Pada pertanian konvensional, fungisida sudah digunakan selama bertahun-tahun untuk mengendalikan patogen pada tanaman. Sebagaimana telah diketahui, penggunaan bahan kimia secara terus menerus dapat berdampak buruk terhadap lingkungan dan menyebabkan resistensi.  Ozon telah dianjurkan oleh para ahli  sebagai alternatif pengendalian penggunaan bahan sintetik pada pengawetan bahan makanan karena ozon tidak meninggalkan residu pada bahan simpanan sehingga lebih aman untuk dikonsumsi.           Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh ozon pada konsentrasi rendah (180 ppb) terhadap perkembangan koloni dan spora yang dihasilkan oleh Botrytis aclada secara in vitro. Dua tipe inokulum digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah miselia dan spora.  Keduanya merupakan penyebab kerusakan pada bahan simpanan. Jamur yang diuji disimpan di dalam kotak yang dialiri ozon dengan suhu 7-8oC selama 14 hari. Pengamatan terhadap perkembangan koloni dilakukan dengan mengukur diameter koloni, sementara spora yang dihasilkan diamati pada hari ke 14 masa inkubasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemaparan ozon pada konsentrasi 180 ppb selama 14 hari tidak menurunkan perkembangan koloni  B. aclada, tetapi efektif mengurangi jumlah spora yang dihasilkan. Experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) 3x3 with 3 replications. There were two factors studied, i.e. 1) varieties consisted of 3 levels (PM 126 F1, White Shot and Cauliflower Tropica 45 Days) and 2) concentration of compound fertilizer RapidGro 01 consisted of 3 levels (2, 4, and 6 gL-1of water). Results showed that varieties significantly affected plant height at 30 days after planting, leaf numbers at 45 days after transplanting (DAT) and wet weight of flowers per plant, but did not significantly affect plant height at 15 and 45 DAT, leaf numbers at 15 and 30 DAT, root length and wet weight. The best variety was AM 126 F1. Concentrations of compound fertilizer RapidGro 01 did not significantly affect plant height and leaf numbers at 15, 30, and 45 DAT, root length, fresh weight per plant and wet weight per plant. Jenis penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa XI-IA2 yang berjumlah 25 orang, terdiri 13 orang siswa perempuan dan 12 orang siswa laki-laki. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara evaluasi, observasi, dan angket. Evaluasi dalam bentuk tes tertulis untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa, sedangkan observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas dan psikomotor siswa. Data tanggapan siswa, dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, yaitu membandingkan hasil kognitif siswa dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM) materi asam basa yang ditetapkan di sekolah sampel sebesar ? 65. Hasil kognitif siswa meningkat dari 56% sebelum penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC menjadi 84% setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC. Pada pertemuan II, diperoleh psikomotor siswa sebesar 78,12% . Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa menunjukkan skor rata-rata 79,5. Persentase siswa yang memberikan respon positif terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC sebesar 88% siswa. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CIRC dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga disarankan untuk dapat digunakan pada kegiatan belajar asam basa. Biological control begin to be selected in control of pathogens. Antagonist agent Trichoderma is known to control fungal pathogens causing plant diseases. This study looked over inhibition effects of Trichoderma sp. against pathogenic fungi; C. capsici, Fusarium sp. and S. rolfsii. This research was conducted at Laboratory of Plant Pathology Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University from April to August 2012. The study began with isolation of the pathogen obtained from chili and soybean crops infected in the field.. Pathogenic fungi isolated were Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium sp. and Sclerotium rolfsii. Variables observed were wide and diameter colony of Trichoderma sp., diameter colony of pathogens, and the percentage of inhibition. The results showed that Trichoderma sp., had ability to inhibit the growth of pathogen Colletotrichum capsici, Fusarium sp. and Sclerotium rolfsii  in vitro. The highest percentage of inhibition of Trichoderma sp. was 68,2% against Colletotrichum capsici, followed by 53,9% against Fusarium sp., and the lowest inhibition was against Sclerotium rolfsii (35.5%).
