Civilian who live in the island are often considered abstent due to their difficult access and distance. This condition is creating a mass apathetic situation where civilian is rather careless about their rights and participation in both public and political matter. The aim of this research is to investigate civilian participation in Pulau Aceh and Sabang during 2012 govenor and vice govenor local election (pemilukada). And also to gain insight about contributing factors regarding civilian participation in Pulau Aceh and Sabang. This research used descriptive qualitative method. Field research such as interviewing informants and documentation were used to collect primary data while literature studies were applied to collect secondary data. This research explains that civil participation in Pulau Aceh is higher than Sabang. Some of the reason of this finding is because alot of Sabang native people are working and living in Banda Aceh (outside Sabang) and the rest are just consciously abstent. Strong political will to contribute something, social and political situation, hope of better condition, voluntary participation, KIP socialization, various methods of political campaign, and the role of public space as medium of information were several factors mentioned in this reseach that could strogly contribute to higher civil participation. District and sub-district government is holding crucial position in investigating the reason of high rate of abstentions and is expected to tackle this problem with effective solutions. Village stakeholder is also critical in giving advice and persuade civilian to increase civil participation village by village. This matters are important because civil participation in the island especially their voting number during election have great impact in Aceh government electoral seat. Infeksi saluran pernapasan akibat bakteri merupakan penyebab utama eksaserbasi pada PPOK. Penanggulangan penyakit infeksi memerlukan pemberian antibiotika secara rasional untuk menghindari terjadinya resistensi kuman terhadap antibiotika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pola kuman dan resistensinya terhadap antibiotika pada pasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode consecutive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 32 orang pasien PPOK eksaserbasi akut yang dirawat di ruang rawat paru Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Bakteri yang diisolasi dari sputum selanjutnya dilakukan pemeriksaan sensitivitas antibiotika. Penelitian ini berhasil mengisolasi 13 (40,6%) bakteri patogen, 15 (46,9%) bakteri non patogen, sementara itu 4 (12,5%) bahan pemeriksaan yang tidak layak kultur. Bakteri patogen yang didapatkan terdiri dari Klebsiella pneumoniae (61,5%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (15,4%), Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter dan Streptococcus sp. masing-masing 7,7%. Hasil uji sensitivitas menunjukkan Klebsiella pneumoniae resisten terhadap Ciprofloxacine (62,5%), Ceftazidine, Ceftriaxone dan Cefotaxime masing-masing 50%. Pseudomonas aeruginosa resisten terhadap Ticarcilin dan Cefotaxime masing-masing (50%). Satu isolat Eschericia coli yang ditemukan resisten terhadap Ticarcilin dan Cefotaxime. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah secara accidental sampling selama bulan Maret-Mei 2014 sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan dengan kategori kelainan sebanyak 27 anak (90,0%) dan responden dengan kategori meragukan 3 anak (10,0%). Distribusi tingkat pendidikan ibu terbanyak adalah tingkat pendidikan rendah 17 orang (56,6%) dan paling sedikit adalah tingkat pendidikan dasar 5 orang (16,7%). Distribusi status ekonomi keluarga terbanyak adalah status ekonomi rendah 22 orang (73,3%) dan distribusi terendah adalah status ekonomi menengah 8 orang (26,7%). Malnutrition may attack growth and development, especially in development process. Because it may attack brain function and structure. Screening for developmental disorders using a pre-screening questionnaire development (KPSP) with a sensitivity of 63% and specificity of 95%. This study is aimed to find out development attack indication of malnutrition patients in children inpatient ward at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is a kind of descriptive observation research. Sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling which was conducted to 30 respondents in March-May 2014. The result showed that there were 27 children (90,0%) in suspected category and 3 children (10,0%) in doubtful category. The highest number of mother education level was senior high school diploma degree, it was 56,6% (17 mother). Meanwhile the lowest number of mother education level was secondary school with the percentage of 16,7% (5 mothers). Besides, the highest percentage of economic status distribution was low economic status with the percentage of 73,3% (22 people) while the lowest percentage was 26,7% (8 people) for secondary percentage economic status. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden dengan dengan kategori kelainan sebanyak 27 anak (90,0%) dan responden dengan kategori meragukan 3 anak (10,0%). Distribusi tingkat pendidikan ibu terbanyak adalah tingkat pendidikan rendah 17 orang (56,6%) dan paling sedikit adalah tingkat pendidikan dasar 5 orang (16,7%). Distribusi status ekonomi keluarga terbanyak adalah status ekonomi rendah 22 orang (73,3%) dan distribusi terendah adalah status ekonomi menengah 8 orang (26,7%). Hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan pasien gizi buruk mengalami gangguan perkembangan dan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pendidikan ibu dan status ekonomi keluarga.Kata Kunci: Gizi Buruk, Pendidikan Ibu, Status Ekonomi, Gangguan Perkembangan, Gangguan PertumbuhanABSTRACTNutrion in childhood has a great influence toward children growth and development, even when they are still in the womb. Malnutrition may attack growth and development, especially in development process. Because it may attack brain function and structure. Screening for developmental disorders using a pre-screening questionnaire development (KPSP) with a sensitivity of 63% and specificity of 95%. This study is aimed to find out development attack indication of malnutrition patients in children inpatient ward at dr. Zainoel Abidin Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is a kind of descriptive observation research. Sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling which was conducted to 30 respondents in March-May 2014. The result showed that there were 27 children (90,0%) in suspected category and 3 children (10,0%) in doubtful category. The highest number of mother education level was senior high school diploma degree, it was 56,6% (17 mother). Meanwhile the lowest number of mother education level was secondary school with the percentage of 16,7% (5 mothers). Besides, the highest percentage of economic status distribution was low economic status with the percentage of 73,3% (22 people) while the lowest percentage was 26,7% (8 people) for secondary percentage economic status.
