Explants for this study were ±1 cm in length with 4 leaf, which were derived from sterile shoot culture. The treatment for were cultured on MS basal medium supplemented with sucrose and activated charcoal. The treatment for this study was the concentration of activated charcoal consisting of three levels: 0 (0%), 10 (1%), 20 (2%), 30 (3%), 40 g L-1 (0.2%). Sucrose concentration of 3% without activated charcoal resulted in the good response based on the number of axillary shoots (2,22 shoots per explants), the length of shoot (5,05 cm), the number of leaf (17,76 leaves per explants), the green leaf level (23,01), the survival shoot (93,33%), the number of root (15,33 root per explants) and the length of root (1,23 cm). Data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini yaitu data 52 sampel industri pengolahan di Kota Banda Acehpada 2011-2013 yang diperoleh dari Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan sertaDinas Perhubungan dan Telekomunikasi Kota Banda Aceh. Model yang digunakanpada penelitian ini adalah Pooled Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja, investasi, dan lokasi industri berpengaruh positif secarasignifikan terhadap nilai produksi, yang berarti bahwa apabila tenaga kerja, investasidan biaya ongkos angkut meningkat maka nilai produksi juga akan meningkat.Dengan analisis deskriptif terbukti bahwa adanya pertumbuhan jumlah industripengolahan Di Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 107 unit. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan nilai produksi, pemerintah serta dinas terkait diharapkan dapat meningkatkanperhatiannya kepada industri pengolahan dengan penyuluhan, pemberian bantuanmodal dan lain-lain. The experiment was carried out to observe root growth and development, and yield of mungbean (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek) on irrigated low land as a result of P dosages application and various soil tillage systems. Field experiment was carried out at Kedaloman village, Tanggamus regency of Lampung Province. Field experiment used a split plot pattern in randomized block design. The main plot were soil tillage systems which consisted of tree levels, those were intensive tillage, maximum tillage and no-tillage; and subplot was P dosages which consisted of four levels, those were 0, 9.9, 19.8, and 29.7 kg ha-1 P. The experiment result showed that soil tillage system had no significant effect on length and number of root, volume of root nodule. The highest yield of dry grain was 1.545,1729 g (1,9315 ton ha-1) obtained at optimum dosage 18,0740 kg ha-1 P. Penggunaan bahan bleaching kimiawi dapat menimbulkan efek samping seperti gigi sensitif dan iritasi gingiva sehingga dilakukan penelitian untuk mencari alternatif bahan dental bleaching alami. Belimbing wuluh mengandung senyawa peroksida dan asam oksalat sehingga diduga dapat memutihkan gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan warna email gigi setelah aplikasi belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi) dan karbamid peroksida 10% sebagai bahan dental bleaching. Penelitian ini menggunakan gigi premolar post-ekstraksi sebanyak 20 spesimen (10 spesimen kelompok aplikasi belimbing wuluh dan 10 spesimen kelompok aplikasi karbamid peroksida 10%). Setelah dilakukan aplikasi, spesimen disimpan dalam inkubator (T 370C) selama 2 jam, kemudian dicuci dan dimasukkan ke dalam aquades untuk disimpan kembali dalam inkubator (T 370C). perlakuan diulangi selama 14 hari. Perubahan warna diamati oleh 5 orang pengamat dengan menggunakan Shade Guide. Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Secara kualitatif, terjadi perubahan warna yang bervariasi pada kelompok aplikasi belimbing wuluh yaitu dari warna A3 berubah menjadi C1, A2, D2, B2 dan B1. Pada kelompok aplikasi karbamid peroksida terjadi perubahan warna yang homogen yaitu dari warna A3 berubah menjadi B1. Analisis secara kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji non parametrik Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perubahan warna yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah aplikasi belimbing wuluh (p.0,005) dan karbamid peroksida 10% (p.0,004). Uji non parametrik Mann-Whitney menunjukkan perubahan warna yang signifikan setelah diaplikasi belimbing wuluh dan karbamid peroksida 10% (p.0,002). The result showed that moisture content of  A. marina seed was 60.75-64.67% at shedding. The highest ratio of (raffinose + stachyose) / sucrose was 0.41, indicating that embryonic axes were more tolerant to desiccation than cotyledon.   Anatomical observation of embryonic axes showed that there was radicle damage due to  medium and slow drying treatment. A plot experiment was conducted in the field which objective was to study the effect of organic matter and phosphate fertilizer application on the change of physical properties of entisols and yield of peanut. Experimental treatment were arranged in the block random factorial design. There kinds of organic matter were animal manure, rice straw and peanut straw. The first factor were 0 ton ha-1 of organic matter, 20 ton ha-1 of animal manure, 20 ton ha-1 of rice straw and 20 ton ha-1 of peanut straw, the other factor was SP-36 dosage; there were 0, 60, and 120 kg ha-1. Each treatment was replicated three times. The result showed that organic matter and SP-36 application influenced to physical properties of Entisols i.e. decreased soil bulk density, increased total of soil porosity, available water porosity, soil aggregate stability index, soil aggregation and dry legume weight ha-1. The applications of 20 ton rice straw ha-1 was the optimum dosage on the application of 108.50 kg of SP-36 ha-1, with the maximum dry legume yield of 3.02 ton ha-1.
