Vitamin B1 (tiamin) adalah salah satu vitamin yang digunakan sebagai terapi untuk pencegahan infeksi yang disebabkan oleh jamur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi ekstrak etil asetat bawang putih dengan tiamin terhadap aktivitas Candida albicans. Uji fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat bawang putih mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid dan saponin. Uji aktivitas menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etil asetat bawang putih pada konsentrasi 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% dan ekstrak kental memiliki aktivitas dalam penghambatan Candida albicans dengan diameter zona hambat masing-masing adalah 11,63; 17,99; 26,62; 29,02; dan 41,78 mm. Uji kombinasi ekstrak etil asetat bawang putih dengan tiamin menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi pada konsentrasi 50% mampu menghambat aktivitas Candida albicans dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 31,63 mm.Kata kunci: Bawang putih, Kandidiasis, Candida albicans, Etil asetat.ABSTRACTGarlic ( allium sativum linn ) is plants that have the potential to herbs as antifungal. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is one of the vitamin that is often used as therapy for prevention of infection caused by fungi. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of ethyl acetate of garlic extract alone and it combination with thiamine against Candida albicans activity. Phytochemistry assay showed that ethyl acetate of garlic extract containing a metabolite secondary such as alkaloid, flavonoid and saponin. Ethyl acetate extract of garlic have inhibitory activity against Candida albicans at concentrations of 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% and extract viscous with diameter of inhibition zone was 11.63; 17.99; 26.62; 29.02; and 41.78 mm, respectively. The combination of ethyl acetate extract of garlic with thiamine showed at consentration 50% have inhibitory activity against Candida albicans with diameter of inhibition zone was 31,63 mm.Keywords: Garlic, Candidiasis, Candida albicans, Ethyl acetate. Perubahan tersebut mengakibatkan arah arus jalan juga berubah.Terkadang tempat yang dekat dilihat menjadi jauh ditempuh hal ini diakibatkan araharus jalan yang berbeda dan peletakan pembukaan median jalan yang jauh dari tempattersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute terpendek jalur distribusiUKM beserta pemasaran dan bahan bakunya di Kota Banda Aceh menggunakanNetwork Analyst. Sehingga diperlukan Sistem informasi geografis (SIG) yang dapatmenampilkan posisi UKM, pemasaran dan lokasi bahan baku beserta jalurdistribusinya, guna untuk menghemat waktu tempuh dan biaya transportasi. Metodeyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dan analisa data spasialdengan cara mengumpulkan data jalur distribusi awal dan pengolahan citra berbasissistem informasi geografi. Kemudian dilakukan analisa perbandingan jalur jalansebelum dan sesudah menggunakan network analyst. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa jarak dan waktu tempuh jalur distribusi UKM sebelummenggunakan network analyst lebih jauh dibandingkan setelah menggunakan networkanalyst. Small and Mediaum Enterprise (SME) also plays a role in economic development and employment. After earthquake and tsunami 2004, Banda Aceh infrastructure has changed. The changes include road expansion, tsunami emergency escape map and other infrastucture like buildings for offices etc. The changes also give an impact to traffic flows. Sometimes, spot destination which is not to far seems not very close due to the change of traffic flows and road median entry that too far from the spot destination. This research aimed to determine shorter route for distribution of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) such as route distribution for market and raw material in Banda Aceh by using Network Analyst. Geographical information system is urgently required to show spot of SME position, market destination, raw material location and their distribution road map to economize delivery time and transportation cost. The methode used in this research is a survey methode and data analysis by collecting former distribution road maps and its changes based on geographical information system. Then, the former distribution road maps will be compared to the current distribution road maps through network analyst. The result of this research shows that the distance of distribution road map and time delivery is farer instead of using network analyst.
