The aim of research was to evaluate concentration of Biokomplek Trico-G and Rhizobium inoculation on yield.  The experiment used a randomized complete block design 4x2 with 3 replicates. Factors evaluated were concentration of Biokomplek Trico-G, consisted of 4 levels, that is: 0, 5, 10 and 15 g/L water and Rhizobium inoculation, consisted of 2 levels, that is without inoculation and inoculation with ex-soybean soil.  Results showed that the concentration of Biokomplek Trico-G had a highly significant effect on dry weight seed per crop and dry weight seed per hectare and had a significant effect on seed diameter. The best result was concentration of Biokomplek Trico-G at 10 g/L water.  Inoculation of Rhizobium had a highly significant effect on number of productive branches and a significant effect on number of fine pods per crop but insignificant effect on seed diameter, dry weight of seed per crop and dry weight of seed per hectare. There were two factors observed, that were 1) concentration of organic fertilizer D.I Grow, consisting of 4 levels : 0 mL/L of water, 1 mL/L of water, 3 mL/L of water and 5 mL/L of water, and 2) inorganic fertilizer NPK, consisting of 4 levels : 0 g/plant, 2,5 g/plant, 5,0 g/plant and 7,5 g/plant. Results showed that the concentration of fertilizer D.I Grow exerted highly significant effects on dry seed weight per plant,  yield potential,  and significant effects on plant height at 30 and 45 days after planting (DAP),  stem diameter at 45 DAP, and seed dry weight of 100 grains,  but did not exert significant effects on plant height at 15 DAP and stem diameter at 15 and 30 DAP. The best growth and yield were obtained at a concentration of DI Grow 5 mL /L of water. NPK fertilizer significantly affected plant height  at 45 DAP, stem diameter at 30 and 45 DAP, dry seed weight per plant,  and yield potential, but  did not significantly  affect plant height of 15 and 30 DAP,  stem diameter at 15 DAP,  weight of 100 grain   and seed dry weight of 100 grains. The best growth and yield were obtained at a dose of 7.5 g NPK/plant. There were highly significant interactions between concentration of D.I Grow and dosage of NPK on dry seed weight per plant and  yield potential. The best yield was obtained  at a combination of D.I Grow 5 mL/L of water and 7.5 g of NPK plant . Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 2 Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe example non example. (2) untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dengan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe example non example. Peneliti melakukan penelitian di SMP Negeri 2 Ulim dengan mengambil subjek siswa kelas VII C pada mata pelajaran IPS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VII C di SMP Negeri 2 Ulim yang berjumlah 42 orang. Data yang diperoleh adalah tentang hasil belajar siswa dan aktivitas guru. Data ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes dan lembaran observasi. Data hasil belajar diolah dengan melihat kriteria ketuntasan minimal yang ditetapkan di SMP Negeri 2 Ulim untuk mata pelajaran IPS yaitu 65, aktifitas guru dinilai dengan menggunakan skala penilaian yaitu (1) nilai 1-1,5 bernilai tidak baik, (2) nilai 1,5-2,5 bernilai kurang baik, (3) nilai 2,5-3,5 bernilai cukup baik, (4) nilai 3,5-4,5 bernilai baik, dan (5) nili 4,5-5,0 bernilai sangat baik. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan di dapat kesimpulan bahwa (1) Pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe example non example pada materi pelajaran memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar siswa dalam setiap siklus, yaitu siklus I (64%), siklus II (78%), siklus III (90%), (2) Tingkat kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran kooperatif tipe example non example mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,35, pada siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,00 dan pada siklus III memperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,28. The objective of research was to observe the influence of various media and fertilizer, as well as the interaction of each other to the growth and yield of tomato planted hydroponically. The treatment composed of two factors, namely various media (paddy’s husks / kuntan, sands, and mixture of  kuntan and sands) and fertilizers (Vitamon, Bayfolan, Complesal and Hoagland solution). The research was assigned in completely randomized design in a factorial manner, consisting three replications. The results showed that the best growth and highest yield of the tomato were found in the mixture medium (kuntan + sands). These results were significantly different from those of the single medium. The use of Hoagland solution resulted on the best growth and highest yield of tomato which were not significantly different from those of Bayfolan and Complesal Fertilizer. A randomized completely block design with 5 treatments and 3 replications was used in this research. The treatments were (1) dark green fruit, 42 days after anthesis (DAA), (2) yellowish green fruit, 47 DAA, (3) fully green fruit, 52 DAA, (4) brownish yellow fruit, 57 DAA, and (5) dark brown fruit, 62 DAA. The results showed that jathropa seed was physiologically mature at 57 DAA with criteria: fruit color was brownish yellow, fruit skin was soft and easily hand-opened, and seed was black. These were also supported by seed dry weight, germination percentage, germination rate and first count germination. Dengan adanya efektivitas dan produktivitas yang baik akan dapat meminimalkan biaya dan waktu dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Pada kenyataannya, dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi seringkali dijumpai produktivitas tenaga kerja yang rendah. Permasalahan yang timbul yaitu seringkali adanya kegiatan yang tidak efektif dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja. Kegiatan seperti menganggur, mengobrol, minum, merokok, dan lain-lain akan menyebabkan efektivitas dan produktivitas tenaga kerja menurun. Penelitian mengenai efektivitas telah dilakukan oleh Siddiq (2011) pada proyek Pembangunan Central Drainage Office dan Proyek pembangunan Classroom of Faculty of Syariah IAIN Ar-Ranirry. Sementara itu penelitian mengenai efektivitas dan produktivitas tenaga menggunakan metode work sampling pada pekerjaan pasangan bata dilakukan oleh Zaki Fuad (2012) pada Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tingkat efektivitas dan juga besarnya produktivitas tenaga kerja pekerjaan pasangan bata pada Proyek Pembangunan Perumahan Tipe 70 di Banda Aceh sebanyak tiga unit rumah. Adapun jumlah tenaga kerja dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 kelompok kerja. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode work sampling yaitu melakukan pencatatan waktu kerja terhadap aktivitas tenaga kerja. Waktu yang diperoleh digolongkan ke dalam tiga jenis aktivitas yaitu effective work, essential contributory work dan ineffective work. Efektivitas tenaga kerja ini dinyatakan dalam nilai Labor Utilization Rate (LUR). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai LUR tertinggi dihasilkan oleh kelompok kerja 1 dengan nilai sebesar 75,50% dan menghasilkan produktivitas sebesar 1,57 m2/jam. Adapun nilai LUR terendah dihasilkan oleh kelompok kerja 6 dengan nilai sebesar 70,73% dan menghasilkan produktivitas sebesar 1,14 m2/jam.
