Sementara teori belajar yang ditawarkan Islam, tidak hanya bersifat rasional-empiris, melainkan juga bersifat normatif-kualitatif. Terdapat teori belajar dalam Islam yang sepadan dengan teori belajar behavioristik, yaitu: 1) teori belajar akhlaq yang menekankan pada pembentukan tingkah laku, yang terdiri dari tiga model; taqlid (imitasi), ta’wid (pembiasaan), dan tajribah wa khata’ (trial and error). Meskipun demikian, tidak semua konsep teori belajar behavioristik itu bersifat destruktif atau bertentangan dengan Islam. Di sisi lain, masih terdapat teori-teori belajar yang tidak bertentangan dengan Islam, sehingga perlu diadakan sintesa. Dari sintesa kedua teori belajar tersebut muncul teori belajar terpadu yang selaras dengan idealisme Islam, yaitu kumpulan dari beberapa prinsip yang berkaitan dengan belajar yang bersumber dari al-Qur’an, al-Sunah, khazanah pemikiran intelektual muslim, dan mengadopsi teori belajar Barat yang relevan dengan Islam. This study focuses its analysis on how the concept of knowledge and its worldview both from the perspectives of the West and Islam. The results showed that knowledge in the West is a rational idea constructed by individuals based on the empirical experience. The characteristics of knowledge in the perspective of the West is a systematic, objective, general, reliable, and communal. Furthermore, Western knowledge derived from reason and the senses and therefore contributes to the truth that is both realism and idealism that Western knowledge of truth because truth is relative to current knowledge can be aborted by the truth of the knowledge that comes next if deemed no longer relevant. While knowledge in Islam are referred to as "al-‘ilm", meaning the arrival of an active life and creative on the meaning of something that comes from God resulting in truth and reality through the senses, reason and scientific activity. As for the sources of knowledge in Islam there are two; the source of divine and human sources. Divine source consists of three parts; al-Qur'an, al-Sunnah, and intuition (inspiration). While human resources are divided into two; senses and minds. Because the sources of knowledge in Islam are various, then the truth is generated also vary and stratified, i.e., the absolute truth (al-Qur'an), the truth of the original and authentic, but has dual implications (al-Sunnah and inspiration), and truth chances are still open to debate (mind and the senses). Comparison between the Western and Islamic knowledge have an impact on the overall concept of knowledge are summarized in different characters. Western knowledge has the character to be skeptical, rational-empirical, dichotomous, positivistic-objective, and is antimetafisika. While the character of knowledge in Islam is to be relied on spiritual strength (al-Qur'an), the harmonious relationship between revelation with reason, has a theocentric orientation, and the value-bounded. Dengan semakin meningkatnya aktifitas pembangunan maka dituntut pula adanya jaringan jalan yang semakin memadai. Ruas jalan lingkar di Kabupaten Simeulue dengan panjang total 310 Km yang tersebar di 5 (lima) Kecamatan dan terbagi dalam 7 (tujuh) ruas jalan. Untuk pembangunan jalan tersebut diperlukan suatu metode pengambilan keputusan yang tepat agar dapat membantu para pengambil kebijakan dalam menentukan prioritas sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan manfaatnya yang melibatkan semua stakeholders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan urutan prioritas pembangunan jalan di Kabupaten Simeulue dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bentuk umum analisis rasio manfaat-biaya dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden secara purposive dan yang berhasil dikumpulkan sebanyak 23 (dua puluh tiga) responden yaitu 15 (lima belas) dari Pemerintah Provinsi, 1 (satu) dari Badan Legislatif, 2 (dua) dari Pemerintah Kecamatan dan 5 (lima) dari Tokoh Masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode AHP maka diperoleh urutan prioritas pembangunan jalan lingkar Simeulue secara berurutan adalah (1) Lugu Sibahak - Sangiran, (2) Serafon - Lewak Hulu, (3) Lewak Hulu - Lhok Makmur - Sangiran, (4) Sinabang - Nasrehe, (5) Sinabang - Lugu Sibahak, (6) Alafan - Serafon, (7) Nasrehe - Alafan. Dari hasil prioritas tersebut dapat dibandingkan yaitu adanya perbedaan urutan prioritas pembangunan jalan lingkar Simeulue seperti ruas jalan Nasrehe - Alafan dan Lewak Hulu - Lhok Makmur - Sangiran menjadi prioritas utama yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2015. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program kerja kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru pada MIN Beureunuen Kabupaten Pidie, strategi yang digunakan, dan kendala yang dihadapinya dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Beureunuen Kabupaten Pidie. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Program kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru meliputi program pembinaan guru, program pengaturan lingkungan fisik dan non fisik sekolah dan program pemberian reward dan insentif para personil sekolah. (2) Strategi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru, yaitu: melakukan pembinaan terhadap guru, penerapan reward dan punishment, partisipasi (pemberdayaan), pendelegasian wewenang, menyusun sistem balas jasa yang efektif, melakukan promosi bagi guru, menciptakan hubungan yang harmonis dalam lingkungan sekolah dan memberi contoh teladan (keteladanan pimpinan). One way to improve the teaching quality is by applying various innovative strategies. One of the innovative teaching strategies is contextual learning. Contextual teaching strategy is a teaching strategy which emphasize on students’ activity in learning, so that students can memorize the material for longer time and can get better achievement. This research aimed to figure out the improvement of students’ achievement in Human Reproduction Concept at MTs Negeri 1 Matangglumpangdua. This research used two cycles with four components: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. Test was conducted at the end of each cycle. Data was analyzed qualitatively by using descriptive statistic. The result shows that the average of cycle 1 increased from 70,00 to 76,09 at cycle 2. Students give positive responses 72,28%; 75, 82%; 73,39% and  71,16% to attention indicator, interest indicator, possitive belief indicator and satisfaction indicator (agreement scale) respectively. Finally, it is recommended that contextual learning is suitable to be used in Human Reproduction Concept. Nevertheless, contextual learning strategy shouldn’t be applied continously to different materials to avoid student’s boredom.
