The distribution of Trichoderma sp (TBPH isolate) in litter layers of Acacia mangium was observed in two years’ old of health standing (2S) and Ganoderma sp-attacked standing (2G). The objectives of this research were to observe Trichoderma sp distributions in leaf litter layers and to determine of antagonistic ability of Trichoderma sp TBPH against Ganoderma sp (GBR isolate). Trichoderma sp in sawdust medium was spread above of F litter layer in 50 x 50 cm area. Total populations of Trichoderma were observed each month during eight months. Antagonistic activities of Trichoderma sp TBPH against Ganoderma sp GBR were tested by dual test method on PDA and PDA with litter powder (PDAS) media.  The results showed that populations of Trichoderma sp were fluctuating and the highest population on both standings of F layer   and were followed by H and L layers. Fluctuations of Trichoderma sp population on L layer were tended to follow rainfall fluctuations while those on F layer were tended to follow litter pH fluctuations. Antagonistic test showed that inhibition percentage of PDAS medium was lower than those of PDA medium indicating litter amendment on media being causes of lower antagonistic activities of Trichoderma sp. Based on those characters, there was 7 isolates from  genera of Pythium belongs to Mastigomycetes, 1 isolate from Basidiomycetes and 6 genera belongs to Deuteromycetes, i.e. 5 isolates of Penicillium, 10 isolates of Aspergillus, 5 isolates of Trichoderma, 2 isolates of Fusarium, 1 isolate of Geotrichum and 1 isolate of  Phialophora. Sampling dilakukan pada tiga stasiun yaitu di muara Sungai Balaotin, Cibok dan Kobok. Analisis konsentrasi merkuri menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (SSA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi merkuri pada air laut pada ketiga stasiun di Perairan Kao Teluk berkisar antara 0,000239-0,000560 ppm. Konsentrasi merkuri pada sedimen berkisar antara 0,003-0,08 ppm. Konsentrasi merkuri pada keong berkisar antara 0,06-0,15 ppm. Berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 51 Tahun 2004 tentang baku mutu air laut, dan US Environmental Protection Agencytentang baku mutu sedimen, serta World Health Organization/Food and Agriculture Organization (WHO/FAO) tentang keamanan pangan maka kandungan merkuri pada air, sedimen dan keong popaco masih berada dibawah baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang erat antara konsentrasi merkuri pada air dan sedimen dengan indek kepadatan keong popaco, dimana pada kepadatan tinggi maka kandungan merkuri cenderung rendah. Remaja memiliki potensi mengalami PTSD, depresi, dan gangguan kecemasan pasca peristiwa konflik yang dialaminya. Namun bagi sebagian remaja korban konflik yang menjadi santri di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah, yaitu LPI yang menampung anak-anak yatim dan/atau piatu korban konflik yang ada di Aceh justru tidak menunjukkan tanda-tanda adanya psikopatologis karena adanya kemampuan beradaptasi individu ketika menghadapi peristiwa traumatis yang terjadi dalam kehidupannya yang dinamakan sebagai resiliensi. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk menghadapi keadaan tidak normal ketika mengalami peristiwa traumatis untuk membangun ketabahan fisik dan psikis sehingga mendapatkan pengalaman baru dan emosi positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui resiliensi pada remaja laki-laki korban konflik di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah, Lueng Bata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang. Proses pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan selama empat bulan enam belas hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keempat responden memiliki harapan dan optimisme untuk mencapai masa depan yang lebih baik, mendapatkan dukungan dari orangtua, kawan-kawan sesama korban konflik serta para ustaz, dan merasa bernasib sama dengan anak-anak korban konflik lainnya di LPI Markaz Al Ishlah Al-Aziziyah. Parameter kualitas lahan (tanah dan air) dianalisis dengan metode analisis parameter fisika, kimia dan biologi dan dibandingkan kondisi riil dengan kondisi ideal (teori). Untuk mendapatkan data sosial ekonomi dengan pengamatan di lapangan dan menggunakan kuisioner, selanjutnya untuk melihat hubungan produktivitas tambak dengan sosial ekonomi menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas lahan tambak yaitu tekstur tanah proporsi pasir tidak sesuai dengan baku mutu budidaya udang. Pengelolaan tambak dan teknologi yang digunakan termasuk pengelolaan tambak secara tradisional plus, tingkat produksi udang rata-rata 178.54 kg/ha dengan padat tebar 17.804.88 ekor/ha. Tingkat produksi ikan rata-rata 295.87 kg/ha dengan padat tebar 1.066.17 ekor/ha.
