Pengeluaran respondenuntuk konsumsi makanan seperti makan dalam 1 bulan, sneak, makan diluar dan mentraktirteman dengan jumlah pengeluaran Rp.100.000-162.499 perbulan yakni 9 responden atau 31,0%.Sedangkan konsumsi non makanan seperti kosmetik, buku pelajaran, bahan kuliah, aksesinternet, isi pulsa, membeli pakaian, transportasi dan liburan dengan jumlah pengeluaranRp.262.400-422.799 yakni 13 atau 44,8%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumsi mahasiswayaitu faktor inernal yang terdiri dari pendapatan, motivasi, sekap/ kepribadian dan selera denganskor rata-rata 3,2 dengan kategori Setuju sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu kebudayaan, statussosial dan harga barang skor rata-rata 3,4 dengan kategori Setuju. Gambaran uang bulanan dantabungan responden yang menabung uangnya dengan tabungan rata-rata Rp.304.211 sebanyak19 responden atau 65,5%. Sehingga pada pasien tersebut harus dapat menyesuaikan diri secara emosional dan mental sebagai individu dan hubungannya dengan orang lain yang dikenal dengan adaptasi psikosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi adaptasi psikososial pada pasien dengan ulkus diabetik di Poliklinik Endokrin RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif eksploratif dengan desain cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara yang terdiri dari 30 item pernyataan dalam bentuk skala gutmen. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisa univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi psikososial berada dalam kategori baik (53,5%) dimensi konsep diri (60%) dengan kategori baik, dimensi fungsi peran (51,1%) dengan kategori kurang dan dimensi hubungan interdependen (60%) dengan kategori kurang. These things cause physical change for patient with diabetic ulucer and incure the change of body image which resulting the feeling of shame to socialize with their surrounding, therefore the patient should adopt themselves emotionally and mentally as an individu and his/her relationship with others which called psychosocial adaptation. The aim of the research is to identify psychosocial adaptation for patient with diabetic ulcer in polyclinic endocrine in Zainoel Abidin general hospital Banda Aceh 2013. The research used explorative descriptive with by using cross sectional study with 45 samples. Data collection used questionnaire (30 statements) through interview. Data analysis method used univariat analysis. The result of the research showed that psychosocial adaptation was in good category (53,5%), self concept dimension (60%) was also in good category, role function dimension (51,1%) with less good category and interdepence relationship (60%) with less good category. The result of the research recommends nursing staff to give support, great caring and service i.e well implementation of wound care so that not causing odor which affects discomfort for patient and his/her surrounding. Mata merupakan indera yang paling penting dalam menerima informasi. Katarak merupakan suatu penyakit degeneratif yang umumnya terjadi pada usia lanjut. Lansia dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan katarak terutama dalam hal diet makanan, aktivitas dan kebiasaan merokok. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional study. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 64 lansia. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam skala Likert berbentuk Check List terdiri atas 24 item pernyataan. Cara pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik wawancara terpimpin. Hasil penelitian yang didapat upaya pencegahan katarak dari diet makanan sebanyak 43 lansia (67,2%) berada dalam kategori baik, aktivitas sebanyak 45 lansia (70,3%) berada dalam kategori baik dan kebiasaan merokok sebanyak 41 lansia (64,1%) berada dalam kategori baik. Jadi secara keseluruhan upaya pencegahan katarak pada lansia sebanyak 39 lansia (60,9%) berada dalam kategori baik.
