Produksi bahan bakar minyak yang berasal dari bahan bakar fosil semakin hari semakin menurun. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu alternatif sumber energi yang dapat diperbaharui dalam menggantikan bahan bakar fosil, salah satunya adalah mengkonversikan biomas menjadi biooil. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan limbah padat sawit, yaitu batang dan tandan kosong sawit dengan ukuran partikel 2-6 dan 6-10 mesh. Proses yang digunakan untuk mengkonversikan limbah padat sawit pada penelitian ini yaitu slow pyrolysis. Proses ini dilakukan pada reaktor pipa stainless steel dengan diameter 3,81 cm dan panjang 60 cm, pada kisaran temperatur 450-600oC yang dialiri gas nitrogen. Hasil yield tertinggi dicapai pada suhu 500oC dengan diameter partikel 2-6 mesh. Produk bio-oil dilakukan analisa dengan menggunakan GC HP 5890 II. The study aims to determine the ability of endophytic fungi from nutmeg plants in suppressing the development of pathogenic fungi on dead twig disease. This study used a descriptive method, this method is used at the stage of endophytic fungi isolation and pathogenicity test phase, whereas the double test phase using completely randomized design (CRD), each treatment was repeated 6 replication. The parameters observed percentage inhibition of pathogenic fungi colonies (CP1).The results obtained by three isolates of endophytic fungi from the most healthy roots of nutmeg plants. Endophytic fungal isolates S-S 1 AB able to inhibit the growth of pathogenic fungi (CP1) with the highest percentage inhibition compared to two other isolates in the amount of 90.56% (75.60%) at age 3 DAI. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan cendawan endofit pada tanaman pala dalam menekan perkembangan cendawan patogen penyakit mati ranting pada tanaman pala. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, metode ini digunakan pada tahap isolasi cendawan endofit dan tahap uji patogenesitas, sedangkan pada tahap uji ganda menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Peubah yang diamati meliputi persentase penghambatan koloni cendawan patogen (CP1).Hasil penelitian diperoleh 3 isolat cendawan endofit dari akar tanaman pala paling sehat diantara yang sehat dan akar tanaman sehat diantara yang sakit. Isolat cendawan endofit S-S 1 AB mampu menghambat pertumbuhan cendawan patogen (CP1) dengan persentase daya hambat tertinggi dibandingkan 2 isolat lainnya yaitu sebesar 90,56 % (75,60 %) pada umur 3 HSI. This information is inadequate to represent the performance of the PV device under real operating conditions. This paper investigates the performance of a double-junction solar cell under different climatic conditions, i.e. temperature, irradiance, solar spectrum, and the angle of incidence. The effects of environmental conditions on the cell’s performance are observed by simulating their current and voltage characteristics using a one-diode. The results show that the short-circuit current of a double-junction device is spectrally sensitive to the incident irradiance and solar spectrum.
