Penelitian ini dilakukan di Krueng Cangkoi Kabupaten Aceh Barat pada April 2015 Aceh Barat. Sampel diambil pada 3 stasiun, selanjutnya di analisis menggunakan alat AAS di laboratorium BARISTAND. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kadar Pb, Cd dan Hg di stasiun 1 berturut-turut adalah Tidak terdeteksi; Tidak terdeksi; 0,057 mg/kg, di stasiun 2 berturut-turut adalah Tidak terdeteksi; Tidak terdeteksi; 0,237 mg/kg dan di stasiun 3 berturut-turut adalah Tidak terdeteksi; Tidak terdeteksi; 0,030 mg/kg. Kadar logam Pb,Cd dan Hg pada ketiga stasiun pengamatan belum melewati ambang batas yang ditetapkan oleh SNI No 7387 Tahun 2009.Kata kunci: Logam berat, Polymesoda erosa, Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom (SSA).
