu sebesar 58,7%. Nilai rendemen tersebut lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rendemen beras giling yang dihasilkan dari gabah dengan kadar air 8% dan 14% yaitu masing-masing sebesar 58,5% dan 57,7%, rendemen beras giling yang paling rendah diperoleh dari gabah dengan kadar air 17% yaitu sebesar 51%. Untuk persentase mutu beras yang sudah memenuhi standar SNI diperoleh pada beras hasil penggilingan gabah dengan kadar air 14% dan tergolong ke dalam kelompok mutu V. Gabah dengan kadar air 14% adalah kondisi dimana gabah sangat baik untuk dilakukan proses penggilingan, sehingga mutu beras yang dihasilkan akan baik pula. Disamping itu bila kadar air gabah lebih rendah yaitu 8% maka butiran gabah yang digiling akan mudah patah. Kapasitas kerja mesin penggiling padi keliling memiliki nilai yang berbeda pada setiap gabah dengan kadar air yang berbeda yaitu penggilingan gabah dengan kadar air 17% sebesar 72 kg/jam, penggilingan gabah dengan kadar air 14% yaitu sebesar 117 kg/jam, penggilingan gabah dengan kadar air 11% sebesar 110 kg/jam dan penggilingan gabah dengan kadar air 8% sebesar 90 kg/jam. Perlakuan penelitian adalah pemberian tepung Indigofera di dalam ransum, yaitu ; A= 0%, B=0,5%, C=1%, D=1,5%. Parameter yang diamati adalah : konsumsi ransum, pertambahan berat badan, konversi ransum, bobot badan akhir dan mortalitas. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan probiotik dan tepung Indigofera dalam ransum fermentasi berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan dan bobot badan akhir, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi dan konversi ransum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan probiotik dan tepung Indigofera dalam ransum fermentasi berpengaruh positif terhadap petumbuhan dan dapat menurunkan angka mortalitas ayam broiler.Kata kunci : Broiler, Fermentasi, probiotik, Indigofera. Thus, it is necessary to develop varieties that are tolerant to low nutrient conditions. This experiment was arranged in a randomized block design with a total sample of 88 plants. The results showed that grain weight per panicle was the variable that has the highest diversity, followed by the number of leaf chlorosis per productive tillers and number of panicles. Plant height was a variable that has the lowest diversity. Moreover, the number of panicles showed significant positive skewness, which indicates that the number of panicles have complementary gene interaction. Plant height, number of leaf chlorosis per productive tiller, and number of panicles had positive kurtosis values, which indicate that these variables are controlled by a few genes. In contrast, grain weight per panicle, number of tillers, and the number of leaves had negative kurtosis values, which indicate that these variables are controlled by many genes. Factors studied were 1) types of organic fertilizer, consisted of 3 levels: manure, compost and green manure and 2) varieties of tomatoes, consisted of two levels: Viccario F1 and San Marino F1. Variables observed were plant height and stem diameter at ages 15, 30 and 45 days after transplanting (DAT), fruit numbers, and fruit weight for 5 times of harvest. The results showed that types of organic fertilizer exerted significant effects on plant height at age of 15 and 30 DAT, plant stem diameter at age 15 and 30 DAT, fruit numbers and fruit weight.  The best growth of tomato was on green manure.  Varieties also exerted significant effects on plant height at ages 15, 30 and 45 DAT, stem diameter at ages 30 and 45 DAT,  fruit numbers and fruit weight, but no significant effect on stem diameter at age 15 DAT. The best growth and fruit numbers wer found at Viccario, while the highest fruit weight was found at variety San Marino. There was a significant interaction between types of organic fertilizer and tomato varieties on plant height at age 45 DAT, but no significant interaction on other variables. The best plant growth was found at the combination of Viccario-manure. The revitalization effort was constrained by the unavailability of quality seedlings. Alternatively, cocoa seedlings can be made available through vegetative propagations or through tissue culture techniques. Based on those facts, we have studied the inducing of callus and somatic embryos of cacao clones that were adaptive and highly productive in Aceh. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized design, consisted of two factors. The first factor was the cacao genotype, having red and green fruits skin. The second factor consisted of six combinations of growth regulators 2,4-D and kinetin. The results showed that genotype of explants origin from cocoa red flowers responded very well in the formation of callus and somatic embryo formation. There was a significant interaction between genotype and growth regulator combinations on the explants in the number of somatic embryos formed. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Vector Autoregression (VAR), dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari badan pusat statistik Indonesia periode tahun 1970-2012. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan uji granger causality terdapat hubungan/ pengaruh dari belanja pemerintah terhadap kemiskinan, dimana nilai Wald Test sebesar 66.12 lebih besar jika di bandingkan dengan nilai Critical Value 5% yakni 16.92, berdasarkan hasil dekomposisi prediksi varian residual dari belanja pemerintah terhadap kemiskinan diketahui pada horizon pertama belanja pemerintah memberikan kontribusi sebesar 31% terhadap kemiskinan. Penanaman modal asing juga berpengaruh terhadap kemiskinan dilihat menggunakan uji granger causality, dimana penanaman modal asing berhubungan/ berpengaruh dengan kemiskinan, nilai Wald Test dari penanaman modal asing terhadap kemiskinan yaitu 51.54, lebih besar jika di bandingkan nilai critical value 5% yaitu16.92. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disarankan: kepada pemerintah untuk tetap menjaga kestabilan alokasi belanja pemerintah guna menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan yang lebih optimal. Selain itu, pemerintah perlu menciptakan lagi iklim investasi asing yang lebih kondusif dengan adanya jaminan keamanan dan tersedianya infrastruktur yang memadai sehingga dapat menarik lebih banyak investor asing untuk menanamkan modalnya di Indonesia. This research was conducted at rice field at Aneuk Glee Village, sub district of Indrapuri, district of Aceh Besar. This research used Randomized Block Design non factorial, consisting of 6 treatments. They were unhulled paddy, rice, split rice, corn, split corn and corn powder. The treatment was repeated 4 times. The variables observed were percentage of damage plant, trapped rats, and ratio of male rat to female rat.  The result of this research showed that preference of the rat was significantly affected by kinds of food. Among the treatments, unhulled paddy was the most preferred.  However, at percentage of damage plant, the rats preferred rice to other baits.  The ratio of rats trapped was high at male rats.
