Intestinal worm burdens of infected groups were recorded. The result showed that excretory/secretory of A. galli L3 combined with egg yolk decreased significantly A. galli survival in intestine of laying hens. Vaccinations were positively correlated with worm burden at 12 weeks after chalanged. The results suggest that A. galli L3 excretory/secretory product contain potential antigen and that antibody-mediated mechanisms contribute to immune protection. Result of this study show that the first and the second factor were not significant to all parameters. Kalista Alam di kawasan Rawa Tripa Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Sampel tanah dan akar diambil dari tegakan kelapa sawit perkebunan rakyat dan PT. Kaslista Alam dengan berbagai umur yaitu 3 bulan, 2 tahun, 7 tahun dan 10 tahun. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa kepadatan rata-rata spora tertinggi didapatkan dari sampel tanah perkebunan PT. Kalista Alam adalah 28 spora per 50 g tanah, sedangkan dari perkebunan rakyat didapatkan 25 spora per 50 g tanah. Pada PT. Kalista Alam kepadatan spora tertinggi didapatkan pada umur 2 tahun yaitu 56 spora per 50 g tanah sedangkan pada perkebunan rakyat kepadatan spora tertinggi didapatkan pada umur 7 tahun yaitu 67 spora per 50 g tanah.Kolonisasi FMA tertinggi didapat pada sampel tanah asal perkebunan rakyat yaitu 33 % yang termasuk ke dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan kolonisasi pada perkebunan PT. Kalista Alam didapat kolonisasi sebesar 27 %. Decreasing incurredin two ways: the direct damages that are caused by the insectfeeding on the plants and the indirect damages caused to potato planting materials as a virus vector. There are different methods for controlling green peach aphids, all of them relying inthe use of chemicals and this method makes food production contaminated by pesticide residu. So, using non-chemical methods of cultivation contribute to “ecological” food production.Intercropping is one way of reducing pest insect populations in such vegetable crops.This study was conducted to determine the population dynamics of Myzuspersicae (Sulzer) on Intercropping system of potato plant with other vegetables plant on Karo Highland. The host plant was cultivar Granola of potato and the intercropping plant respectively were cabbage, mustard, celery, onions, carrot and bean. The results showed that M. persicae was consistently at different densities in different intercropping plant on potato. The aphid was first recorded at three week until planting. The kind of inter cropping culture plants significantly reduced the number of aphid. The lowest number of aphid found respectively inintercroppingpotatoesandmustard, potatoesandonions, andpotatoesandcelery. There was 0.80 aphids /leaf, 1,12aphids/leaf, 1,48 aphids/leaf. At the 2nd observation found the number of aphid was lowest atpolyculture potatoes and mustards were 1,68 aphid/leaf, at popatoes and onions were 3,28 aphid/leaf, at popatoes and celery 3,00 aphid/leaf. The number of aphids steadily increased with significant at differencesintercroppingplant till the 3rd observation (9 weeks until planting) respectively where 2,80aphid/leaf, 3,42 aphid / leaf and 4,20 aphid/leafwere recorded. Observation for natural enemies of M. persicaeshowed that fewnatural enemiesfound in theagro-ecosystem. There are Episyrphusbalteatus, Chrysoperlacarnea, phidiusmatricarieae and Coccinellaseptempunctata. The population density of all of the natural enemies was highest at polyculture than monoculture of potato. After that, as the population of M. persicae started decline, the same trend was followed by all of its natural enemies. This equipment functions as a medium size rechargeable battery that is needed to move culinary merchants and coastal fishermen living in area which is not supplied by electrical networks. The equipment consists of solar module mounted onto portable mechanical construction, a 12-V 7.5-Ah lead acid battery and charge controller. Solar module charges the battery through charge controller and then the battery can be discharged to power on electric lamps for lightening culinary wagon or fisherman’s boat at night. Charge controller charges the battery with float charging which is implemented by maintaining 13.5 Volt between battery terminals and limiting the charging current to 1.5 Amperes. Charge controller circuit is based on adjustable linear voltage regulator LM338. The battery is of sealed lead acid type. This type of battery is maintenance free and more hygiene than other types of lead acid battery. Skeels) showed activity against Salmonella typhi. Meanwhile, the result showed that N-hexane was not able to inhibit the growth of  Candida sp. The extraction method for black plum used maceration with N-hexane and than concentrated in rotary evaporator.
