Penelitian dilakukan di hutan mangrove kawasan Kuala Tari, Kecamatan Keumbang Tanjong, Kabupaten Pidie dan Laboratorium Terpadu Fakultas Kelautan dan Perikanan, Universitas Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh pada bulan bulan Desember 2014. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan Pengambilan data menggunakan 2 jenis alat tangkap (Jaring tancap dan Jala tebar)pada 3 (tiga) stasiun pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh 12 spesies ikan yang terdiri dari 11 family yaitu: Mugilidae, Chanidae, Leiognathidae, Sphyraenidae, Carangidae, Mugidae, Engraulidae, Sillaginidae, Pomacentridae, Siganidae, Centropomidae, dan Panaidae. Nilai kepadatan nekton tertinggi dari jenis Belanak (Valamugil cunnesius) dengan nilai 1,6 ind/m2dan nilai kepadatan terendah dari jenis Sersan major (Abudefduf sexfasciatus) dengan nilai 0,09 ind/m2dari 283 jumlah total individu. Tingkat ke anekaragaman nekton yang tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 1 yaitu 2,31 dan terendah terdapat pada stasiun 2 dan 3 yaitu 0,36.Kata kunci : Mangrove Kuala Tari, nekton, kepadatan, keanekaragaman.ABSTRACTThe objective of research was determine the density and diversity of nekton contained in Kuala Tari mangrove forest area, Keumbang Tanjong subdistrict, Pidie regency. The study was conducted in Kuala Tari mangrove forest area, Keumbang Tanjong subdistrict, Pidie regency and Faculty Laboratory of Marine and Fisheries, Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh on December 2014. The study using purposive sampling method and data were collected using two types of fishing gear (set gill net and cast net) in three (3) sites sampling. The results was obtained 12 species of fish which consists of 11 family: Mugilidae, Chanidae, Leiognathidae, Sphyraenidae, Carangidae, Mugidae, Engraulidae, Sillaginidae, Pomacentridae, Siganidae, Centropomidae, and Panaidae. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali perilaku yang digunakan masyarakat Banda Aceh menghadapi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) penyakit menular sehingga mencegah terjadi wabah pasca bencana gempa tsunami. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif eksplorasi dengan sumber data yang terdiri dari masyarakat dan tokoh masyarakat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara di tiga kecamatan yaitu Meuraxa, Syiah Kuala dan Ulee Kareng. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perilaku masyarakat yang meliputi: 1) Pencegahan penyakit yang menular melalui air; berupaya mendapatkan air bersih, air dimasak hingga mendidih untuk keperluan minum, menyaring air dengan kain, tidak makan makanan yang tercemar dan juga dipanaskan sebelum dikonsumsi, memperhatikan kecukupan gizi, makan dengan menggunakan tangan kanan, menjaga kebersihan diri, bila ada anggota keluarga yang sakit mengutamakan pelayanan medis dan bila susah mendapatkan pelayanan medis, alternatifnya cenderung menggunakan obat-obatan bersifat tradisional. 2) Pencegahan penyakit yang menular melalui udara; menggunakan penutup hidung dan mulut, tidak mendekat atau menjaga jarak terhadap penderita flu, batuk serta tidak memakai sapu tangan penderita, membersihkan sesuatu (mengelap) dari debu, bila mereka terkena gejala Infeksi Pernafasan Akut (ISPA) mereka cenderung berobat ke Posko kesehatan. 3) Pencegahan penyakit yang menular melalui vektor; membunuh nyamuk dengan tindakan penggunaan fogging dan bubuk abate, pakai kelambu saat tidur, menutup makanan dan tempat penampungan air, memisahkan sampah dan dikuburkan, bergotong-royong membersihkan saluran air yang tergenang, pembakaran kayu untuk membunuh dan mengusir nyamuk, bila mereka terkena penyakit (akibat vektor) mereka cenderung berobat ke Posko kesehatan. 4) Pencegahan penyakit yang menular melalui kontaminasi luka; merawat lukanya dilakukan disesuaikan dengan ketersediaan bahan atau obat-obatan yang tersedia, mengelap luka dengan air bersih dan atau yang dipanaskan (hangat), menutup luka dengan kain bersih, berobat ke petugas kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapatnya perilaku yang merupakan suatu kearifan dari masyarakat Banda Aceh berupa membersihkan anggota tubuh yang meliputi mencuci tangan, berkumur-kumur, mencuci tangan hingga kesiku, mencuci/ membasuh wajah, menyapu dahi dengan air dan mencuci kaki dengan air yang bersih yang dilakukan sehari minimal lima kali dalam waktu yang berbeda, menggunakan tangan kanan ketika makan, menyaring air pakai kain, menutup hidung dan mulut dengan kain, membakar kayu, menggunakan obat luka dari daun Gapahlhan/ Seurapoh. Citra satelit yang digunakan adalah citra perekaman tahun 2007 dan 2009. