Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil lansia di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif cross-sectional survey. Sampel adalah seluruh lansia di UPTD Rumoh Seujahtra Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang disertai skala Barthel. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis univariat. Data disajikan dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian terhadap dari 51 orang lansia ditemukan lansia cenderung mengalami hipertensi dengan persentase 74,5 %. Proporsi penderita hipertensi pada laki-laki lebih besar dibandingkan dengan perempuan. Proporsi lansia yang mengalami hipertensi didapatkan paling banyak mengalami ketergantungan sedang untuk melakukan aktifitas yaitu 64,7%. Peningkatan tekanan darah cenderung terjadi seiring dengan peningkatan IMT, dengan proporsi seluruhnya 100% yaitu overweight dan obese I. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa, lansia cenderung mengalami hipertensi pada jenis kelamin laki-laki, lansia yang memiliki ketergantungan sedang cenderung mengalami hipertensi, lansia yang mengalami peningkatan IMT cenderung mengalami hipertensi.Kata kunci: Hipertensi, Lansia, Skala Barthel, IMTABSTRACTThe prevalence of hypertension was higher in elderly patients compared with younger. This study aims to determine the profile of the elderly in UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. This study was a descriptive cross-sectional survey. The sample was the entire elderly in UPTD Rumoh Seujahtera Geunaseh Sayang Banda Aceh. Sampling technique was total sampling. Data were collected with a questionnaire that accompanied the Barthel scale. The data was analysised by univariate analysis. The data presented in frequency distribution table. The results of a study was 51 elderly people found the elderly suffer hypertension with a percentage of 74.5%. The proportion of patients with hypertension in males greater than females. The proportion of elderly people with hypertension found most moderate dependency 64.7%. blood pressure tends to occur with BMI 100 % overweight and obese I. Perkembangan e-procurement dilatar belakangi oleh kelemahan-kelemahan pengadaan barang dan jasa dengan sistem konvensional seperti persaingan yang tidak sehat, adanya indikasi kecurangan, kurangnya transparansi dan adanya persekongkolan antara pihak-pihak terkait. E-procurement belum dapat berjalan optimal jika belum terpenuhinya tiga prasyarat pelaksanaan yaitu syarat manajemen, teknis pelaksanaan, dan hukum. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat penerapan e-procurement pada proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di Pemerintahan Kota Banda Aceh yang ditinjau dari aspek manajemen, teknis dan hukum. Ruang lingkup penelitian ditinjau dari sudut pandang pihak penyedia jasa dengan kualifikasi usaha non kecil yang mengikuti e-procurement pada delapan paket pekerjaan konstruksi di tahun anggaran 2013. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu tahap pengumpulan data dan pengolahan data. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden yaitu 26 pihak penyedia jasa konstruksi yang mengikuti e-procurement pada delapan paket pekerjaan di Pemerintahan Kota Banda Aceh. Data sekunder berupa studi literatur yang relevan dan daftar delapan paket pekerjaan konstruksi. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil uji validitas adalah 33 indikator dinyatakan valid dan uji reliabilitas memiliki nilai koefisien Cronbach Alpha 0,886 ? 0,6 dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil analisis deskriptif yaitu persentase aspek manajemen 83,65%, aspek teknis 75,63% dan aspek hukum 68,70%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat penerapan e-procurement pada pengadaan barang dan jasa di Pemerintahan Kota Banda Aceh sebesar 75,99%. Hal ini berarti bahwa pihak penyedia jasa konstruksi dapat menggunakan layanan e-procurement dengan baik. The method used in this research was Total Plate Count (TPC). Nine sachets (400 g/sachet) of milk powder was used as many as This experiments used Split Plot Design, comprised three factors, storage factor (P1, P2 and P3), time of serving factor (morning and evening), and shelf life factor (day of 1st-7th). Each treatment consisted of three sachets of milk powder. Storage factors comprised P1 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder were placed into the glass bottle container), P2 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder were placed into glass botlle with spoon inside, and P3 (sachets packaging contained of milk powder with spoon inside were not placed into the glass bottle container). The results of this research showed that storage factors and time of serving did not sifnificantly (P>0,05) affect on the microbial count of milk powder, but shelf life factor significanly (P<0,01) affected on microbial count of milk powder at day of 1th and 7th. Milk powder in sachet packs (400 grams) has  been opened, with or without spoon in the sachet and more than five days of shelf life can increase the total number of microbes, which was exceed TPC decision at 5x104 CFU/grams of milk powder.
