Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode allometrik dengan menggunakan rumus W = aDb (Brown 1997) pada lahan hutan sekunder, pada lahan agroforestri dan monokultur menggunakan metode destruktif, C organik tanah menggunakan metode Walkley dan Black. Analisa sampel dilakukan di laboratorium Analisa Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Syiah Kuala dan Laboratorium Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah cadangan karbon terbesar terdapat pada lahan hutan sekunder yakni sebesar 241,36 ton/ha, diikuti agroforestri sebesar 66,00 ton/ha, monokultu r32,33 ton/ha sedangkan kandungan karbon terkecil terdapat pada tanaman semusim yakni sebesar 2,36 ton/ha. Kandungan C organic tanah terbesar terdapat pada lahan hutan sekunder yaitu 6,82 ton/ha, diikuti dengan agroforestri 3,98 ton/ha, monokultur 3,31 ton/ha dan kandungan bahan organik tanah terendah terdapat pada tanaman semusim yaitu 2,44 ton/ha. This research was carried out in three months with the areas of the study of 1100 ha. The allometric method was appliedin this study with the formula of W = aDb (Brown 1997) in the secondary forest areas, and the destructive methods was usedin the agroforestry and monoculture areas. Karakteristik curah hujan suatu wilayah berbeda dengan wilayah yang lain. Pengetahuan tentang karakteristik curah hujan suatu wilayah sangat berguna dalam menentukan pola tanam, juga berguna dalam mendesain bangunan irigasi dan bangunan pengendali banjir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik curah hujan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis data curah hujan selama 15 tahun (1996-2010) yang diperoleh dari BMKG Blang Bintang. Tahapan analisis data curah hujan adalah menentukan curah hujan harian maksimum, penentuan parameter ,uji parameter statistik dengan uji Chi-Square dan Smirnov Kolmogorov, penentuan curah hujan rencana dan intensitas curah hujan dengan menggunakan persamaan Mononobe untuk periode ulang 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 dan 100 tahun.Berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi iklim menurut Schmidt-Ferguson Kabupaten Aceh Besar termasuk dalam tipe C yang sifatnya agak basah. Sedangkan klasifikasi iklim menurut Oldeman wilayah ini termasuk dalam tipe E, dengan karakteristik daerah ini umumnya terlalu kering, mungkin hanya dapat satu kali palawija, itu pun tergantung adanya hujan. Curah hujan di Kabupaten Aceh Besar selama periode 15 tahun dikategorikan normal pada tahun 1997,1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 dan 2007 dengan nilai rata-rata antara 1251 mm-1693 mm. Curah hujan harian maksimum di Kabupaten Aceh Besar selama periode 15 tahun yaitu sebesar 185 mm yang terjadi pada bulan November tahun 2000. Enam sampai delapan jam pertama pasca pembedahan ibu dianjurkan untuk melakukan beberapa gerakan yang disebut dengan mobilisasi dini. Di Indonesia 54% ibu kurang mengetahui pentingnya mobilisasi dini pasca sectio caesarea. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan mobilisasi dini pasca sectio caesarea setelah pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan di ruang Seurunee 3 RSUDZA Banda Aceh tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasy eksperiment dengan rancangan posttest only control design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode consecutive sampling sebanyak 30 sampel dibagi untuk kelompok intervensi 15 sampel dan kelompok kontrol 15 sampel. Alat pengumpulan data dengan format observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan mulai tanggal 15 sampai 30 juni 2015 diruang Seurunee 3 RSUDZA. Data dianalisis dengan SPSS menggunakan independent t-test pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisa bivariat menujukkan ada perbedaan kemampuan mobilisasi ibu pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan p-value = 0,000, ada perbedaan posttest kemampuan mobilisasi dini ibu hari pertama pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan p-value = 0,000, ada perbedaan posttest kemampuan mobilisasi dini ibu hari kedua pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan p-value = 0,000, ada perbedaan posttest kemampuan mobilisasi dini ibu hari ketiga pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol dengan p-value = 0,000. Ev.)ABSTRACT. One of the limiting factors to develop chilly in Indonesian is antracnose disease. This fungi attacked either young or mature of pod chilly. It was caused by Gloeosporium piperatum. This study were carried out in green house, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatera. The objective of this research is to find the resistant varieties to antracnose disease and high yield performance. This study arranged in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications, respectively. The result showed that varieties King, TM-999, Kingehili, and Taro were more resistant to antracnose disease. While, Northredstar expressed slightly resistant, Taro, Northrestar, King, Kingehili dan TM-999, produced the highest, while Laris produced the lowest yield. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan stabilitas warna resin akrilik heat cured setelah perendaman dalam larutan kopi Ulee Kareng dan larutan Sanger. Penelitian ini menggunakan 16 spesimen basis gigi tiruan resin akrilik heat cured yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu 8 spesimen yang direndam dalam larutan kopi Ulee Kareng (kelompok perlakuan I), dan 8 spesimen yang direndam dalam larutan Sanger (kelompok perlakuan II). Pengukuran perubahan warna basis gigi tiruan resin akrilik menggunakan system Munsell soil color charts. Tiga komponen warna yang diukur, yaitu hue, value dan chroma. Pengamatan dilakukan oleh 5 orang pengamat sebanyak tiga kali pengulangan. Cellulose acetate can be obtained from acetylation of cellulose sengon wood (Paraserianthes falcataria). Wood Sengon was used because it has potential as a raw material. There are three steps of cellulose diacetate manufacturing process: (1) activation of cellulose using acetic acid, (2) acetylation using acetic anhydride as reactant and sulfuric acid as catalyst, (3) hydrolysis. At each operating process was observed at 50oC. Preparation of cellulose diacetate membrane using phase inversion methode by addition of cellulose diacetate as polymer; N,N-Dimethyl formamide (DMF) as solvent, water as non-solvent, and Polyethylene glycol (PEG). Membrane pore size was determined by measuring Molecular Weight Cut Off (MWCO) using Dextran and Bovin Serum Albumine (BSA) as standard solution. Membrane morphology was observed by Scanning Electrone Microscope (SEM). Cellulose acetate of acetyl content of 39.66% and number average molecular weight 130,221 Da was obtained 30 minutes of activation time; one hour acetylation, and 15 hours hydrolysis. The addition of PEG produced a thickner layer and suppress the formation of macrovoid. SEM analysis shows a denser structure membrane morphology with better regularity of pore shape. The resulting membranes which were coagulated at lower temperature shows dense structure. High flux with low rejection obtained from the membrane with greater porosity and pore distribution.
