Sehingga banyak orang menghindari konsumsi daging kambing disebabkan pangan tersebut dapat memicu peningkatan nilai kolesterol. Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai efektivitas infusa daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus (L.) Merr) terhadap nilai trigliserida serum darah kambing kacang jantan. Hewan yang digunakan adalah 9 ekor kambing kacang jantan lokal berumur 1,5 tahun dengan berat badan rata-rata 18,77±2,43 kg. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola searah dengan tiga kelompok perlakuan. Masing-masing  perlakuan terdiri dari tiga ekor kambing yaitu kelompok I, KII, dan KIII masing-masing sebagai kontrol, diberi infusa daun katuk dosis 25 ml dan 50 ml. Hasil  analisis varian (ANAVA) menunjukkan bahwa pemberian infusa daun katuk berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0.01) menurunkan kadar trigliserida serum darah kambing kacang jantan. Rataan dan standar deviasi kadar trigiserida serum darah (ml/dl) pada KI, KII, dan KIII berturut-turut adalah 247.67±22.19; 134.67±34,64; dan 46.67±3,51. The grafted layers of AAm were provided the matrix for silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) entrapment. The characterization of the prepared hollowfiber (HF) PES membrane loaded with silver nanoparticles were examined by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). To examine the antibacterial property of the prepared AgNPs-AAm-PES membrane, the halo zone and the shaking flask test were carried out. In these tests, both of unmodified PES membrane and AgNPs-AAm-PES membrane were exposed to pure culture suspension of Escherichia coli (E. Coli) bacteria with the concentration of 107 CFU/ml. The viable bacteria formed within the membrane surfaces and themembrane circumferences were observed by the halo zone formation, while the percentage of bacteria killing ratio was determined by shaking flask test method. The TEM results showed that the silver nanoparticles were formed within grafted layers of AAm-PES membrane and the size of silver nanoparticleswere about 10 nm. The AgNPs-AAm-PES membrane were highly effective to prevent the membrane biofouling as shown by the clearly halo zone formation compared with the unmodified PES membrane. The shake flask test were also revealed that almost 99.9 percent of the E. coli bacteria were killed when theyhaving exposed to the AgNPs-AAm-PES membrane. Eventboard merupakan papan informasi peristiwa (event) yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi secara interaktif baik di luar ruang (outdoor) maupun di dalam ruang (indoor) perkantoran. Informasi yang ditampilkan pada eventboard diproses oleh mikrokontroler, dimulai dari informasi diterima sampai informasi ditampilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan mikrokontroler jenis AVR ATmega328 pada board yang dinamakan dengan Arduino Uno. Informasi berasal dari SMS yang dikirimkan melalui telepon seluler dan diterima oleh GSM Shield. Selanjutnya, notifikasi muncul melalui speaker dan informasi yang diterima akan ditampilkan pada eventboard. Sistem bekerja dengan baik dimulai dari penerimaan SMS, menyimpan SMS pada buffer, menampilkan waktu, dan sampai menghasilkan audio. Dalam eksperimen terdapat kendala pada saat menampilkan informasi ke matrix LED karena perlu ada pengaturan switching select untuk menentukan jalur komunikasi antara matrix LED dan GSM shield yang konflik. The population in this study is 508 (five hundred eight) local government districts/cities in Indonesia. The research was carried in 2012, and meet the criteria are 92 (ninety two) unit sample. Quantitative data used in this study is the budget realization in an annual report, districts/cities government budget and districts/cities government revised budget. Hypothesis testing is done by regression analysis. The results showed that (1) fiscal stress has effect on the budget balance (2) local government has no significant effect on the budget balance (3) budget size has no significant effect on the budget balance. Data kuantitatif yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah laporan tahunan realisasi (LRA), Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (APBD-P). Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi.
