Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus. Sejumlah delapan orang keeper yang ada diambil sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan bantuan kuesioner terstruktur. Selain itu diambil sampel berupa feses dari 6 orangutan Sumatera yang berada di Stasiun Re-introduksi Jantho. Selanjutnya sampel feses diperiksa di Laboratorium Parasitologi Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan Universitas Syiah Kuala. Pemeriksaan infestasi parasit nematoda gastrointestinal menggunakan metode natif dan metode sentrifugasi. Analisa data yang diperoleh dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dari data kuesioner didapatkan hasil bahwa salah satu faktor resiko yang diduga sebagai penyebab infeksi nematoda gastrointestinal pada orangutan adalah semua keeper tidak memakai sarung tangan pada saat memberi makan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes yaitu pre-tes dan post-tes. Pengolahan data digunakan uji-t. Hasil ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis (t) yang dilakukan penulis. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bahwa thitung? ttabel dengan nilai thitung = 3,55 dan ttabel = 1,70. Sehingga hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan Teori Gagne lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar siswa pada kelas yang tanpa menggunakan Teori Gagne. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruhTeori Gagne terhadap hasil belajar fisika siswa pada materi tekanan di SMP Negeri 2 Kuta Baro Kabupaten Aceh Besar.
