Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh konsentrasi sampah kulit kopi arabika terhadap kepadatan Daphnia sp., mengetahui laju pertumbuhan, laju mortalitas, puncak populasi Daphnia sp., dan mengetahui kondisi parameter kualitas air pada masing-masing perlakuan yang diberi konsentrasi sampah kulit kopi arabika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Media kultur yang digunakan yaitu kulit buah kopi arabika dengan konsentrasi 2 gr/l, 2,5 gr/l, 3 gr/l dan 3,5 gr/l. Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi sampah kulit kopi arabika berpengaruh nyata terhadap kepadatan Daphnia sp. pada taraf uji 5%. Uji BNJ menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan tertinggi didapatkan pada perlakuan konsentrasi 2,5 gr/l dengan nilai kepadatan 583 ind/l.Kata kunci : Daphnia sp., Kopi arabika (Coffea arabica), Pertumbuhan, Kepadatan ABSTRACTStudy of variety administration of waste peel of Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) concentration on Daphnia sp. growth has already conducted at Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Laboratory of Lukup Badak, Regency of Aceh Tengah, in May to june 2014. The study is aims to analyse the effects of waste peel concentration of Arabica coffee on Daphnia sp. density, knowing the growth rate, mortality rate, peak of Daphnia sp. population and knowing water quality parameter condition in each treatment which give the concentration of peel waste of Arabica coffee. This study was used Completely Randomized Design method with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Culture media used was Arabica coffee pell with concentration 2 gr/l, 2,5 gr/l, 3 gr/l and 3,5 gr/l. The ANOVA test showed that of waste peel concentration of Arabica coffee gave the effect on density Daphnia sp. at test level of 5%. The research type used in this study is testing hypothesis, by using purposive sampling method and in which there are 21 target of sampling which become the investigated object. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the audited and anually financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, published by the reference center of the capital markets contained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The multiple regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that (1) liquidity as measured by quick ratio has no impact on the book tax gap, (2) leverage as measured by the dept to equty ratio has no impact on book tax gap, (3) institusional ownership has no impact on the book tax gap, and (4) The firm size has impact on the book tax gap.Keywords: Book tax gap, liquidity, leverage, institusional owvership, firm size.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, tingkat hutang, kepemilikan institusional, dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap book tax gap pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2013. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah pengujian hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan ada 18 sampel data yang menjadi objek untuk diteliti. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan teraudit dan laporan tahunan yang berakhir per 31 Desember yang dipublikasikan oleh pusat referensi pasar modal yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Hakim menjatuhkan hukuman kepada para terdakwa dengan Pasal 170 (2) ke-3 KUHP isi pasalnya menyebutkan bersama-sama melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang atau barang yang bersalah diancam pidana paling lama dua belas tahun jika kekerasan mengakibatkan maut, dengan hukuman penjara terhadap terdakwa I enam tahun, terdakwa II satu tahun, terdakwa III enam tahun, namun dalam menjatuhkan putusan hakim harus memperhatikan fakta fakta persidangan dan dasar hukum apa yang tepat digunakan untuk perkara ini. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah dasar hukum yang digunakan oleh hakim terhadap terdakwa II sudah tepat dan apakah dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap terdakwa II hakim memperhatikan fakta-fakta persidangan dalam putusan No. 206/Pid.B/2011/PN-JTH. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan peninjauan kepustakaan/studi kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan dilakukan dengan maksud memperoleh data primer melalui serangkaian kegiatan membaca, mengutip, menelaah Peraturan Perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, buku-buku dan yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dasar hukum yang digunakan oleh hakim dalam perkara ini tidak tepat, hakim tetap memutuskan terdakwa II bersalah dengan melanggar Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke-3 KUHP, sedangkan dilihat dari unsur-unsur Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke-3 KUHP terdakwa II sama sekali tidak melanggar Pasal tersebut. Disamping itu hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap terdakwa II juga tidak memperhatikan fakta-fakta yang terungkap dalam persidangan. Dalam membuktikan unsur-unsur Pasal 170 ayat (2) ke-3 KUHP hakim tidak menerapkan Pasal 197 huruf d KUHAP yang menyebutkan pertimbangan yang disusun secara ringkas mengenai fakta dan keadaan berserta alat pembuktian yang diperoleh dari pemeriksaan di sidang yang menjadi dasar penentuan kesalahan si terdakwa.
