Kepuasan pasien dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh mutu pelayanan yang diberikan rumah sakit terutama berhubungan dengan fasilitas rumah sakit dan proses pelayann. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain cross sectional survey, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta Askes terhadap pelayanan asuransi kesehatan di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 50 peserta Askes di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 68% responden menyatakan puas terhadap pelayanan asuransi kesehatan yang diberikan oleh asuransi kesehatan di RSUDZA. Dari hasil nilai p-value menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan umur (p-0,02), jenis kelamin (p-0,001), pendidikan (p-0,001), pekerjaan (p-0,002) dan pendapatan (p-0,002) dengan pelayanan asuransi kesehatan di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Fermentasi memegang peranan yang sangat penting terhadap penentuan kualitas produk olahan kakao. . Khamir (yeast) adalah mikroorganisme perintis yang menumbuhi biji kakao pada 24 jam pertama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi jenis khamir yang terlibat di dalam proses fermentasi kakao Aceh. Metode yang digunakan adalah identifikasi secara konvensional dengan mencocokkan hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dengan litaratur yang mendukung. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan proses, yakni : (1) Proses fermentasi kakao. (2) Teknik sampling, dan (3) Isolasi dan identifikasi isolat berdasarkan sifat morfologi, fisiologi dan biokimia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam isolat yang dominan tumbuh dan berasal dari empat genus khamir yang berbeda. Ke empat jenis khamir tersebut adalah genus Candida sp., Saccharomyces sp., Kluyveromyces sp., serta satu genus khamir yang belum teridentifikasi secara konvensional.Kata Kunci : Kakao, Isolasi, Identifikasi, Khamir.Cocoa (Theobroma cacao L.) is one of agricultural crops grown in Indonesia. Fermentation plays a very important role in determining the quality of processed cocoa products. Yeast is a pioneer microorganism which is grown out of cocoa beans in the first 24 hours. This study aimed to isolate and identify the type of yeasts involved in the cocoa fermentation process in Aceh. The method used was conventionally identified by comparing the results obtained with supporting literatures. This study consisted of three stages, namely cocoa fermentation process, sampling technique, and isolation and identification of isolates based on morphology, physiology and biochemistry. The results showed that there were six isolates which were predominantly grown from four different yeasts genus. Those four genera of yeast were Candida sp., Saccharomyces., Kluyveromyces and an unidentified genus.Keywords: Cocoa, Isolation, Identification, Yeast. Status gizi merupakan suatu refleksi kecakupan zat gizi, hal ini merupakan salah satu parameter penting dalam menilai tumbuh kembang balita dan keadaan kesehatan balita pada umumnya. Dalam tahap perkembangan anak terdapat masa-masa kritis yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Secara teoritis usia balita yaitu saat usia 3 sampai 6 tahun merupakan masa kritis dalam perkembangan anak. Anak balita mempunyai ciri khusus, yaitu mengalami masa perkembangan yang cepat. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi proses perkembangan yang optimal pada balita yaitu status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi terhadap perkembangan balita di paud kasih ibu lamteh kecamatan ulee kareng kota Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yaitu analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional melibatkan 49 responden yang dipilih secara total sampling. Untuk mengukur status gizi digunakan Antropometri dan perkembangan digunakan Denver Test II). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square. Setelah dilakukan uji Chi Square didapatkan nilai ekspektasi yang kurang dari 5 berjumlah 25% sehingga dilakukan uji Fisher didapatkan nilai p = 0,090 (p > 0,05) yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan perkembangan balita.
