Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rasio keuangan yang diperoleh dari hasil laporan keuangan. Data keuangan dari 2008-2012 adalah yang digunakan untuk Variabel independen diproses. Penelitian ini menggunakan 102 perusahaan perbankan sebagai sampel yang terdiri dari distress non-keuangan 20 dan 2 kesulitan keuangan. Penelitian ini menyangkut pada industri perbankan, karena perusahaan perbankan umumnya menghadapi krisis global 2008-2012. Kondisi dampak ini melakukan keuangan dan keputusan struktur modal perusahaan perbankan dan meningkatkan konflik keagenan stakeholder perusahaan perbankan seperti pemerintah dan Bank Indonesia (BI) kewenangan dalam regulasi kebijakan krisis yaitu membeli dan cliring dari Hasil perbankan analisis data menggunakan logistik metode regresi menunjukkan bahwa model analisis kesulitan keuangan menghasilkan akurasi prediksi yang tinggi secara keseluruhan yaitu 91,8%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio dan Debt Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemungkinan kesulitan keuangan. Tapi, Return on Asset dan Total Asset Turnover tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kemungkinan kesulitan keuangan. The sample of thisresearch is the stocks included in the index of the LQ 45 in Indonesia stockexchange, and data used are secondary data in the form of the daily closing priceof the stock, the stock's daily trading volume, and the number of sharesoutstanding 15 days prior to and 15 days after the change of the unit of stocktrading. Statistical tests were used to test the hypothesis is paired difference test(paired sample t-test).It was found that there wasno difference in abnormalreturn and cumulative abnormal return significantly before and after the changeof the unit of stock trading. Ruang lingkup penelitian adalah 23 kabupaten/kota di Aceh dan menggunakan data tahun 2008-2011 yang bersumber dari publikasi Dinas Keuangan Aceh dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Model yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana menggunakan data panel dengan metode analisis Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan realisasi belanja daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (Adj.R2 = 0,9646), artinya 96,46 persen dipengaruhi oleh realisasi belanja daerah, jika realisasi belanja daerah meningkat maka pertumbuhan ekonomi juga akan meningkat. Sedangkan realisasi belanja daerah berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap pengangguran dengan nilai Adj.R2 = 0,8400 yang berarti realisasi belanja daerah 84 persen mempengaruhi pengangguran dan realisasi belanja daerah juga berpengaruh negatif serta signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dengan nilai Adj.R2 = 0,8598 yaitu 85,98 persen kemiskinan dipengaruhi oleh realisasi belanja daerah. Apabila realisasi belanja meningkat maka akan dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan juga mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Dalam pembuatan bendung harus memperhatikan persyaratan keamanan terhadap rembesan, karena sering terjadi hal-hal seperti jalannya aliran air atau rembesan air yang mengakibatkan timbulnya gaya-gaya yang terdapat di bawah bangunan utama bendung. Perhitungan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seepage, piping, dan uplift pressure pada kondisi muka air normal dan muka air banjir. Ruang lingkup penelitian di bawah bangunan utama bendung ini meliputi penentuan geometrik bangunan utama bendung dan menganalisis seepage, serta memperhitungkan bahaya piping, dan uplift pressure. Data skunder meliputi data parameter tanah dan gambar design bendung diperoleh dari Dinas Pengairan Aceh. Oleh sebab itu pembangunan bendung diupayakan tidak terjadi rembesan yang berlebihan atau melewati batas rembesan. Bila rembesan yang berlebihan ini tidak diantisipasi maka sewaktu-waktu bendung tersebut dapat longsor dan runtuh yang menyebabkan kerugian. Analisis rembesan di bawah bangunan utama bendung ini ditinjau pada bentuk geometrik memanjang bendung, dengan menggunakan Metode Forcheimer. Pada kondisi muka air normal menghasilkan debit rembesan sebesar 1,49 x 10-6 m3/dtk dengan angka keamanan terhadap piping sebesar 3,46 dan nilai uplift pressure sebesar 929,38 kN/m2. Pada kondisi muka air banjir menghasilkan debit rembesan sebesar 1,70 x 10-6 m3/dtk dengan angka keamanan terhadap piping sebesar 3,03 dan nilai uplift pressure sebesar 979,86 kN/m2. Hasil ini menunjukan aman terhadap debit rembesan dimana debit rembesan 100 tahun sebesar 178,37 m3/dtk. Faktor keamanan piping lebih besar dari 3 dan momen yang terjadi sebesar 73338,01 ton.m. Ini menandakan bahwa struktur bangunan aman terhadap rembesan, bahaya piping, dan uplift pressure. Soy industry as one of the downstream agribusiness industries can encourage the increasing of soybean production in Aceh. The existences of fairly large agroindustry perceive a role in economic development, especially the development of food crops in this area. This study aimed to determine the business feasibility through its profitability. Profitability of a soy industry shows the comparison between the net income and capital used in industry level. The research result showed that the ability of industry to gain net income is 23.97 persen, greater than the interest rate 18persen per year. Thus the soy processing industry CV. Aneka Guna is beneficial to be implemented. The amount of net benefit was IDR 108.59 million/year and the amount of capital needed was IDR 453 million /year.
