Traffic characteristics during congestion were analyzed using oblique cumulative plots and breakdown method. Both approaches are time series treatment between cumulative vehicles arrival versus time contracted from data recorded by video tape. Studies were conducted in both morning and evening peak hours on three regular weekdays. This study found traffic breakdown condition during the peak periods; the breakdown lasted on average 40 minutes. It was found that capacity during traffic breakdown drops in the range 8-9 percent from the before-breakdown capacity. Similarly, during the breakdown, speed drops on average 10 percent from the before condition. Several alternatives were selected and tested for improving existing conditions. Pemberian kombinasi ekstrak jaloh dan kromium dilakukan dengan cara melarutkannya dalam air minum dan diberikan selama dua jam (pemberian pukul 10.00) sebelum suhu di dalam kandang mencapai 33±1° C. Pengambilan sampel serum dan jaringan paru dilakukan pada hari ke-15 pelaksanaan penelitian (ayam umur 36 hari). Pengambilan sampel darah dilakukan sebelum ayam dipotong dan jaringan organ paru diambil setelah ayam dipotong. Pada sampel serum dilakukan pemeriksaan kortisol dengan enzymelinkedimmunosorbantassay (ELISA) dan deteksi HSP-70 di dalam jaringan paru dilakukan menggunakan metode imunohistokimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial 2x4. Faktor pertama adalah penambahan jumlah tepung daun jaloh dalam pakan yaitu: 0% (P1), 5% (P2), 10% (P3), dan 15% (P4) dari berat pakan dan faktor kedua adalah suhu air dalam akuarium yaitu 29±1 C (S1) dan 35±1 C (S2), sehingga didapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan yaitu: P1S1, P2S1, P3S1, P4S1, P1S2, P2S2, P3S2, dan P4S2 dengan ulangan 10 ekor ikan per perlakuan. Sebanyak 80 ekor ikan nila dengan bobot badan 40-50 g secara acak dibagi ke dalam 8 perlakuan. Perlakuan dilakukan selama 30 hari. Pada hari ke 31 dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah dan uji tantang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi pakan dengan TDJ pada konsentrasi 5-15% tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai diferensial leukosit ikan nila yang dipelihara pada suhu lingkungan yang berbeda. Suplementasi TDJ dalam pakan sebanyak 5-10% dapat mengurangi kematian ikan akibat infeksi Aeromonas hydrophila terutama pada suhu 35±1 C. Boronizing was carried out in a solid medium consisting of nano size powders of 50% B4C as a donor, 45% SiC as a diluent, and 5% KBF4 as an activator treated at the temperature of 10000C for 8 hours. The phases that were formed on the substrate was found as Fe2B and FeB layer that had smooth and flate shape morphology. The hardness of boride layer on S45C was over 2000 HV, while the hardness of untreated S45C iron was about 196,39 HV. Hasil pemeriksaan ini akan dikonfirmasi dengan pemeriksaan kebuntingan secara ultrasonography (USG). Kambing yang memiliki nilai positif pada observasi tidak kembali berahi tetapi negatif pada pemeriksaan USG diberi nilai positif palsu, sedang kambing yang memiliki nilai negatif pada observasi tidak kembali berahi tetapi positif pada pemeriksaan USG diberi nilai negatif palsu. Akurasi hasil pemeriksaan untuk diagnosis bunting dan tidak bunting masing-masing adalah 93,75 dan 37,50%. Pada percobaan II, digunakan kambing betina PE sebanyak 160 ekor. Pemeriksaan kebuntingan dilakukan menggunakan USG pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan pada kambing yang telah dikawinkan pada waktu yang bervariasi. Estimasi usia kebuntingan ditentukan dengan memperhitungkan lama kebuntingan pada kambing yakni 5 bulan, kemudian diikuti selisih waktu antara kelahiran dengan jadwal pemeriksaan. Hasil positif dari pemeriksaan ditandai dengan bentukan bulat anechoic di sebelah dorsal dari vesika urinaria sedangkan terlihatnya gambaran muskulus mengindikasikan kambing negatif bunting. Hasil pemeriksaan ini akan dikonfirmasi dengan angka kelahiran. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh akurasi diagnosis bunting adalah 94,3% sedang akurasi diagnosis tidak bunting adalah 100%. Dari 160 ekor kambing yang diperiksa, diperkirakan jumlah kambing yang bunting pada usia 1, 2, dan 3 bulan masing-masing adalah 19, 98, dan 7 ekor kambing. Airborne fungi and bacteria can be toxic, allergenic and/or infectious. A research was conducted to determine the number and types of airborne fungal spores in Buildings of Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, Nigeria. Five (5) areas were chosen within the University for the Survey, these were student Hostel, Staff Quarters, Botanical garden, Microbiology laboratory and city campus of Usmanu Danfodiyo University. . A total number of fifteen (15) petri dishes containing potato dextrose agar each were vertically placed in each sampler and exposed at end of each height and site for 10 and 20 minutes respectively.  A total of thirteen (13) different fungal specie were identified namely; Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, A fumigates, A. ustus, A. terreus, Fusarium solani, F. oxysporum, Alterneria altenata, Rhizopus oryzae,  R. stolonifer, Helminthosporum sp., Penicillum candidum and Absedia corymbifera. Aspergillus niger had the highest frequency of occurrence of (14.9%), Helminthosporus species had the least frequency of occurrence of (1.5%). Conclusively it was observed that the concentration of fungal spores was high in the upper surface than the ground level at the time of the survey.
