Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi perawat dengan asuhan keperawatan anak berfokus pada keluarga di ruang Seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh Tahun 2012. Desain penelitian bersifat deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive random sampling, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik angket. Populasi 867 keluarga dan sampel 90 responden. Waktu pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tanggal 16 Oktober - 05 November 2012. Hasil penelitian secara umum diketahui terdapat hubungan persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi perawat dengan asuhan keperawatan anak berfokus pada keluarga di ruang Seurune 1 Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh (p=0.002), adanya hubungan antara persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi verbal perawat dengan asuhan keperawatan anak berfokus pada keluarga (p=0.009) dan adanya hubungan antara persepsi keluarga tentang komunikasi nonverbal perawat dengan asuhan keperawatan anak berfokus pada keluarga (p=0,004). Diharapkan kepada pelayanan kesehatan terutama perawat dapat meningkatkan komunikasi yang efektif dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan anak, memfasilitasi hubungan orang tua dengan anak selama di rumah sakit dan meningkatkan kemampuan orang tua dalam merawat anaknya sehingga orang tua mempunyai kesempatan untuk meneruskan peran dan tugasnya merawat anak selama di rumah sakit serta anak menjadi nyaman saat menerima asuhan keperawatan. The validation of the three optimum points using sensory evaluation showed that formulation F1 was most acceptable followed by F2 and F3. Distribusi kejadian preeklainpsia berdasarkan umur menurut beberapa referensi banyak ditemukan pada kelompok usia ibu hamil yang ekstnm yaitu kurang dari 20 tahun dan lebih dari 35 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara usia ibu hamil dengan angka kejadian preeklampsia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional yang diambil secara retrospektif. Sampel penelitian adalah 142 ibu hamil penderita preeklampsia yang berobat di RSUD dr.Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Data diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien pendenita preeklampsia di RSUD dr.Zainoel Abidin periode 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji kemaknaan hubungan usia ibu hamil dengan angka kejadian preeklampsia didapatkan nilai p=0.043 pada derajat kepercayaan 95% dan a = 0,05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan usia terhadap kejadian preeklampsia pada ibu hamil. The objectives were to evaluate single plant vs. multiple plant measurement procedure for EFP and DMAR, plus changes the selection traits, physiological and morphological characteristics, and plant yield. The two sampling techniques and all data analysis procedures resulted in a similar ranks of kernel size, DMAR, and EFP. The best estimate of maximum kernel size was at black layer maturity. The nonlinear procedure estimated EFP better than did other procedures. Compared to C0, DMAR was increased 31.5% and reduced 36% for the C5 high and low DMAR subpopulations, respectively. The kernel size of high and low DMAR in C5 differed by 105.4%. Long EFP selections tended to decreased DMAR. Compared to C0, EFP was increased 11.3% and reduced 8.8% for the C5 long and short EFP subpopulations, respectively. The EFP differences between long and short EFP selections was 22.1%. Duration differences occured almost exclusively in the late lag phase. Yield of the long EFP and high DMAR selections were equal to C0 but significantly greatert than short EFP and low DMAR selections. Yield was positively correlated with kernel size, DMAR, and EFP. Kernel size was correlated with DMAR and yield. The purpose of this experiment was to study effects of dosage and frequency of casting to control fusarium wilt on tomato plants. The experiment applied a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with five replications. The factors studied were dosage and frequency of kascing. The dosage consisted of 100 and 200 g/plant, whereas the frequency of kascing consisted of one and two times of application. The results showed that dosage of 200 g/plant with two times of kascing application can control disease fusarium wilt on tomato plant. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Banda Aceh sedangkan untuk keperluan pengumpulan data tentang problem posing siswa, hanya diambil 1 kelas yaitu kelas VIII3 sebanyak 20 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan tekhnik sampling purposif dari 7 kelas. First factor was variety, consisted of four levels, namely Tuban, Bima, Bison and Local Aceh. Second factor was PEG concentration, consisted of 4 levels, namely control, 3.5%, 11.6%, and 18.1%. Variables measured were maximum growth potential, germination rate, relative growth rate, vigor index, germination value, root length, hypocotyl length, and seedling dry weight.  The results showed that varieties exerted significant effects on maximum growth potential, germination rate, relative growth rate, root length, and hypocotyl length. PEG concentration exerted significant effects on maximum growth potential, germination rate, growth velocity, relative vigor index, germination value, root length, hypocotyl length, and seedling dry weight. There were interactions between varieties and PEG concentration on relative growth rate, root length, and hypocotyl length of groundnut seeds. Local variety of Aceh was recommended as a tolerant variety to drought stress.  Bison was not tolerant to drought stress. Bima was recommended as a moderate tolerant variety to drought, while Tuban was a tolerant variety to drought.
