Teknologi ini digunakan untuk menghindari pemalsuan data citra (image). Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan proses penyisipan yaitu Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). Tujuan penelitian ini menguji kinerja fragile watermarking dengan metode SVD. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan beberapa tahapan yaitu : penyisipan watermark dan ekstraksi watermark dengan ukuran 256x256 piksel, blurring dan penambahan noise. Citra hasil penyisipan akan dibandingkan dengan citra hasil ektraksi setelah diserang agar terbukti citra tersebut dikatakan fragile watermark. Citra yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah citra Lena, Man, Bridge, Babon dan Plane. Komponen yang digunakan ialah komponen grayscale. Nilai Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) digunakan untuk mengeliminasi citra yang mengalami perubahan signifikan akibat penyisipan watermark. Dua parameter lain, yaitu Mean Opinion Score (MOS) dan perbedaan piksel digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat fragility (kerentanan) watermark. Tingkat kerentanan watermark diuji dengan 2 serangan yaitu bluring dan penambahan noise. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses bluring memiliki pengaruh yang hampir sama terhadap semua citra. Selanjutnya, penambahan noise memiliki pengaruh yang paling kecil terhadap citra Bridge dibandingkan citra lainnya. This research was arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design with thirteen treatments and two replicates.  Provision of some amelioran exerted significant effects on numbers of root nodules, degree of mycorrhiza infection, and plant height of 5 week after planting (WAP). The best amelioran was calcify dolomite on which had positive responses to the increase of numbers of root nodules, degree of mycorrhiza infection, and plant height of 5 WAP. The second best was combination of Bradyrhizobium +Mos+ peat soil isolate mycorrhiza, which significantly increased numbers of root nodules, degree of mycorrhiza infection, and plant height of 5 WAP. The poor and the poorest ameliorants were sea mud+calcify dolomite and sea mud without dolomite, respectively, which caused reduction of numbers of root nodules, degree of mycorrhiza infection, and plant height of 5 WAP. Many soybean varieties have been released by the government, but only few were adopted by farmers. The purpose of this study was to identify superior soybean varieties that are adaptive in Aceh Besar, Aceh Province. The experiment was conducted in Village Limpok, Aceh Besar during dry season in 2013 and arranged in a randomized block design with 3 replications. The result showed that variety Kaba and Detam had very good vegetative growth performance. The fastest flowering varieties were Detam and Burangrang, while variety Gema, Tanggamus, and Orba were the slowest flowering. Variety Kaba and Orba had the highest productive node, while the least was Grobogan. Variety Kaba, Kipas Merah Bireuen, and Orba had the most productive branches, while local variety Bener Meriah and Grobogan had the least productive branches. Grobogan had the greatest seed size, followed by Burangrang and Anjasmoro. Kipas Merah Bireuen and Sinabung had the highest seed weight per plant but having the smallest seeds. Sinabung was the most adaptive in Aceh Besar. Penderita asma setiap tahun mengalami peningkatan. Beberapa faktor seperti lingkungan, genetik dan merokok dapat membuat asma menjadi semakin berat dan mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien asma itu sendiri, untuk itu diperlukan pengontrolan asma oleh pasien untuk memprediksi faktor resiko yang mungkin terjadi terhadap pasien asma. Pengontrolan asma dapat mempengaruhi derajat beratnya asma.Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kontrol asma dengan derajat berat asma.Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analitik cross-sectional yang dilakukan dari bulan Juli-Agustus 2013 di Poli Paru Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh terhadap 50 responden, untuk mengukur tingkat kontrol asma digunakan kuisioner Asthma Control Test dan untuk mengukur derajat berat asma digunakan alat spirometri.Analisis : Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan CI 95% dan ? = 0,05Hasil : Sebanyak 34,8% pasien asma yang terkontrol sebagian mengalami derajat asma intermiten, 26,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten ringan, 26,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten sedang dan sebanyak 13,0% mengalami derajat asma persisten berat sedangkan pada pasien asma yang tidak terkontrol sebanyak 48,1% mengalami derajat asma persisten berat, 22,2% mengalami derajat asma persisten sedang, 18,5% mengalami derajat asma persisten ringan dan 11,1% mengalami derajat asma intermiten dengan p value 0,039.Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat kontrol asma dengan derajat berat asma di Poli Paru RSUDZA Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci : Asma, Tingkat Kontrol Asma, Derajat Berat Asma. In addition, this study was also aimed to examine interactions between the hexagonal plant spacing and the varieties on growth and yield of rice plants.  The experiment applied a split plot design with four replications. Factors studied were (1) variety, placed as a main plot and (2) hexagonal plant spacing, placed as subplot. The results showed that effect of plant spacing on productive tiller number varied, depending on variety. In Pandan Wangi and Ciherang varieties, productive tiller numbers did not differ between plant spacing of 21 cm from a spacing of 25 cm. In contrast, in line Cot Irie, productive tiller of 25 cm plant spacing outnumbered that of plant spacing of 21 cm. Effect of plant spacing on panicle length was consistent on all varieties tested. Rice panicle length did not differ between plant spacing of 21 cm and 25 cm. Effect of plant spacing on potential yield per hectare was also consistent across all varieties tested. Plant spacing of 21 cm provided a potential yield per ha which was not significantly different from plant spacing of 25 cm. Line Cot Irie provided panicle length better than varieties Pandan Wangi and Ciherang. Line Cot Irie also provided the highest yield potential per hectare, while panicle length and potential yield per ha of Ciherang were not significantly different from Pandan Wangi. Experimental design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) 2x5 with 3 replications in the laboratory and a split plot design with 3 replications in the field. The factors examined were soybean varieties and oxygen. The varieties were consisted of Pandermau S-37, Local of Bireuen, Wilis, Orba, local of Tasikmalaya. The oxygen was consisted of 2 levels, i.e. oxygen stress and normal oxygen. Variables observed in the laboratory were seedling growth rate and dry weight of normal seedling, while in the field were soybean growth rate and dry weight of plant.  Results showed that growth of the five varieties on the field of oxygen stress can be simulated through examination in laboratory. Of the two variables observed, seedling growth rate was more sensitive for the purpose.
