The main immunoglobulin fraction of poultry is called IgY, in order to distinguish it from the mammalian IgG. This article focus on purification yolk immunoglobulin of hens vaccinated against excretory/secretory Ascaridia galli larvae to obtained purity IgY. Active vaccinations with excretory/secretory antigen were applied intra muscularly of chickens with an initial dose of 80 μg. The vaccinations were repeated three times with dose of each 60 μg with an interval of one week. The first vaccinations were excretory/secretory antigen mixed with Fruend Adjuvant Complete and subsequently mixed with Freund Adjuvant Incomplete. Antibody response in yolk was detected at weekly intervals by agar gel precipitation test (AGPT). The chicken’s eggs were collected from 49 day after vaccinations. IgY was extracted from egg yolks by means of ammonium sulphate and purified using fast performance liquid chromatography (FPLC). The purity of anti-ekscretory/secretory IgY protein was determined by Bradford method (λ = 280 nm). The result showed that antibody in yolk was begun detect with AGPT at four weeks after vaccination. IgY concentration after purification was 0,875 ± 0.251 mg/ml. This study has shown that the product released in vitro by L3 stage A. galli is capable of stimulating humoral immunity by mean of producing antibody through yolk as biologic manufacturer could be a good choice. In the operation, the heat exchanger requires maintenance, especially when the minor unit is shut down or stop and routine reparation. Maintenance is done by replacing the tubesheet that commonly referred to as bundle retube where there are pipe fritter to be cleaned, which are cutted at the time of maintenance. This maintenance is typically done in manual approach, which is not efficient in terms of time. For a more efficient maintanence, this paper proposes a prototype design to discard these pipes fritter by utilizing image processing method for detecting the edge of the circle and the position of the pipe fritter. Based on the experiments, it has been obtained that the test circle radius that can be captured is at 4 to 10 pixels. The longest time for positioning was 2.41 minutes and the whole process of disposal of this pipeline reaches 47.92 %. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancanaan ini adalah dengan melakukan studi lapangan, yaitu melihat lokasi yang sesuai untuk perancangan, studi literatur, studi banding objek sejenis, dan studi kasus dengan melihat konsumen di Banda Aceh. Kemudian mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi, baik di lokasi dengan melihat peraturan setempat, dan kriteria perancangan yang harus dicapai. Dari permasalahan yang didapatkan kemudian dianalisis dan menghasilkan konsep perancangan dengan tema Tropis, yaitu dengan maksud menyelaraskan bangunan terhadap iklim setempat dengan pendekatan gaya Arsitektur Tropis dan menggunakan prinsip arsitektur tropis dalam perancangan serta menghadirkan sebuah bangunan dengan konsep tropis.Hasil laporan berupa konsep perancangan dan penerapannya pada rancangan sebagai pedoman untuk melanjutkan perancangan Pusat Kecantikan dan Kebugaran di Banda Aceh.
