Penelitian dilakukan di tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) dimasing-masing kecamatan pada malam hari (pukul 22.00-24.00 WIB) sebanyak tiga kali pengulangan penghitungan pada waktu yang sama di hari yang berbeda. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan pendekatan penghitungan populasi anjing liar menggunakan metode world society for the protection of animals (WSPA). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa anjing yang diperkirakan berkeliaran di TPS empat kecamatan dengan pengamatan manual sekitar 26 ekor dan dengan software APSP sekitar 20 ekor. Perbandingan yang sama juga diperoleh pada perkiraan populasi anjing liar dengan kecamatan kasus tertinggi dan terendah gigitan HPR. Populasi anjing liar lebih banyak ditemukan dikecamatan dengan kasus gigitan tertinggi. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa cara penghitungan manual masih memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan menggunakan kamera video dengan software APSP.The Accuracy of Stray Dogs Population as a Risk of Rabies Transmission in Four Sub-Districts of Banda Aceh Using APSP Software ABSTRACTThis study was aimed to test the accuracy of estimation of the population of stray dogs by using video camera equipped with the software of animal perception of seismic phenomena (APSP) and counting by manual methods.in correlation with the number of biting cases by rabies-risk animals (RRA)in four sub-districts of Banda Aceh grouped as highest and lowest biting case. This study was conducted by direct observation and counting of the number of stray dogs around rubbish bin during night time (10.00-12.00 P.M) in each sub-district the counting was repeated 3 times at the same time on different day. The data was analyzed using world society for the protection of animals (WSPA) methods. The results showed that overall, the number of stray dogs around rubbish bin in four sub-districts were highest based on manual counting method as compared to counting by using video camera equipped with APSP software. The number of stray dogs were highest in the sub-districts with higher reported cases of biting by RRA. As conclusion, counting of stray dogs by using manual methods still more reliable than using video camera equipped with APSP software. Penelitian ini menggunakan sepuluh ekor sapi betina yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, setiap kelompok terdiri dari 5 ekor dengan kategori: umur 5-8 tahun, berat badan 150-250 kg, sehat secara klinis, dan tidak sedang bunting. Sampel plasma untuk pemeriksaan estradiol diambil pada saat dilakukan inseminasi dari vena jugularis. Sebelum dilakukan koleksi, seluruh sapi disinkronisasi berahi menggunakan prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2?) dan metode ovsynch. Pemeriksaan konsentrasi hormon estradiol dilakukan dengan metode enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) menggunakan kit estradiol. Hubungan antara intensitas estrus dengan konsentrasi estradiol sebesar 0,392 dengan persamaan regresi y = 3,094 + 0,01x dimana y adalah skor intensitas berahi sedangkan x adalah konsentrasi estradiol. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah korelasi antara intensitas estrus dengan konsentrasi estradiol pada saat inseminasi sapi lokal relatif lemah. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentrations during insemination on local cattle. This study uses ten cows were divided into two groups with each group consisting of 5 with category: age 5-8 years, weight 150-250 kg, clinically healthy, and not pregnant. Plasma samples were taken at the time of artificial insemination from the jugular vein to measuring the estradiol hormone concentration. Prior to the collection of plasma samples, all of cattles were synchronized their estrous phase by using prostaglandin F2 alpha (PGF2?) and ovsynch. Examination of the concentration of the hormone estradiol performed using enzyme-linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) using commercial kits estradiol. The relationship between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentration of 0.392 with the regression equation y = 3.094 + 0.01x where y is the score of the intensity of estrus, whereas x is the concentration of estradiol. The result of this study indicate that statistically there is no relationship intensity of estrus with estradiol concentration. Itcan be concluded that the corelation between the intensity of estrus with estradiol concentrations during insemination on local cattle was low. Di Indonesia, pemakaian alat kontrasepsi sudah mencapai angka 63,5 %. Kontrasespi hormonal dan non homonal memberikan kontribusi dalam penurunan angka kelahiran namun sampai saat ini belum ditemukannya kontrasepsi yang ideal bebas dari efek samping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pemakaian kontrasepsi hormonal dan non hormonal terhadap usia rata-rata menopause. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada wanita menopause yang mempunyai riwayat sebagai pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal atau non hormonal di kecamatan Kuta Alam, Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara quota sampling, dengan besar sampel 30 wanita pengguna kontrasepsi hormonal dan 30 wanita pengguna kontrasepsi non hormonal. Data diambil melalui wawancara dengan kuisioner yang dilaksanakan pada September - Desember 2012. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji statistik independent t-test dan uji korelasi pearson. Hasil analisa data menggunakan independent t-test diperoleh adanya pengaruh yang sangat nyata (p = 0,003) dari jenis kontrasepsi hormonal dan non hormonal terhadap usia rata-rata menopause dan di peroleh ada hubungan (p = 0,007) antara jenis kontrasepsi hormonal dan non hormonal dengan body mass index wanita menopause. Dari gejala-gejala yang sering timbul tersebut adalah halusinasi yang sangat menganggu sehingga adanya gangguan tidur pada pasien skizofrenia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara halusinasi pendengaran dengan kualitas tidur pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Banda Aceh yang dilaksanakan sejak bulan Mei 2015 sampai Juni 2015. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data kuesioner yang diperoleh dari 37 responden dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kemudian untuk mencari hubungan variabel terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien skizofrenia yang dilakukan dengan analisa uji Chi-Square. Hasil uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara halusinasi pendengaran dan kualitas tidur pada pasien skizofrenia dengan nilai p = 0,000< ? 0,05.Kata kunci: Skizofrenia, halusinasi pendengaran, kualitas tidur.ABSTRACTSchizophrenia is a collection of positive or negative symptoms that occur significantly. The symptoms that frequently occurs was a very distracting hallucination which causes a sleeping disorder at schizophrenia patients. This research aimed to find out the relation betwen the auditory hallucination with the quality of sleep at the patiens with schizophrenia in Psychiatric Hospital Aceh, that was conducted from May to June of 2015.The type of research was analytical observational with a cross sectional approach. The data of questionnaires obtained from 37 respondents were analysed descriptively. Further, the analysis of Chi-Square test was carried out to find out the relation of variable towards the quality of sleep at the schizofrenia patiens. The results of Chi-Square test showed that there was a significant relation between the auditory hallucination and the quality of sllep at the schizophrenia patiens with a value of p = 0.000 < ? 0.05.
