Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ketuntasan belajar siswa dan untuk mengetahui penguasaan materi matematika siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Banda Aceh serta untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa pada level kognitif tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Banda Aceh yang terdiri atas 11 kelas, sedangkan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII-3 yang berjumlah 35 orang. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari nilai tes berupa soal yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Persentase ketuntasan penguasaan materi matematika siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Banda Aceh berdasarkan analisis butir soal pada materi lingkaran untuk butir soal pertama diperoleh 31,04%, yang kedua diperoleh 52,71% dan ketiga diperoleh 95,42%, sedangkan pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar untuk butir soal keempat diperoleh 55% dan kelima diperoleh 93,13%. Adapun kesulitan siswa yaitu pada level ranah kognitif C3 (aplikasi) dengan persentase 52,71% dan C4 (analisis) dengan persentase 34%. It is necessary to determine the distribution of these pathogens in the hospitals. In this study 160 swab samples were collected from ten different surfaces including nurses’ hand swab, Nurses’ table top, door knob/handle, toilet seat, operation table, sink, stretcher, floor, bedrail, and cupboard. Biochemical tests were used to identify the bacteria. Kirby-Bauer-Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) modified single disc diffusion technique was used to determine the antibiogram profile of the pathogens at 0.5 scale McFarland’s standard (1.5 × 108 cells/ml). The total percentage prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus was 50.80%, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 28.60% and Escherichia coli 20.60%. Out of 20.60% of E. coli isolates7.7% were found to be E. coli O157:H7. S. aureus isolates were highly resistant to ampcillin and cefoxitin P. aeruginosa and E. coli were resistant to tetracycline. The multiple antibiotic resistance indexes of the pathogens were more than 0.2. Among the isolates, S. aureus showed more multidrug resistance (31.30%) and E. coli had the least multidrug. Frequently touched surfaces within the hospital environment are contaminated by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. These pathogens can be transfer from surfaces to patients and to surfaces again through healthcare workers. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 109 responden, 64 (58,71%) menderita pterygium pada satu atau kedua mata dan hasil penelitian untuk faktor risiko didapatkan bahwa jenis kelamin (p=0.963), usia (p=0,065), jenis pekerjaan (p=0,638), menggunakan kacamata pelindung (p=0,599), menggunakan kacamata baca (p=0,188), riwayat Diabetes Mellitus (p=0,055), riwayat Hipertensi (p=0,731) tidak bermakna secara statistik, kecuali faktor riwayat keluarga (p=0,049). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah prevalensi pterygium di Leupung, Aceh Besar sangat tinggi yakni 58,71% dan faktor risiko pterygium yang bermakna secara statistik adalah riwayat keluarga.
