Sampel diambil dari bonggol pisang kepok. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara subjektif. Fungi permukaan diisolasi menggunakan metode pengenceran cawan tuang, sedangkan untuk fungi endofit dilakukan secara langsung. Parameter yang diamati adalah jenis fungi yang terdapat pada bonggol pisang kepok dan kemampuan amilolitiknya dengan mengukur diameter zona bening yang terbentuk di sekitar koloni. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. In his capacity as the leader of the principal obligation to improve the performance of teachers, especially in implementing an effective learning process. The purpose of this study to determine: the principal's managerial ability in the preparation of the teacher's performance improvement program, the managerial ability of the principal in the implementation of the program to improve teacher performance, and barriers encountered principals in improving teacher performance in MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh. The study used descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects were principals and teachers. The results showed that; 1) Preparation of a teacher's performance improvement program carried out at the end of each school year that include intra and extra-curricular activities, school facilities and infrastructure improvements, preparing administrative / learning tool by teachers and others as deemed necessary, including the need for the funds necessary to support learning activities teaching; 2) In the exercise program to improve teacher performance principals apply democratic leadership style. Facing the teachers are usually the principal the principal exchange ideas with teachers so finding an effective way to improve teacher kinetrja teachers in the development of the learning process; and 3) the principal obstacle encountered in improving the performance of teachers, among others, the lack of availability of funds for teacher training outside office hours, there is still a small proportion of teachers are not active and have not been able to induce the result of upgrading to his friend. Dalam kapasitasnya sebagai pemimpin kepala sekolah berkewajiban untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru khususnya dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam penyusunan program peningkatan kinerja guru, kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan program peningkatan kinerja guru, dan hambatan-hambatan yang ditemui kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru pada MIN Rukoh Banda Aceh. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik  pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan guru-guru. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Penyusunan program peningkatan kinerja guru dilakukan pada setiap akhir tahun pelajaran yang meliputi kegiatan intra dan ekstrakurikuler, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, menyusun administrasi/perangkat pembelajaran oleh guru dan lain-lain yang dianggap perlu, termasuk kebutuhan dana yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar;  2) Dalam pelaksanaan program peningkatan kinerja guru kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. However, the very low viability of transplanted stem cells limits the transplantation efficacy. The aim of this research was to obtain viable bone marrow derived stem cells by an adaptation treatment in a low oxygen tensioned in vitro culture. Low oxygen tension adaptation was adjusted to the niche of the stem cells in vivo. In this study, in vitro culture of stem cells in 1% oxygen was compared to those of the conventional culture in 21 % oxygen.Results showed that under 1% oxygentension cell proliferation was slower with larger or rounded triangle shaped cells, and senescence or dead cells was low. Meanwhile under 21 % oxygen tension cell proliferation was two fold faster with flattened and slender cells, and senescence or dead cells was higher. In conclusion, conventional in vitro culture under 21% oxygen caused cell aging (senescence) and rapid cell death, therefore the transplanted cells were not viable. TENORM focuses on the results of the waste industry. Testing the existence of TENORM in the industry has been made on the LNG plant in Aceh. The study aims at observing chances TENORM contamination at the factory working environment. The study was done by using Phytoremediation uses kale plants growing around an industrial environment. The analysis is done by calculating transfer factors from waste radioactive material into kale plants by comparing the results on the industry instead. The results showed that the value of measurements on samples of chopped watercress growing in the industry is higher than the count values in the samples grown in the industry instead. Kualitas hidup dinilai menggunakan kuisioner SF-36, derajat sesak dinilai menggunakan skala sesak (mMRC Scale), derajat PPOK diukur menggunakan spirometri dan riwayat eksaserbasi diperoleh melalui wawancara.Hasil : Responden PPOK yang memiliki kualitas hidup buruk sebesar 70%, sesak napas derajat 3 dengan kualitas hidup buruk sebesar 60%, PPOK derajat 3 dengan kualitas hidup buruk sebesar 45% dan frekuensi eksaserbasi ? 2 kali/ tahun dengan kualitas hidup buruk sebesar 67,5%.Kesimpulan : 70% responden PPOK di Poliklnik Paru RSUDZA Banda Aceh mengalami kualitas hidup buruk, 60% responden sesak napas derajat 3 memiliki kualitas hidup buruk, 45% responden derajat 3 PPOK memilki kualitas hidup buruk dan 67,5% responden dengan frekuensi eksaserbasi ? 2 kali/ tahun memiliki kualitas hidup buruk.Kata Kunci: Penyakit Paru Obstruktif Kronik (PPOK), derajat PPOK, skala sesak (mMRC scale), eksaserbasi, kualitas hidup, kuisioner SF-36.ABSTRACTBackground: In many COPD patients occur decline of lung function which caused activity limitations and consequently decreased the quality of life. The purpose of this research is to asses quality of life of COPD patients based on mMRC Scale, degree of COPD and exacerbation frequency.Methods: Design of this research is observational descriptive and subject under research is 40 patients with stable COPD. The period of this research is three months start from July 2013 until September 2013 held at Pulmonary Clinic of RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan Laporan Mix Design Formula Laston Dinas Bina Marga Aceh 2011, nilai abrasi agregat dari quarry Rikit Gaib, Kabupaten Gayo Lues mendekati batas maksimal yaitu 39,7%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan campuran beton aspal Asphalt Concrete - Binder Course (AC-BC) melalui upaya mengurangi nilai abrasi agregat kasar dalam campuran serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kombinasi antara agregat kasar quarry Rikit Gaib dan Cot Girek terhadap parameter Marshall dan durabilitas pada campuran beton aspal AC-BC sesuai spesifikasi Bina Marga tahun 2010. Gradasi yang digunakan berupa gradasi rapat dengan jumlah fraksi agregat kasar sebanyak 58,2%, fraksi agregat halus sebanyak 35,8% dan fraksi filler semen sebanyak 6% dan dibuat benda uji dengan tiga variasi persentase agregat yaitu agregat Rikit Gaib 100% (RG 100%), Rikit Gaib 55% : Cot Girek 45% (RG 55% : CG 45%) dan Cot Girek 100% (CG 100%). Prosedur pengujian dimulai dengan pemeriksaan sifat-sifat fisis bahan, kemudian perencanaan campuran benda uji, pembuatan benda uji dan pengujian Marshall untuk menentukan Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) dengan variasi kadar aspal 4,5%; 5,0%; 5,5%; 6%; dan 6,5%; pembuatan benda uji dan pengujian Marshall dengan menggunakan KAO untuk mencari durabilitas, dan terakhir evaluasi perhitungan parameter Marshall. Nilai KAO yang tertinggi didapat pada variasi RG 100% yaitu 5,975%; sedangkan KAO terendah pada variasi CG 100% yaitu 5,15%; sementara pada variasi agregat kasar RG 55% : CG 45% KAO yang didapat adalah 5,4%.