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Change Vector Analisis (CVA) dan image differencing dengan analisis komponen utama kehijauan, kecerahan, kebasahan dan komponen indeks vegetasi Normalized Diference Vegetation Indeks (NDVI), Bare Soil Indeks (BI) dan Normalized Diference Water Indeks (NDWI). Aplikasi kedua metode tersebut mampu mendeteksi perubahan lahan akibat longsor di Paya Ateuk Aceh Selatan. Metode CVA mampu melakukan stratifikasi berbagai jenis perubahan tutupan lahan akibat tanah longsor. Dengan menggunakan klasifikasi multispektral komponen NDVI, dapat diketahui daerah yang mengalami perubahan lahan menjadi lahan terbuka akibat longsor tahun 2008 di lokasi penelitian. Satellite image used in this study were recorded in 2007 and 2009. The analysis use Change Vector Analysis (CVA) and image differencing methods. The image differencing method using data extracted by principal component analysis greenness, brightness, wetness and vegetation index component Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), Bare Soil Index (BI) and Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI). The two method is able to detect labd cover changes due to the landslide in Paya Ateuk South Aceh. CVA method is able to stratify the different types of land cover changes due to landslide. Salah satu perbedaan tersebut dapat dilihat dari gaya belajar mahasiswa. Gaya belajar merupakan cara termudah yang dimiliki oleh seseorang dalam menyerap dan mengolah informasi yang diterima sehingga mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Motivasi belajar mendorong mahasiswa untuk lebih bersemangat dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar, menentukan arah perbuatan serta menyeleksi perbuatan yang bermanfaat dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya belajar dengan motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa KBK Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa KBK Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah yang berjumlah 246 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil dengan stratified random sampling yaitu sebanyak 90 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian korelasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2015 dan instrumen penelitian berbentuk angket dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 29 responden (65,9%) dengan motivasi belajar tinggi dan lebih didominasi oleh gaya belajar visual. Dari hasil analisa bivariat pada variabel gaya belajar dan motivasi belajar didapatkan nilai P-value 0.023 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa KBK Fakultas Keperawatan Unsyiah Banda Aceh. One of those differences can be seen from learning style of students. Learning style is a the easiest way owned by a person in absorbing and processing obtained information so that it can increase learning motivation of students. Learning motivation encourages the students to be more motivated in doing learning activities, deciding the direction of an action, and selecting the useful actions in achieving an optimum results of learning. This research aimed to find out the relation of learning style with learning motivation on the students of (KBK) in the Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. The pupolation of this research was all students of KBK in the Nursing Syiah Kuala University. The population of this research was all students of KBK in the Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University, totaling 246 persons. The sample of this research was selected through a stratified random sampling with 90 persons as the number of samples. The method of research used was a correlative research method. The collection of data was conducted in June of 2015 and the instrument of research was Likert scale questionnaires. The results of reseach showed that most respondents were dominated by visual learning style for 44 persons (48,9%) and the mojority of students had a high motivation for 50 persons (55,6%). From the result of bivariate analysis on the variable of learning style and learning motivation, P-value 0,023 was resulted and it meant that there was a significant relation between learning style and learning motivation on the students of KBK in the Nursing Faculty of Syiah Kuala University in Banda Aceh. The result of this research showed that the adjustment of teaching styles/strategies with students learning style plays an important role in increasing the learning motivation of students.
