Kadar air dalam biji kakao untuk mempertimbangkan harga jual dari biji kakao. Hal ini dilakukan pada saat proses jual beli biji kakao. Cara mengukur kadar air dalam biji kakao ada beberapa macam yaitu dengan menimbang berat biji kakao lalu dibandingkan dengan jumlahnya, pengeringan semua air pada biji kakao dengan proses oven, dan lain sebagainya. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat alat ukur kadar air dalam biji kakao dengan metode penusukan wadah atau karung yang berisi biji kakao dengan garpu untuk mengukur resistansinya. Garpu merupakan sensor resistif yang nilainya berubah bergantung dari kadar air biji kakao. Dengan rangkaian inverting amplifier perubahan resistans diubah menjadi tegangan.Tegangan output inverting amplifier dibaca oleh ADC mikrokontroler Atmega-8, yang kemudian diolah dan ditampilkan pada LCD. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan alat ukur yang dibuat mampu mengukur besar kadar air yang terkandung dalam biji kakao pada range pengukuran kadar air dari 2% hingga 20% dengan prosentase kesalahan 0,05%. The drawbacks of this method are it requires a relatively longer processing time and the outcome of the slope measurement is not represented in degrees. The measurement of digital plummet and digital waterpass is easier as the measurement time is relatively short and the tilt angle is represented in degrees. This paper describes a design and implementation of digital plummet and waterpass using Accelero Sensor MMA 7361L based on microcontroller ATmega8. The Accelero sensor MMA 7361L was used to read the tilt axis x, y, and z with analog voltage output that is converted into digital form using the ADC on the microcontroller. Based on the results of tools test for bekesting erectness and floor slope measurement, it was obtained that the average error were 0.51% and 0.49% for x-axis and y-axis respectively. Kini PT PLN sebagai penyedia layanan kelistrikan di Indonesia melayani keluhan pelanggan dengan menyediakan layanan panggilan 24 jam melalui call center 123. Informasi keluhan pelanggan ini dikelola dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Pengaduan Keluhan Terpadu (APKT), namun luasnya jaringan dan sebaran pelanggan di daerah kerja PT PLN Aceh, terkadang menyulitkan petugas menemukan lokasi secara efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan sebuah peta lokasi pelanggan yang dapat diakses secara cepat oleh petugas untuk mencari lokasi pelanggan. Dalam penelitian tugas akhir ini telah dirancang dan dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mengetahui lokasi pelanggan PLN dengan memanfaatkan nomor ID dari pelanggan itu sendiri. Aplikasi ini dapat dioperasikan melalui perangkat keras handphone dengan sistem operasi Android, dan memiliki standar minimum oprating system (OS) Jelly Bean. Aplikasi ini diintegrasikan dengan Google Maps sebagai modul peta lokasi dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java sebagai bahasa programnya. Aplikasi dibangun pada IDE Eclipse dan telah diuji coba di posko pelayanan teknik Lambaro Aceh besar dan hasilnya aplikasi dapat memperlihatkan lokasi pelanggan berdasarkan nomor identitas pelanggan yang dicacri.
