Penelitian menemukan bahwa service recovery yang terdiri dari nilai keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural dan nilai keadilan interaksional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Telkom Vision di Kota Banda Aceh. Di antara tiga nilai keadilan tersebut, variabel yang pengaruhnya paling dominan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan adalah nilai keadilan distributif, kemudian menyusul nilai keadilan interaksional di urutan kedua, dan nilai keadilan prosedural di urutan ketiga. Hasil pengujian statistik mengindikasikan secara simultan maupun parsial nilai keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural dan keadilan interaksional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Telkom Vision di Kota Banda Aceh. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah, kepuasan pelanggan Telkom Vision di Kota Banda Aceh secara nyata dipengaruhi oleh service recovery terdiri dari keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural dan nilai keadilan interaksional. The process of growth occuring in this oyster of which is the length, width and weight. The process occurs since the ongoing growth process of conception until adulthood. The aim study is to determine (1) growth coefficient G. erosa, and (2) the length of infinity that can be achieved by the mangrove clam G. erosa in the area of the West Coast of Aceh Besar district. The study was divided into three locations, and observation was conducted in June-August 2009. In each set of four plots in each sample sampling size 10m x 10m and in each plot established 10 subplots each measuring 50cm x 50cm. All samples sampling subplots were damaged and done filtering to obtain G. erosa. The main result was the growth coefficient of mangrove oysters G. erosa in the western coastal area of Aceh Besar district was 0,230 mm, and length of infinity that can be achieved was 84.58 mm. Mangrove oyster G. erosa living in the mangrove ecosystem of the West Coast region of West Aceh Besar district, may reach a length of up to 84.58 mm. Therefore, the study of the zones of both activities, hatching and nursery, must be done.  The study was aimed to determine the zonation of hatching of Gelonia erosa, indicators for hatching and nursery zones, and strategies of management of both zones in the brakhish area Leupung. Data was collected in three locations; Location I (River Leupung), Location II ( River Reuleng), and Location III (River Lhok Kulam). The methods of collecting data were Jarnis Larva Collector used for larva collection, in-situ used to collect biophysic data, and sweep area and destructive methods used to collect the young and mother of the species. It was found that in downstream of Location I, dominated by Nypa fructicans, there were 24 larvas, 10 and 61 individuals of young and mother of Geloina erosa respectivelly. Location II dominated by Nypa fructicans  and Fimbristilys sp had 10, 14, and 49 individuals of larva, young, and adult of Geloina erosa whereas Location III dominated by fructicans  and Fimbristilys sp as well had 12 and 65 individuals of young and adult of Geloina erosa. It can be concluded that the zone of hatching can be determined by the presence of larva, young and adult of Geloina erosa with fully-grown of gonad while the determination of nursery zone is relied on the presence of young and male and female adults of Geloina erosa with well-matured gonads. Generally, the growth of G. erosa has negative allometric, isometric and  positive allometric fashion. This encourages the study of G. erosa living in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar. The objectives of the research are to determine the growth pattern of shell length against body weight as well as the growth pattern of shell length against its total body weight. The research was conducted from February 2006 to January 2007 in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar. The region was divided into three different locations. Each location was set a sample square with 10m x 10m in size which was perpendicular to coastal lines. There were 10 sub-squares also set in every sample square with 50cm x 50cm in size. Sample collection in the sub-square was carried out by scratching and disturbing the bottom of the waters in order to sieve them. G. erosa was then measured for its shell length, body weight, and total body weight. The growth pattern was analyzed by using Excel program and t-test. The result showed that a negative allometric growth pattern was found in the measurement of shell length against total body weight of G. erosa, whereas an isometric pattern was found of the measurement of shell length against its body weight. Moreover, a positive allometric pattern was figured out in the measurement of shell length against total body weight. The proliferation of shell length, body weight and total body weight has contributed approximately 58% to 59%. This indicates that the growth pattern of G. erosa in the region of mangrove ecosystem of west-coast of Aceh Besar has negative allometric, isometric and positive allometric fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam ekor kambing kacang berumur 2-3 tahun, pernah melahirkan, dan bersiklus reproduksi normal. Pengamatan ovarium dilakukan dengan menggunakan USG selama 7 hari sebelum penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin sampai dengan ovulasi. Pengamatan ovarium dilakukan setiap hari dan diintensifkan setiap 12 jam menjelang ovulasi. Pengamatan ovarium terdiri atas folikel dan korpus luteum (CL). Pengamatan visualisasi respons berahi dilakukan sebelum dan setelah penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ovarium memperlihatkan dinamika folikel dan CL. Dinamika folikel dikarakteristikkan dengan gelombang folikel. Interval antara penyuntikan hormon prostaglandin sampai dengan ovulasi ialah 52,8±6,6 jam dengan nilai rataan diameter folikel ovulasi 5,7±0,7 mm.
