Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Asosiasi Petani Kakao Organik di Gampong Amud Mesjid, Kecamatan Geulumpang Tiga, Kabupaten Pidie, Aceh. Objek penelitian ini adalah data yang berkenaan dengan strategi penyampaian informasi pemasaran pada koperasi APKO di kabupaten Pidie. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi penyampaian informasi pemasaran di koperasi APKO dengan alat analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat), yang terdiri dari analisis SAP (Strategy Advantage Profile) dan analisis ETOP (Enviromental Threat Opportunity profile). Berdasarkan analisis SAP, koperasi APKO terletak pada posisi kuat (strong) dan analisis ETOP memperlihatkan bahwa koperasi APKO terletak termasuk dalam usaha Spekulatif. Kombinasi kedua matriks tersebut dalam matriks SWOT menunjukkan koperasi APKO berada pada posisi Investasi. Hal ini berarti strategi yang baik yang dapat diterapkan Koperasi APKO adalah melakukan invest kemudian Harvesting yaitu melakukan investasi untuk jangka pendek dan kemudian memuai hasil dari investasi tersebut di masa depan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi apa yang digunakan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal PISA konten Uncertainty and Data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTsN Model Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan instrumen tes tertulis dan wawancara. Tes tertulis diberikan kepada 31 siswa sedangkan wawancara dipilih berdasarkan perwakilan dari strategi yang dominan digunakan siswa. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Dari 11 strategi yang dikemukakan oleh Reys, rata-rata strategi yang digunakan oleh siswa MTSn Model Banda Aceh Kelas VII dalam menyelesaikan soal PISA konten Uncertainty and Data adalah membuat gambar atau diagram (17,20 %), menghitung semua kemungkinan secara sistematis (45,16 %) dan mengidentifikasi hasil (27,96 %) dan dari 31 siswa tersebut terdapat 35,48 % siswa yang sudah mampu menyelesaikan soal PISA dengan baik serta 64,52 % siswa lainnya belum mampu menyelesaikannya dengan baik. Mutiara Jaya. Studi kasus pada penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan daun pintu yang masih dilakukan dengan tenaga manusia dan tata letak fasilitas perakitan yang belum menerapkan prinsip ekonomi gerakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan membandingkan hasil perhitungan waktu baku dan output produksi proses perakitan daun pintu metode kerja awal dengan metode kerja usulan yang dikerjakan oleh satu orang operator.Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat tiga hal yang menjadi keluaran, yaitu minimasi elemen gerakan dan waktu baku proses perakitan serta peningkatan output produksi. Pengelompokan komponen perakitan daun pintu memberi dampak pada elemen gerakan yang dilakukan. Selisih elemen gerakan yang diperoleh pada metode kerja awal dengan metode kerja usulan adalah sebanyak 14 elemen gerakan, atau terjadi pengurangan elemen gerakan sebanyak 15,5%. Perubahan dan minimasi jarak operator terhadap komponen dan peralatan memberikan dampak berupa minimasi waktu baku dan peningkatan output produksi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Terdapat dua macam metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis location quotient dan analisis klassen typology. Analisis location quotient digunakan untuk melihat subsektor industri pengolahan yang menjadi industri basis. Analisis klassen typology digunakan untuk menggambarkan struktur dan kondisi subsektor industri pengolahan. Berdasarkan analisis location quotient, industri pengolahan tidak lagi tergolong industri basis. Namun, kelompok industri pengolahan migas masih menjadi industri basis. Subsektor yang menjadi industri basis adalah subsektor industri pengolahan gas alam cair. Kelompok industri pengolahan non migas bukan merupakan industri basis dan tidak ada subsektor industri non migas yang menjadi industri basis. Didasarkan pada analisis klassen typology, hanya satu subsektor yang tergolong kedalam subsektor maju dan tumbuh cepat, dua subsektor tergolong kedalam subsektor maju tapi tertekan, satu subsektor tergolong subsektor relatif tertinggal, enam subsektor sisanya tergolong kedalam subsektor yang berkembang cepat. Melihat akan kondisi tersebut, pemerintah perlu mempertahankan dan mengembangkan industri basis yang ada di Provinsi Aceh. Fuel is one of important components in fishing activity. The objectives of this research were to analyze the need and the receiver of fuel subsidy in Aceh Besar t as well as to analyze the problems that faced by fisherman in Aceh Besar district. The survey was done on June-August 2012 in five sub-district in Aceh Besar namely: (1) Baitussalam, (2) Mesjid Raya, (3) Leupung (4) Lhoknga dan (5) Mesjid Raya. The result shown that the average cost of one trip of fishing activities in Aceh Besar were Rp700.000. The lowest operational cost was found in Seulimum (Rp96.200 per trip) and the highest was found in Baitussalam sub-district (Rp1, 793,710 per trip). Fuel was the biggest cost for fishing activity; it was ranged 40%-73% with average 57.9%. The lowest proportion of fuel consumption was found in Baitussalam sub-district and the highest was found in Lhoknga sub-district. In average, the fisherman’s fuel consumption was 1,237L. per month; with total subsidy was Rp 5,824,737 per fisherman per month. The profit will be decreased up to 89.5% if there was no fuel subsidy. In addition, the result also shown that the fisherman in Aceh Besar did not have any skill to generate their alternative income. As the consequence, in the future there is a need to develop programs to generate the alternative livelihood for Aceh Besar fisherman as well as their family.Keywords. The objective of the present study was to analyze the budgetary trends and the effectiveness of fisheries subsidies in Aceh Besar district. The literature and survey methods were utilized in this study. The secondary data of Aceh Besar’s budget documents in the period of 2010-2012 and key person interviews with fishermen leaders were conducted to analysis the subsidy trend and fishermen perception. The data was collected in May through July 2012. The results showed the budget allocation to the fisheries sector were increased from year to year, in 2010 the total budget for the fisheries sector was Rp1, 9 billions (equivalent to 0.34% of total buget or 1.40% of the development budget allocation/indirect consumption), in it was increased to Rp2, 9 billion in 2011 (or 0.42% of total budget or 1.47% of the development budget allocation), then increased sharply in 2012 to Rp9, 2 billion (an increase of over 630%) from the previous year, equivalent to 1.11% of the total budget. In 2010, the proportion of subsidies were given mostly for aquaculture sub-sector, which reached 84% of the total budget that was managed by the Department of Marine and Fisheries of Aceh Besar, whereas in 2011 the proportion of subsidies occurred balance between aquaculture and capture fishery sub sectors. However, in 2012 most of the budget DKP Aceh Besar (63%) was allocated to the capture fishery sub-sector. The results of the study showed that fisheries subsidies by the Government of Aceh Besar district especially in the last two years have not yet met the criteria of sustainable fisheries subsidies.
