Pengevaluasian berat badan lebih dan obesitas secara antropometrik dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara misalnya pengukuran indeks massa tubuh (IMT), lingkar pinggang, dan lingkar leher. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui profil antropometri mahasiswa di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Syiah Kuala. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Unsyiah tahun angkatan 2008-2011. Sampel yaitu 95 responden yang diambil secara interval random sampling. Variabel penelitian ini adalah antropometri yang meliputi berat badan lebih, obesitas, nilai IMT, nilai lingkar pinggang, dan nilai lingkar leher. Hasil pengukuran antropometri mahasiswa disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara IMT persentase responden dengan berat badan kurang adalah 21.0%, berat badan normal 47.4%, berat badan lebih 13.7%, dan obesitas 17.9%. Secara pengukuran lingkar pinggang persentase responden dengan obesitas adalah 14.7%. Secara pengukuran lingkar leher persentase responden dengan berat badan lebih adalah 4.2% dan dengan resiko sindroma metabolik 6.3%. Prevalensi kejadian berat badan lebih ditemukan lebih besar pada perhitungan IMT daripada pengukuran lingkar leher. Prevalensi kejadian obesitas ditemukan lebih besar dengan perhitungan IMT, diikuti dengan lingkar pinggang, kemudian lingkar leher.Kata kunci: antropometri, berat badan lebih, obesitas, resiko sindroma metabolik, indeks massa tubuh, lingkar pinggang, lingkar leher. This study was conducted to determine the fatty acids profile and medium changes fatty acids on coconut fresh and coconut milk. The fatty acids content of coconut fresh and coconut milk of saturated fatty acids (120.88- 84%) consist of C6:0, C8:0, C10:0, C12:0, C14:0, C16:0, C18:0. The monounsaturated fatty acids present was palmitoleic acid (C6:1c9) and oleic acid (C18:1n9) amounting to 15.7-16.2%, respectively. Sapi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dua puluh ekor sapi perah peranakan Friesian Holstein, berumur 3-8 tahun sudah pernah beranak minimal satu kali, mempunyai siklus reproduksi normal, dan kondisi tubuh sehat. Seluruh sapi dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok yang masing-masing terdiri atas 10 ekor sapi. Kelompok I adalah sapi fertil sedangkan kelompok II adalah sapi yang telah diinseminasi lebih dari tiga kali tetapi belum atau tidak bunting. Profil biokimia darah yang diukur adalah kadar total protein, total kolesterol, glukosa, dan kalsium. Data dianalisis menggunakan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total protein; total kolesterol; glukosa; dan kalsium pada kelompok I vs kelompok II masing-masing adalah 6,77±0,38 vs 6,82±0,821 g/dl (P>0,05); 166,08±37,06 vs 125,95±38,108 mg/dl (P<0,05); 68,40±9,60 vs 48,58±6,675 mg/dl (P<0,01); dan 9,90±1,43 vs 9,23±0,94 mg/dl (P>0,05). Disimpulkan bahwa sapi-sapi perah yang mengalami kawin berulang mempunyai total kolesterol dan kadar glukosa yang lebih rendah dibanding sapi-sapi perah yang fertil. Gunung Walat Education Forest (HPGW) is one of special forest which integrated with farm system (Agrosilvopastural). This forest is heterogeneous which dominated with agathis, damar and pinus trees. To support the farming system is needed basic data haematology and blood profil of sheep that lived in HPGW. This research was aimed to evaluate haematological values covering Red Blood Cell, haemoglobin, Packed Cell Volume, MCV, MCH, MCHC and blood nutrient profil of lambs and ewes fed with mixed grass which is grow surrounding HPGW. Evaluation were done on 5 productive ewes and 5 male lambs 5-6 month ages, before and after eating time. The result showed that RBC of the lamb was (7.57 0.40) x 106/mm3 and for ewes was (5.71 0.05) x 106/mm3. Hb of lamb was (7.21 0.27) g/100ml and for ewes was (6.62 0.54) g/100ml, PCV of lamb was (28.10 7.21) % and ewes was (26.80 3.42) %, MCV of lamb was (32.68 1,23) fl and ewes was (50.91 1.53) fl, MCH of lamb was (10.82 0.47) pg and ewes was (12.93 0.29) pg, MCHC of lamb was (27,53 4.70)% and for ewes was (25.54 1.57) %. There were no significant difference on haematological values before and after feeding time except for Packed Cell Volume (P< 0.05). The clinical result showed that lambs was suffering normocytic hypochromic anaemia and adults was suffering macrocytic hypochromic anaemia.
