The data SEM-EDX showed that the extracted component of the rice husk contained 79,55% (w/w) of silica as the primary component. In order to understand the adsorption capacity of silica in removing free fatty acids (FFA) which were recognized as the contaminants in biodiesel., the profile of time dependence and silica amount in the adsorption process had been investigated in this study. The results indicated that the adsorption process showed optimum condition at 30 minutes with the free fatty acids (about 90,64%) of adsorption). Moreover, the adsorption capacity of silica to those impurities contaminated in biodiesel was proportional to the amount of adsorbent used in the experiment. Finally, biodiesel with less FFA was produced, and the FFA residues remained in the biodiesel were 0,58 mg/g. The aim of this research was to study the effect of potassium-diformate (PD) on broiler performance. One hundred and twenty old chicks of Cobb strain were divided into fifteen groups and feed one of five treatments, namely: P1 (control diet), P2 (P1 + 0,5%PD), P3(P1 + 1%PD), P4 (P1 + 1,5%PD) and P5 (P1 + antibiotic). Data from Completely Randomized Design were analyzed by ANOVA and any significant among them were used contrast orthogonal test. Treatments did not impact on feed consumption, mortality and percentage of viscera, but the groups treated with 1 and 1.5% PD and flavomicyne antibiotic had significant improvement on body weight gain (P<0.169) and feed efficiency (P<0.05). This study was associated with thematic integrative learning curriculum 2013 based PMRI. The method used was design research of type validation study that aimed to prove the theories of learning. Design research that consists of three stages; preliminary design, teaching experiments, and retrospective analysis were chosen to achieve the research objectives by designed Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT). The research was conducted on 21 students of class IV SDN 16 Lembak. This study aimed to investigate how Lego can help students to learning equivalent fraction. Students learning activities that were conducted including: 1) determine the fractions using lego, 2) determine the equivalent fraction of fractions formed from Lego, and 3) connect the concept of equivalent fraction to the standard algorithm to find equivalent fractions. Buah pepaya (Carica papaya L.) memiliki aktivitas farmakologis seperti antibakteri, antifungal, antiinflamasi, antimalaria, antihelmintik, dan juga sebagai antifertilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak buah pepaya (Carica papaya L.) terhadap durasi perdarahan tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus). Penelitian eksperimental laboratoris ini menggunakan 10 ekor tikus Wistar (Rattus norvegicus) jantan dengan berat rata-rata 200-300 gram dan usia 8-12 minggu yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, yaitu 5 ekor pada kelompok kontrol yang diberi perlakuan akuades setelah dibuat perlukaan pada ekor tikus dan 5 ekor pada kelompok perlakuan yang diberi ekstrak buah pepaya (Carica papaya L.). Durasi perdarahan diukur dengan menggunakan chronometer (Q&Q 1/100 Chrono) dimulai dari detik terjadinya perdarahan sampai darah berhenti keluar dari luka ekor tikus. Hasil pengukuran rerata durasi perdarahan pada kelompok kontrol adalah 75,4 detik sedangkan kelompok perlakuan 41,2 detik.
