Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku kepala madrasah dalam proses penyusunan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan program kerja madrasah serta dalam menghadapi kendala sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala madrasah, wakil kepala, guru, dan komite madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam proses penyusunan program kerja madrasah yang berorientasi tujuan berdasarkan visi, misi madrasah telah menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan menonjolkan perilaku yang berorientasi hubungan harmonis (tidak arogan) dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu out put pendidikan. Secara substansinya mengarah pada upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. (2) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala madrasah pada pelaksanaan program kerja dengan pendekatan humanisme telah menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan yang efektif yang berorientasi hubungan partisipatif dan keteladanan (bersahabat dan kekeluargaan) dalam menyusun program pembelajaran (silabus, rencana pembelajaran, alat peraga). (3) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala madrasah pada pengawasan program kerja dengan berorientasi pada tujuan yang telah ditetapkan telah menunjukkan kepemimpinan yang efektif melalui pendekatan yang persuasif yang berorientasi pada saling percaya, memberi arahan dan bimbingan secara bijaksana. (4) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan pada program kerja sekolah telah menunjukkan perilaku kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan mengedepankan perilaku yang berorientasi hubungan kemitraan (saling percaya, musyawarah, terbuka) dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kecemasan dan gejala insomnia. ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan sampel 70 responden diambil secara total sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Tingkat kecemasan diukur menggunakan kuesioner HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) sedangkan insomnia menggunakan kuesioner IRS (Insomnia Rating Scale). Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden yang mengalami kecemasan sebanyak 75,7% dan insomnia 87,1%. Hasil tabulasi silang didapatkan 17 responden yang tidak kecemasan tetapi mengalami insomnia ringan 82,4%, insomnia sedang 11,8%, insomnia berat 5,9%. Kemudian 20 responden mengalami kecemasan ringan tetapi tidak insomnia 25,0%, insomnia ringan 40,0%, insomnia sedang 35,0%. 19 responden mengalami kecemasan sedang tetapi tidak insomnia 15,8%, insomnia ringan 10,5%, insomnia sedang 47,4%, insomnia berat 26,3%. 14 responden mengalami kecemasan berat tetapi tidak insomnia 12,9%, insomnia ringan 14,3%, insomnia sedang 42,9%, insomnia berat 35,7%. Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan stabilitas warna basis gigi tiruan resin akrilik heat cured dan termoplastik nilon setelah perendaman dalam minuman kopi Ulee Kareng. Penelitian ini menggunakan 8 spesimen (10x10x2,5 mm) dari tiap kelompok bahan basis gigi tiruan (resin akrilik heat cured dan termoplastik nilon). Semua specimen direndam dalam minuman kopi Ulee Kareng selama 7 hari. Pengukuran perubahan warna untuk setiap specimen diukur sebelum dan setelah 7 hari perendaman menggunakan sistem Munsell Soil Color Charts (hue, value, dan chroma). Data dianalisis statistic setiap kelompok bahan basis gigi tiruan menggunakan Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney Test (p=0,05). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan perubahan warna antara basis gigi tiruan resin akrilik heat cured dan termoplastik nilon yang direndam dalam minuman kopi Ulee Kareng selama 7 hari. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik observasional dengan menggunakan desain Cross Sectional Survey. Sampel terdiri dari 40 responden yang dipilih dengan cara Consecutive Sampling, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dengan tabel distribusi frekuensi dan bivariat menggunakan Pearson Correlation Test.
