This research was done at Kajhu Village, Baitussalam Sub District, Aceh Besar District, Aceh Province, from February 15th to April 15th 2011. Experiment was arranged according to Factorial Randomized Complete Block Design 3 x 3, with 3 replicates. Each of replications was consisted of 3 plants, resulting 81 experimental units. The first factor was cutting internode numbers, consisted of 3 levels, i.e. 2, 3 and 4 internodes. The second factor was urea dosage, also consisted of 3 levels, i.e. 1, 2 and 3 g urea/cutting. All cuttings were planted in polybags; one cutting per polybag, filled with 5 kg of soil, with one internode was inserted into the soil. The result showed that there were highly significant interactions between cutting internode numbers and urea dosages on pogostemon cutting leaves and bud numbers at 60 days after planting, which means that cuttings with different internode numbers responded differently to urea dosage increases. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar atau kecil pendapatan petani garam di Kecamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan untuk mengetahui besarnya margin pemasaran yang di peroleh petani dan masing- masing pedagang yang terlibat dalam sistem pemasaran garam. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh langsung dari pengusaha yang mengusahakan garam yang terpilih sebagai sampel, melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan yang telah disusun terlebih dahulu. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi perpustakaan dan publikasi ilmiah. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis Reveneu Cost Ratio (R/C) secara teoritis dan kedua diuji dengan menggunakan analisis margin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha industri garam di Kecamatan Baitussalam Kabupaten Aceh Besar memberi pendapatan pada petani sebesar rata-rata Rp. 1.665.600/Bulan, sehingga layak untuk dikembangkan, dengan R/C sebesar 2,5. Factors studied were fertilization i.e. 100% compost, 100% inorganic fertilizers, and mixture of 50% organic and inorganic fertilizers. Upland rice varieties consisted of Cirata, Limboto, Situ Bagendit, and Situ Patenggang. Results showed that mixture of 50% organic and inorganic was the best on plant height at  ages of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 week after planting (WAP) and tiller numbers per hill. Meanwhile, 100% organic fertilizer was the best for flowering and harvesting ages. The best variety for plant height was Cirata and Situ Patenggang, while for tiller numbers was Situ Bagendit. There were interactions between fertilization and variety on plant height and tiller numbers.  The best combination for plant height was Situ Patenggang and mixture of 50% organic and inorganic, while for tiller numbers was Situ Bagendit and mixture of 50% organic and inorganic. Namun bila pemanfaatan VLAN diterapkan pada server virtual seperti virtual machine, perlu dilakukan pengujian yang merujuk kinerja dan performansi seperti throughput,jitter,dan packet loss yang dihasilkan dengan membandingkan antara komputer konvensional dengan komputer virtual pada jaringan VLAN. Dalam melakukan pengujian digunakan software Jperf untuk membangkitkan paket data.Berdasarkan data yang dihasilkan dari pengujian dapat dilakukan analisis bagaimana kinerja performansi pada komputer konvensional dan pada komputer virtual. Secara keseluruhan nilai performansi yang didapatkan dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada jaringan VLAN komputer konvensional memiliki nilai performansi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan komputer virtual. Penelitian ini memvariasikan campuran antara abu batu basalt dengan abu sekam sebagai filler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Marshall Aspal Beton Lapis Antara (AC-BC) menggunakan material basalt dengan campuran Aspal Pen 60/70 dan bahan pengisi (filler) abu batu basalt yang divariasikan dengan abu sekam. Agregat batu basalt yang digunakan sebagai bahan campuran perkerasan berasal dari Neuheun Aceh Besar. Aspal yang digunakan adalah aspal penetrasi 60/70 dengan kadar aspal 4,5%, 5,0%, 5,5%, 6,0%, dan 6,5%. Spesifikasi yang digunakan mengikuti standar Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga (2010) dengan menggunakan metode Marshall. Kadar aspal optimum (KAO) yang didapat untuk masing-masing variasi filler adalah 5,27%. Research has been done for three months from April to July 2005. Completely Randomized Design with 6 treatments and 4 replications was applied. The treatments were Knudson C medium added with: 15% of coconut liquid endosperm, 7.5% of banana juice, 0.2% of yeast extract, 15% of potato juice, 5% of aloe juice, and 5% of tomato juice. Pendekatan Problem Posing merupakan konsep belajar yang membantu siswa dalam memahami soal, dan siswa dilatih utuk membuat soal dengan kata-kata sendiri berdasarkan informasi yang diberikan oleh guru. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagai mana kemampuan problem posing siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh?, dan apakah pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika melalui pendekatan problem posing di kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh pada materi sudut sudah efektif?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperiment dengan desain one-shot case study. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh sebanyak 23 siswa. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan melakukan tes hasil belajar, observasi aktivitas siswa, observasi kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran, menyebarkan angket respon siswa dan lembar kemampuan problem posing siswa. Data yang tercantum dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil jawaban siswa terhadap soal yang diberikan yang berbentuk essay. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif (persentase). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan probem posing siswa ditinjau dari struktur bahasa berbentuk penugasan sedangkan dari struktur matematika mempunyai tingkat kesulitan satu atau dua hubungan semantik. Adapun hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan problem posing, dilihat dari empat aspek syarat efektif yaitu (1) Ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal dinyatakan sebanyak 86,95%, (2) Kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran dengan menerapkan pendekatan problem posing baik, (3) Aktifitas siswa aktif, (4) Respon siswa positif, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan problem posing pada materi sudut sudah efektif bagi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan cara menganalisa isinya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formulasi delik yang berkaitan dengan intersepsi dalam UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE yaitu mengakses tanpa hak, mengubah, mendengarkan, mengambil dan sebagainya yang bersifat melawan hukum. perumusan kejahatannya dilakukan dengan komputer atau dengan menyalah gunakan sistem komputer atau sistem elektronik dan dalam UU No. 11 Tahun 2008 tentang ITE terhadap Intersepsi atau Penyadapan dalam penetapan pidananya hanya di sebutkan batas maksimum tidak ada batasan minimum, untuk itu jika hakim menjatuhkan hukuman tidak melewati batasan maksimum maka tidak mengapa serta belum optimalnya penggunaan hukum pidana yang memiliki peran dan fungsi yang sangat strategis dan penting dalam upaya mencegah dan menanggulangi tindak kejahatan intersepsi atau penyadapan.Disarankan kepada para perumus aturan perundang-undangan dan para penegak hukum yang telah diberikan kewenangan dalam upaya mencegah dan menindak pelaku kejahatan intersepsi atau penyadapan supaya lebih fokus dan mengoptimalkan sarana dan prasarana yang telah tersedia dengan baik dan terarah. serta adanya penguatan lembaga yang berwenang dalam rangka melakukan intersepsi atau penyadapan sehingga benar-benar dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan maksimal.
