Setelah dilakukan beberapa pengujian asumsi klasik, terdapat pelanggaran uji normalitas dan terdapat fenomena time varying volatility, sehingga estimator tidak lagi bersifat BLUE (Best Linear Unbiased Estimator). Berdasarkan pertimbangan kelayakan model, signifikansi, dan keakuratan prediksi, maka model yang terbaik digunakan adalah model GARCH (Generalized Autoregresive Conditional Heteroscedasticity). Berdasarkan hasil estimasi, aglomerasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Banda Aceh, jumlah penduduk dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan atraumatic care dengan dampak psikologis pada anak usia prasekolah di Ruang Seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr.Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian adalah Deskriptif Korelatif dan tehnik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 57 responden pada tanggal 17 Oktober - 16 November 2012. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dengan tehnik angket dan wawancara terpimpin. Metode analisa data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square test ?2 yaitu uji Continuity correction table 2x2. Melalui uji statistik didapatkan nilai p- value 0,026 < 0,05 sehingga hipotesa nol (ditolak) yang berarti ada hubungan antara atraumatic care dengan dampak psikologis. Ada hubungan antara menurunkan dampak perpisahan (p-value 0026), ada hubungan antara meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol (p-value 0,033), tidak ada hubungan antara mengurangi cedera (p-value 0,075), ada hubungan antara tidak melakukan kekerasan (p-value 0,016), ada hubungan antara modifikasi lingkungan (p-value 0,026), di ruang seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. It has motivated the use of mobile devices for various social networking mobile services such as android based multimedia disaster information transmission. Disaster multimedia information is important for quick response and recovery phases of the disaster management. In previous work, an online disaster information system based on location (we called it ASIKonLBS) has been proposed. However, it was only providing the coordinate information of the disaster location by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). In this paper, we propose the design of prototype for online disaster multimedia data transmission based on android. Such that, the ASIKonLBSv2 can provide not only the information of the location, but also the situation of the disaster area including news, picture, and video. The research method refers to a spiral model that begins with conceptual design, prototype development and evaluation. The result shows that the designed prototype can be implemented for online disaster multimedia data transmission (news, photo and video) using Android Developer Tools. Furthermore, the prototype can be installed in the android-based smartphone and map the disaster multimedia data onto the web of ASIKonLBS. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksprimen dan deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 30 siswa kelas VII-1 dan 30 siswa kelas VII-2. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan kemampuan pemetaan konsep siswa pada materi ekosistem adalah uji t, sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemetaan konsep siswa dengan hasil belajar digunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dan pemetaan pemetaan konsep siswa antara kelas eksprimen dengan kelas kontrol. Terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan pemetaan konsep siswa dengan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Pd2.Dr. Djailani AR, M. PdABSTRAKGuru profesional harus menguasai pengelolaan pembelajaran, untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam sebuah pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan RPP, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan evaluasi serta kendala dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah,wakil kepala sekolah, ketua MGMP, dan guru sertifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Sebagian guru sertifikasi telah memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun RPP, hal ini terlihat dari perangkat pembelajaran yang diperlihatkan. Dalam penyusunannya guru di bantu oleh guru senior maupun dalam forum MGMP.akan tetapi ada sebagian guru, menyusun RPP hanya sebagai persyaratan administrasi saja, dengan mengganti tahunnya saja, (2) Kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah baik dengan melakukan aktivitas pokok, seperti membuka, mengelola dan menutup pembelajaran, walaupun demikian masih ada yang belum memenuhi kriteria yang baik, seperti kemampuan dalam menguasai materi pembelajaran, mengelola waktu, penggunaan strategi/model pembelajaran, (3) Pelaksanaan penilaian terhadap hasil belajar siswa belum menggunakan system penilaian yang baik dan benar, baik dari penilaian proses maupun penilaian hasil belajar hal ini terlihat dari tes yang dilakukan guru masih hanya melakukan penilaian formatif saja, sedangkan pos tes jarang dilakukan.
