Jika 2^k-1 prima maka 2^(k-1) (2^k-1) berupa bilangan sempurna. Sebaliknya, semua bilangan sempurna genap berbentuk 2^(k-1) (2^k-1), dimana 2^k-1 prima. Selanjutnya disusun sebuah algoritma untuk menentukan primalitas dari M_k.Kata Kunci: bilangan sempurna, bilangan MersenneABSTRACTIn this paper we explain a criteria of the even perfect numbers and the form of oddperfect numbers (if any). If 2^k-1 is a prime then 2^(k-1) (2^k-1) is perfect. Conversely, every even perfect numbers must be of the form 2^(k-1) (2^k-1), where 2^k-1 is a prime. Thus to find even perfect numbers is equivalent to find the integers k for which 2^k-1 is prime. The numbers of the form 2^k-1 called Mersenne numbers and is denoted by M_k. We will show that M_k is prime if and only if the equation 2xy+x+y = M_(k-1) has no solution in positive integers x and y. Furthermore, we construct an algorithm to determine the primality of M_k.Keywords: perfect numbers, Mersenne numbers</text>

Kata kunci : Atraumatic care, distres fisik, hospitalisasiDaftar bacaan : 18 buku + 4 skripsi + 4 jurnal + 2 sumber online (1998-2013)CORRELATION BETWEEN ATRAUMATIC CARE AND PHYSICAL DISTRESS OF HOSPITALIZATION EFFECT IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN WARD SEURUNE I GENERAL HOSPITAL dr. ZAINOEL ABIDIN BANDA ACEH IN 2014ABSTRACTHospitalization is an experience enabling trauma/distress for children. Therefore, it affects for children cooperation in receiving caring in hospital. A nurse should distract attention to provide atraumatic care. Atraumatic care is therapeutic care which is provided by health care workers in children health care setting through implementation to reduce physical distress of hospitalization effect in children. The purpose of the research was to identify correlation between atraumatic care and physical distress of hospitalization effect in preschool children in ward Seurune I general hospital dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh in 2014. The design of the research was correlative descriptive with cross sectional study approach. Sampling technique used quota sampling i.e. 30 respondents. Data collection tool used questionnaire with guided interview. Analysis test used chi -square. The result of data analysis found that there was correlation between atraumatic care and physical distress of hospitalization effect in preschool children (p-value = 0,027), sleep disturbance (p-value = 0,028), immobilization (p-value = 0,027), pain (p-value = 0,014), and noise (p-value = 0,010).
