The objective of this research is to forcasting hourly short-term electric load peak (17:30 to 22:30 GMT) at loading area of Transmission Distribution Banda Aceh Unit of PT. PLN P3B Aceh 150-20 kV by using Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The toolbox used to predict short-term electric load in this research is by using MATLAB software R2007b and Microsoft Excel 2007. ANFIS structure is trained using ANFIS Sugeno models, three types of membership functions with three and four fuzzy sets for each type of membership function. ANFIS structure is trained using a hybrid algorithm. From the simulation results obtained that the structure of the input membership functions of ANFIS 3 gbell with three fuzzy sets as the ideal structure. Further results of ANFIS estimation compared with the moving average method. From the simulation results is shown that ANFIS models generate MAPE 3.42%, while the forecasts using the moving average method generate MAPE 6.58%. Sehingga hubungan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dianggap sah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses terjadinya praktek nikah siri serta dampak yang dialami akibat nikah siri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Teori pilihan rasional menurut Coleman adalah suatu tindakan perseorangan mengarah pada suatu tujuan itu ( dan juga tindakan itu) ditentukan oleh nilai atau pilihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Praktek nikah siri berlangsung secara rahasia dan terorganisir dengan baik. Nikah siri memang benar terjadi dan proses nikah siri ini hanya dihadiri oleh pasangan yang ingin menikah, kadi, saksi, dan wali dikarenakan ingin mencari jalan mudah, malu umur tua menikah kedua kalianya dan ingin mencari keturunan yang sah. Praktek nikah siri sudah menjadi ladang usaha baru bagi kadi-kadi yang memiliki pengetahuan lebih tentang agama. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari nikah siri ini bagi pasangan yang telah menjalankannya adalah pernikahan ini tidak legal secara hukum negara, istri tidak dianggap sebagai istri yang sah, Anak yang dilahirkan susah mendapat akte kelahiran, dan apabila bercerai pihak perempuan (istri) tidak mendapat harta gono-gini, dan apabila terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga perempuan tidak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum.Kata Kunci: Praktek Nikah Siri, Dampak Nikah Siri.
