The purpose of study was to evaluate the survival of T. harzianum and T. virens after cohabiting with soil borne pathogenic fungi (Fusarium sp, Rhigidoporus sp, and Sclerotium sp) as well as the type of interaction. Trichoderma fungi and fungal pathogens were grown on PDA in vitro, and then observed their growth after being reisolated on 3 different growth zones. The results showed that T. harzianum and T. virens  growing with Fusarium sp were capable to grow over the space. It was evident from the results of reinoculation on a petridish B (border zone) and C (zone Trichoderma) colonies, that T. harzianum and T. virens regrew, while the pathogens were not able to regrow. When cohabiting with Sclerotium sp and Rhigidoporus sp, antagonistic fungus regrew after reisolation but pathogens also grew on Petridis B (border zone). It indicates that on the contact area (petri dish B), Sclerotium sp and Rhigidoporus sp conduct defense over the competition. Regrowth of fungal pathogens on contact area (border) indicates that the fungus has a high level of competition. Antagonist agents such as T. virens and T. harzianum were able to survive and regrow after cohabiting with fungal pathogens and showed type A interaction (against Fusarium sp), while cohabiting with Sclerotium sp and Rhigidoporus sp showed the type B interaction. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru fisika di sekolah menengah RSBI Banda Aceh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 12 guru. Penentuan sampel dilakukan secara random purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan wawancara. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statisitik sederhana dalam bentuk perhitungan persentase, kemudian dianalisis kembali dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan berbasis Islami dalam pembelajaran fisika di sekolah menengah RSBI Banda Aceh sudah dilaksanakan, namun belum optimal mengingat ada salah satu aspek (kognitif) yang belum menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan. This research was conducted at Laboratory of Plant Pests and Diseases, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University, Banda Aceh. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) non-factorial, with six levels of extract concentrations, that is 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%, and 15%. Each treatment was repeated four times. The variables measured were mortality of larvae, percentage of formed pupae, percentage of emerging imago, and life length of imago. The results showed that application of the sweet flag rhizome extract affected mortality of larvae, formed pupae, emerging imago, and life length of imago S. litura. Use of sweet flag rhizome extract with a concentration of 3% was effective in controlling S. litura. Application of sweet flag rhizome extract with a concentration of 3% resulted in larval mortality up to 57.50%, formation of pupa only 20%, emerging imago 5%, and average life length of imago S. litura 1.25 days. Factors observed were bulb slicing and kinds of organic fertilizer.  Bulb slicing consisted of no cut, cut of one-third, and cut of one-fourth of onion bulbs.  Organic fertilizer consisted of compost, manure of cow and manure of chicken. Variables observed were plant height, a number of onion tillers per bunch, a number of onion bulbs per bunch, wet and dry weight of bulbs per bunch.  Result showed that bulb slicing significantly affected a number of onion tillers per bunch at 30 day after planting (DAP), 45 DAP, and a number of onion bulbs per bunch. However, bulb slicing did not significantly affect plant height at 15 DAP and dry weight of bulb per bunch.  The best growth and yield was found at cut of one-fourth of the bulb. Organic fertilizer showed a significant effect on a number of bulbs per bunch but did not exert a significant effect on other variables. More bulbs per bunch were achieved at compost. There was no significant interaction between bulb slicing and organic fertilizer type on growth and yield of onion. Saat ini Teknologi Listrik Tenaga Surya (Solar Energy System) menjadi alternatif yang diyakini dapat mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah melakukan studi kelayakan pemanfaatan energi surya untuk penggerak pompa di Provinsi Aceh, melakukan simulasi komputer untuk mendesain sistem pompa air energi surya, dan melakukan pengukuran unjuk kerja sistem pompa air energi surya skala kecil. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan potensi energi surya di Provinsi Aceh, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk penggerak pompa air irigasi dan pompa air bersih untuk kebutuhan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu perlu ditemukan suatu alternatif yang relatif murah untuk menggantikan material filler. Alternatif penggantinya yaitu dengan memanfaatkan potensi daerah setempat dengan menggunakan material filler dari serbuk arang tempurung kelapa (SA) dan abu sekam (AS) yang masih banyak terdapat di Indonesia khusunya di daerah Aceh. Guna untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah hasil pembakaran tempurung kelapa dan abu sekam. Serbuk arang didapatkan dari hasil pembakaran tempurung kelapa yang dihaluskan. Abu sekam merupakan dari hasil pembakaran limbah sekam padi dengan ukuran butirannya relatif kecil (lolos saringan No 200). Dari kedua bahan material ini mengandung silika (SiO2) yang apabila dicampur dengan senyawa kimia lain dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan beton aspal. Agregat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Gampong Lampanah, Indrapuri Aceh Besar.
