Perubahan yang diakibatkan oleh sindrom koroner akut baik tipe STEMI dan NSTEMI/UAP tidak hanya dalam aspek fisiologis, namun juga aspek psikologis berupa peningkatan kecemasan pada penderitanya. Peningkatan kecemasan ini umumnya tidak terdiagnosis oleh dokter dan dapat memberikan efek negatif pada hasil penyakit jantung serta perburukan prognosis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien sindrom koroner akut tipe STEMI dan NSTEMI/UAP di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan rancangan potong lintang. Penelitian dilakukan di ruang rawat penyakit jantung Geulima II RSUDZA Banda Aceh sejak bulan September hingga Desember 2013. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang mengalami sindrom koroner akut baik tipe STEMI dan NSTEMI/UAP di RSUDZA Banda Aceh. Sampel berjumlah 72 orang, yaitu sebanyak 36 untuk masing-masing kelompok STEMI dan NSTEMI/UAP. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik concecutive sampling dan menggunakan kuisioner DASS untuk pengukuran tingkat kecemasannya. Pendapatan diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, baik itu dari pertanian maupun non pertanian. Salah satu unsur penting dalam menunjang pendapatan keluarga adalah wanita, dengan berbagai pengorbanan yang dilakukan menjelaskan bagaimana pentingnya keterlibatan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lamanya alokasi waktu yang dicurahkan wanita tani untuk bekerja pada usahatani kakao dan mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi wanita tani terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Peusangan Siblah Krueng Kabupaten Bireuen. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah wanita tani yang berstatus sebagai isteri petani, yang bekerja sebagai petani pemilik lahan dan penggarap yang membantu perekonomian keluarganya dalam usahatani kakao. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel secara sembarang atau kebetulan dimana wanita tani yang ditemui peneliti di lokasi penelitian memiliki lahan usahatani kakao dengan metode analisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lamanya alokasi waktu yang dicurahkan wanita tani untuk bekerja pada usahatani kakao adalah 1,5 jam/hari atau 12,5 persen, dan kontribusi wanita tani terhadap pendapatan keluarga pada usahatani kakao adalah rendah, yaitu 2,3 persen.Kata Kunci : Alokasi Waktu Kerja, Keluarga, Kontribusi, Pendapatan, Wanita Tani.ALLOCATION OF WORKING TIME OF WOMEN FARMERS IN COCOA FARMING AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THEFAMILY INCOME IN THE DISTRICT OFPEUSANGAN SIBLAH KRUENG BIREUENRaisa Luthfia Yusral/Agribusiness Department of Syiah Kuala UniversityABSTRACTIncomes is of note in the family economy. Incomes obtained from various sources, both from farm and non-farm. One important element in supporting family incomes are women, with many sacrifices made to explain how important their involvement. This study aims to determine the length of the allocation of time devoted to work of women farmers in cocoa farming and find out how to contribute to the family income of women farmers. This research was conducted in the District of Peusangan Siblah Krueng, Bireuen. Objects in this study were women farmers status as a farmer's wife, who worked as a land owner and tenant farmers who help the family economy in cocoa farming. Sampling was done by accidental sampling technique that any sampling technique or by chance in which women farmers who met investigators at the study site has a cocoa farm land with methods of descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the length of the allocation of time devoted to women farmers working on cocoa farms is 1.5 hours / day, or 12.5 percent, and the contribution to the family income of women farmers in cocoa farming is low at 2.3 percent.Keywords : Allocation Of Working Time, Family, Contributions, Income, Women Farmers. Perubahan penggunaan lahan bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan memetakanperubahan menurut jenis penggunaan lahannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan SistemInformasi Geografi dimana tahap awal adalah mengumpulkan data citra satelit. Padatahap kedua dilakukan pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak ArcGIS. Padatahap akhir peneliti melakukan peninjauan langsung ke lapangan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan ada perubahan penggunaan lahan terutama yang paling terlihat adalahdaerah terbangun pada sebelum tsunami mencapai 36,83% dan mengalami penurunanhingga 0,89% pada Desember 2004 serta mulai terlihat padat kembali pada Februari2009 menjadi 32,70%. Lahan terbuka pada saat sebelum tsunami terdapat 2,55% danmeningkat hingga 43,38% pada Desember 2004.
