Climate is one of the most important factor to the success of the agriculture production. Climate variability such as season change, lack or excess of water, are sample examples of climate factors which limit agriculture production. Planning agriculture activities which involving climate factors as one of the consideration will reduce crops production failure. This research conducted to identified the potency of drought at Banten Province by consecutive dry days analysis at 5, 10, and 15 continuous days or more. The result showed that the potency of drought at northern Banten is higher compared to middle and southern Banten. This was showed by the high opportunities of DHK = 5, 10, and 15 continuous days or more, as big as 0,65, 0,46, and 0,28. The lowest potency of drought occur at southern Banten with opportunities of DHK≥ 5, 10, and 15 continuous days or more, each as big as 0,43, 0,30, and 0,18. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Adapun model yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Dalam penelitian ini variabel-variabel yang digunakan adalah luas rumah, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan kepemilikan aset. Berdasarkan analisis regresi logistik, variabel yang signifikan secara statistik adalah variabel jumlah anggota keluarga, namun memiliki nilai yang negatif, akan tetapi dapat memberi pengaruh terhadap kemiskinan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari ke tiga variabel, hanya variabel jumlah anggota keluarga yang berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik akan tetapi memiliki nilai yang negatif secara teori, sementara variabel kepemilikan aset memiliki nilai positif secara teori, tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik, dan variabel luas rumah tidak signifikan secara teori maupun secara statistik. Provinsi Aceh merupakan salah satu provinsi yang memiliki tingkat kemiskinan lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat kemiskinan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan pada 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh. Analisis yang dapat digunakan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat kemiskinan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah analisis regresi. Akan tetapi, keragaman karakteristik antar kabupaten dapat menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya asumsi regresi klasik, seperti kehomogenan ragam residual. Hal ini diduga karena adanya pengaruh aspek spasial atau faktor lokasi. Untuk mengatasi masalah keheterogenan ragam residual akibat pengaruh lokasi pengamatan, metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model GWR menghasilkan nilai R2 sebesar 94,061% dan jumlah kuadrat residual yang dihasilkan sebesar 23,682. Pengujian secara parsial terhadap parameter model GWR menunjukkan bahwa dari 23 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Aceh, terbentuk 9 kelompok kabupaten/kota dengan kesamaan peubah penjelas yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya dan studi kepustakaan yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif dimana setelah mendapatkan data maka data tersebut dikelompokkan dalam betuk tabel kemudian dihitung persentase dan dijelaskan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses pengambilan keputusan mengunjungi Pantai Lampuuk diawali dengan pengenalan masalah yaitu kunjungan ke Pantai Lampuuk. Pencarian informasi mengenai Pantai Lampuuk berasal dari teman. Alasan mengunjungi Pantai Lampuuk yaitu rekreasi. Keputusan mengunjungi Pantai Lampuuk dilakukan secara tidak terencana. Tingkah laku pasca mengunjungi Pantai Lampuuk yaitu pengunjung merasa puas terhadap Pantai Lampuuk. Tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap Pantai Lampuuk yaitu sebesar 42,74 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan Kabupaten Bener Meriah sebagai daerah pariwisata agro dan mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang masih dihadapi Kabupaten Bener Meriah untuk menjadi daerah sentral pariwisata agro. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif.
