Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil lansia di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif cross-sectional survey. Sampel adalah seluruh lansia di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disertai skala Barthel. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis univariat. Data disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian terhadap dari 51 orang lansia ditemukan lansia cenderung mengalami hipertensi dengan persentase 74,5 %. Proporsi penderita hipertensi pada laki-laki lebih besar dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Proporsi lansia yang mengalami hipertensi didapatkan paling banyak mengalami ketergantungan sedang untuk melakukan aktifitas yaitu 64,7%. Peningkatan tekanan darah cenderung terjadi seiring dengan peningkatan IMT, dengan proporsi seluruhnya 100% yaitu overweight dan obese I. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa, lansia cenderung mengalami hipertensi pada jenis kelamin laki-laki, lansia yang memiliki ketergantungan sedang cenderung mengalami hipertensi, lansia yang mengalami peningkatan IMT cenderung mengalami hipertensi.Kata kunci: Hipertensi, Lansia, Skala Barthel, IMTABSTRACTThe prevalence of hypertension was higher in elderly patients compared with younger. This study aims to determine the profile of the elderly in UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. This study was a descriptive cross-sectional survey. The sample was the entire elderly in UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Sampling technique was total sampling. Data were collected with a questionnaire that accompanied the Barthel scale. The data was analysised by univariate analysis. The data presented in frequency distribution table. The results of a study was 51 elderly people found the elderly suffer hypertension with a percentage of 74.5%. The proportion of patients with hypertension in males greater than females. The proportion of elderly people with hypertension found most moderate dependency 64.7%. blood pressure tends to occur with BMI 100 % overweight and obese I. Tiga puluh lima ekor tikus jantan, galur Sprague Dawley, umur 7 minggu dibagi secara acak ke dalam lima kelompok perlakuan. Kelompok kontrol (A) mendapat ransum semi purified yang mengandung 8% minyak jagung. Kelompok perlakuan masing-masing disuplementasi 4,5% minyak ikan (B), 3% minyak ikan+1,5% amida (C), 1,5% minyak ikan+3% amida (D), dan 4,5% amida (E). Ransum perlakuan diberikan selama 6 minggu. Pada akhir penelitian dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah untuk menganalisis nilai hematologi dan profil lemak plasma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi amida minyak ikan dapat mempertahankan jumlah eritrosit dan Hb, namun nilai hematokrit mulai menurun pada suplementasi amida 3% (D), dibandingkan suplementasi minyak ikan (B) dan suplementasi amida 1,5% (C). Jumlah leukosit pada kelompok yang mendapat suplementasi 4,5% amida (E) secara nyata (P<0,05) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang diberi minyak ikan (B). Suplementasi amida minyak ikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi kolesterol total dan HDL plasma, namun pada suplementasi 3% amida mulai meningkatkan konsentrasi trigliserida dan LDL plasma secara nyata (P<0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi amida sebesar 3% mulai memperlihatkan pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai hematologi dan profil lemak plasma. Salah satunya adalah profil lipid. Profil lipid adalah senyawa yang mengandung karbon dan hidrogen yang umumnya tidak larut dalam air (hidrofobik) namun larut dalam pelarut organik yang terbagi menjadi beberapa kelompok diantaranya total kolesterol, HDL, dan LDL. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar lipid berupa total kolesterol, HDL, dan LDL pada pasien kanker payudara. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif observasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kadar total kolesterol tinggi pada 17 pasien (51,5%), HDL normal pada 26 sampel (78,8%), dan kadar LDL terbagi menjadi border line pada 11 pasien (33,3%), tinggi pada 8 pasien (24,2%), dan sangat tinggi pada 3 pasien (9,1%).
