Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Biologi Sel dan Molekuler Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh sejak bulan Juli sampai Desember 2013. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu faktor media dan ZPT. Parameter penelitian terdiri dari jumlah akar, jumlah tunas dan jumlah daun. Hasil uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) taraf 5% terhadap kombinasi perlakuan media Growmore 1 g/l dengan konsentrasi ZPT GA3 1,0 ppm menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dalam menginduksi akar terbanyak pada 4 Minggu Setelah Tanam (MST). Selain itu, kombinasi perlakuan media Growmore 2 g/l dengan konsentrasi ZPT GA3 1,0 ppm menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dalam menginduksi tunas terbanyak pada 4 MST. Namun kombinasi perlakuan media dengan ZPT GA3 tidak menunjukkan pengaruh nyata dalam menginduksi daun pada 4 MST. Pembentukan jumlah akar pada media Growmore 1 g/l menunjukkan perbedaan yang nyata terhadap media MS. Secara umum, nilai produktivitas ditentukan oleh faktor besaran volume pekerjaan, waktu pelaksanaan, dan jumlah tenaga kerja. Agar pekerjaan dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, diperlukan upaya perencanaan dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai produktivitas pada salah satu komponen pekerjaan bangunan gedung. Objek yang diteliti adalah pekerjaan pemasangan penutup atap pada proyek Gedung Pendidikan dan Ruang Kuliah Fakultas Teknik Universitas Syiah Kuala yang merupakan salah satu proyek yang dibangun guna menfasilitasi kegiatan perkuliahan. Pekerjaan penutup atap merupakan pekerjaan finishing akhir dari rangkaian konstruksi atap. Material atap menggunakan bahan zincalume. Volume pekerjaan atap direncanakan seluas 1.513,5 m2. Metode kerja yang digunakan adalah Analisa Empiris Lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu pengumpulan data sekunder dan data primer. Data sekunder diperoleh dari kontraktor yang berupa informasi gambar rencana dan dokumentasi proyek. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan lapangan, dalam bentuk pencatatan waktu penyelesaian setiap tahap pekerjaan. Ruang lingkup penelitian yaitu pekerjaan penutup atap pada lima segmen bangunan gedung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai produktivitas untuk pekerjaan pemasangan atap diperoleh yaitu, Segmen A sebesar 15,576 m2/jam; Segmen B sebesar 30,096 m2/jam; Segmen C sebesar 30,044 m2/jam; Segmen D sebesar 15,097 m2/jam; dan Segmen E sebesar 13,236 m2/jam. Untuk pekerjaan pemasangan rabung atap diperoleh yaitu, Segmen A sebesar 27,281 m/jam; Segmen B sebesar 26,462 m/jam; Segmen C sebesar 27,945 m/jam; Segmen D sebesar 26,777 m/jam; dan Segmen E sebesar 26,466 m/jam. Nilai dan beberapa informasi terkait tentang produktivitas dapat digunakan untuk menghitung koefisien requirement tenaga kerja dan material pada pekerjaan penutup atap. Development of beef cattle in Indonesia should be carried out through sustainable production system approach especially under smallholders in the village areas. The information of beef cattle productivity level under current production system is very important for the basis data in relation to the development strategic program. The purpose of current study was to find out the productivity of beef cattle production under group of farmer at the village areas. Survey method at 34 farmer groups of beef cattle located at Cilacap, Banyumas, Purbalingga, Banjarnegara and Kebumen regencies of Central Java was implemented. The beef catle productivity in terms of cow-calf operation and fattening were recorded. Data analysis by qualitative and quantitative descriptive statistics. This study found that Ongole Cross, Sumba Ongole Cross, Simental Cross and Charolois Cross were raised for fattening and Brahman Cross for cow-calf operation. The performance of beef cattle of fattening purposes was moderate condition. Body Condition Score (BCS) ranged from 4 to 6 (scale 1-9) with the modus 4 (for Ongole Cross, Sumba Ongole Cross) and 5 (for Simental Cross and Charolois Cross). The productivity of cow-calf operation was very low with the reproductive rate and preweaning calf mortality were 6 and 25 percent, respectively. Good Farming Practice with attention on selection of breeds and strengthens feeding aspects could be taking into account in order to improve beef cattle productivity under group of farmer at the village areas.
