Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak kasus tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online yang tidak terungkap.Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penyelesaian tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online, untuk menjelaskan upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online dan untuk menjelaskan hambatan-hambatan dalam mengungkap tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online.Data dalam penulisan skripsi ini diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) dan penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Penelitian kepustakaan dilakukan untuk memperoleh data sekunder, sedangkan penelitian lapangan dilakukan guna memperoleh data primer melalui wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui dan dijelaskan bahwa penyelesaian tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online menggunakan Pasal 28 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Upaya penanggulangan tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online yaitu membuat poster, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, kerjasama dengan pihak bank, kerjasama dengan pihak media, kerjasama dengan antar instansi penegak hukum dan melakukan proses penindakan. Hambatan-hambatan dalam mengungkap tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online yaitu faktor minimnya kemampuan dan alat-alat khusus cyber crime, faktor lokasi pelaku, faktor pemalsuan identitas dan faktor pendukung lainnya.Disarankan kepada Polresta Banda Aceh untuk lebih meningkatkan upaya-upaya pencegahan dan mengungkap kasus tindak pidana penipuan dalam jual beli secara online. Hierarchical regression analysis was utilized for hypotheses testing. The result of the hierarchical regression analysis showed support for some of the moderating effects. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan warung kopi berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian masyarakat dan juga sebagai awal lahirnya interaksi pada hubungan sosial. Keberadaan perempuan di warung kopi, melahirkan persepsi tersendiri dikalangan masyarakat Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kehidupan perilaku sosial perempuan terkait penggunaan warung kopi dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap adanya perubahan perilaku sosial perempuan di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dimana yang menjadi informan diperoleh dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori tindakan sosial Max Weber. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi, serta selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perilaku perempuan di Kota Banda Aceh yang mengalami perubahan dalam beberapa aspek kehidupan sosial. Perubahan yang mencerminkan bagaimana sikap dan pola pikir perempuan telah maju dan dapat memposisikan dirinya sebagai salah satu objek sebagai pendukung pembangunan. Secara tidak langsung warung kopi menimbulkan dampak positif yang mengaraah pada perubahan perekonomian yang lebih baik, dan dampak negatif yang mengarah pada perubahan perilaku sosial bagi kehidupan masyarakat Aceh.
